AS SALAAMU ALAYKUM WARAHMATULLAH WARAHMATULLAH. LET'S START TONIGHT'S EDUCATION. OUR TOPIC IS 👇.                                                                               *COMMENTARY AND TAFSIR OF THE VERSES OF THE GLORIOUS QURAN (Episode 27)*

For example, religion tells us there is no dowry from the bride’s side, but the girl has a share in the inheritance. Culture, on the other hand, has trained us to have an extravagant wedding ceremony…show how rich you are…flaunt the dowry that you are giving to your daughter…and don’t leave her any share in the inheritance. Her dowry suffices as her inheritance share. Allah reminds us of our religious commitments: The Jews had some form of prayer left in their religion but they had abandoned congregational prayers. Similarly, they replaced charity with interest (riba). Today, Muslims are doing the same. Mosques are only filled either on a Friday, during Ramadan or on Eid Day.

With banks opening up new branches every month, Muslims feel no shame in earning riba or purchasing their cars and homes on interest-based loans. *Bow down with those who bow* hints towards the importance of teamwork. Muslims must learn how to work collectively in teams. In being united is our strength. Not informing people of the truth is similar to leading them into the Fire because WE know the truth and we CHOOSE to remain silent. Either due to laziness or lack of concern for other’s Hereafter. *What will we tell Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala on the Judgment Day?*

*Let's continue on a brief tafsir on this verse*👇.   [2:41] Al-Baqarah-

And believe in (the Book) that I have revealed (to My Messenger Muhammad [blessings and peace be upon him]), whilst it confirms (originally) that which you possess. And do not be the first to deny it, nor trade My Revelations for a small (worldly) price. And fear Me alone.

This ayah reminds the children of Israel that the Qur’an which is sent down to Muhammad salAllahu ‘alayhi wa sallam is a bringer of glad tidings, a warner and a light. The Qur’an contains the Truth from Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala and affirms what was revealed beforehand in the Tawrah and the Injil (the Gospel). It asks the Israelites not to be the first to deny the Quran, although being a disbeliever is in itself the ultimate sin whether one be the first or the last. This ayat, in fact, suggests that *Man who is the first to deny and disbelieve will not only  incur the sin of his own denial but also bear the additional burden of the sin of misleading all those who follow his example,*:.

And will thus have to undergo a multiple punishment. It follows from here that the man who is in any way responsible for others falling into any kind of sin will have to bear the burden of this sin along with the sinners; similarly, the man who in some way helps others to do a good deed will receive a reward for it along with end.* It also whe Israelites against taking a paltry price for His signs or ayaat. The context makes it clear that *It is forbidden to take money from people by misinterpreting or concealing the ayaat of the Book of Allah in order to please them or to serve their worldly interests.* There is an absolute consensus of the Ummah on this point.

*Let's continue on this verses*👇.                         [2:44] Al-Baqarah-

Do you command others for piety and forget yourselves, whilst you (also) recite the Book (of Allah)? So, do you not think?

Shu‘ayb said: ‘O my people, tell me if I adhere to the clear proof from my Lord, and He has also granted me pure and fine means of living from His presence (then why should I not preach the truth)? I (also) do not want that, following you, I myself start doing (against the truth) the same that I am forbidding you. All I desire is to reform (you) as far as I can, and my capability comes only from Allah’s (help). So I have put my trust in Him alone and I turn towards Him alone.

[61:2] Al-Ṣaff-الصَّفّ

O believers! Why do you say what you do not do?

It is most hateful in the sight of Allah that you should say what you do not do.

Allah said, "How is it, O People of the Book, that you command people to perform Al-Birr, which encompasses all types of righteousness, yet forget yourselves and do not heed what you call others to. And you read Allah's Book (the Tawrah) and know what it promises to those who do not fulfill Allah's commandments. *(Have you then no sense)* of what you are doing to yourselves, so that you might become aware of your slumber and restore your sight from blindness''. The Children of Israel used to command people to obey Allah, fear Him and perform Al-Birr. Yet, they contradicted these orders, so Allah reminded them of this fact.

*(Enjoin you Al-Birr on the people)* "Is about the People of the Book and the hypocrites. They used to command people to pray and fast. However, they did not practice what they commanded others. Allah reminded them of this behavior. *So whoever commands people to do righteousness, let him be among the first of them to implement that command.'* Allah is not criticizing the People of the Book for ordering righteousness, because enjoining good is a part of righteousness and is an obligation for the scholars. However, the scholar is himself required to heed, and adhere to, what he invites others to.

NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Arba'a. 29th day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Wednesday 8th May 2024). *_NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH_*. BismilLah.  Even though feelings of Panic, stress/worries etc are part of life, they must not reduce our acts of worship or trust in ALLAH. The more a man turns to ALLAH and focuses on HIM, the more he will feel a sense of peace and comfort, to an extent that no one knows except ALLAH. Hence those who know ALLAH, are close to HIM and fear HIM are the happiest of people, to such an extent that one of them said, in a well-known expression: “If the kings and the sons of kings knew what joy we have, they would fight us for it with the sword.” This is also what is expressed in the Qur’an, as ALLAH says: “Whoever works righteousness, whether male or female, while he (or she) is a true believer (of Islamic Monotheism) verily, to him ALLAH will give a good life (in this world with respect, contentment and lawful provision), and ALLAH will ...

HELPING OTHERS WITH INTENTION FOR ALLAH'S HELP IN RETURN

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yaum Al-Khamis, 22nd day of Jumaadal Uula 1447AH, Thursday, 13th November, 2025.  *_HELPING OTHERS WITH INTENTION FOR ALLAH'S HELP IN RETURN_*. BismilLah.  When we help our brothers and sisters in Islam, in reality, we are helping ourselves. The Messenger of ALLAH (S.A.W) said: He who relieves the hardship of a believer in this world, ALLAH Azzawajallah will relieve his hardship on the Day of Judgment. He who makes easy what is difficult, ALLAH ALLAH Azzawajallah will make it easy for him in the world and the hereafter. He who conceals the faults of a Muslim, ALLAH ALLAH Azzawajallah will conceal his faults in this ALLAH Azzawajallah world and the Hereafter, for ALLAH helps the servant as long as he helps his brother. Source: Ṣaḥīḥ "Muslim 2699. AlhamdulilLah.  With this I hope with immediate effect we will all strive to help each other in any possible way such as making dua for each other, supporting our relatives and those in need in ou...

THE MUSLIM WOMAN AND HER OWN SELF

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm athalaatha, 3rd day of Rabeeul Awwal 1447AH, Tuesday, 26th August 2025. *_THE MUSLIM WOMAN AND HER OWN SELF_*. BismilLah.  Islam encourages Muslims in general to stand out among people, readily distinguishable by their dress, appearance and behaviour, so that they will be a good example, worthy of the great message that they bring to humanity. According to the hadith narrated by the great Sahabi Ibn al-Hanzaliyyah, the Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wasallam ) told his Companions, when they were travelling to meet some brothers in faith: "You are going to visit your brothers, so repair your saddles and make sure that you are dressed well, so that you will stand out among people like an adornment, for ALLAH (SWT) does not love ugliness." Reported by Imam Abu Dawud, 4/83, in Kitab al-libas, bab ma ja'a fi isbal al-izar. The Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) considered an unkempt and careless appearance, and scruffy clothes and furnishings, to be...
