If Dirt Covers U

 *If Dirt Covers U*

بسم الله الرحمان الرجيم

We spend our lives chasing comfort. We invest in homes, build relationships, and seek security, all in an attempt to insulate ourselves from the hardships of this world. Yet, there is one journey we will all take alone—a journey into a realm of silence and darkness that our worldly assets cannot penetrate. This is the life in the grave.

It is for this very moment that the gift of Tahajjud was given.

Ibn Rajab said:

“How many people who stood in prayer at night will rejoice due to their night prayers, in the darkness of their graves; and how many people who slept through the night will regret their long sleep.”

Read the above wise saying again. Let it sink in.

Muslim Faithful,

While others are drowning in the regret of wasted nights and surrendered midnight hours, the one who prayed Tahajjud CONSISTENTLY will be enveloped in a honor bestowed directly by Allah (swt). That honor is not a future promise; it is a light you build now, deposit by deposit (on daily basis), in the silent vault of the night.

Remember,

Every time you pray Tahajjud, you are not just making du'a. You are building your eternal home (that's your grave). You are sending light ahead of you, into a place where the sun does not rise (that's your grave).

Abū al-Dardā (raḍiy Allāhu ʿanhu) delivered the ultimate, spine-tingling formula with chilling simplicity:

“Pray two rakʿahs in the darkness of the night for the darkness of the grave.”

This is the ultimate investment strategy. Yes. You are using the shadow of the night to purchase an everlasting light in your grave.

My People,

Making Tahajjud a habit is not a struggle. This is a construction project.

When you wake up while many are asleep, you are not just waking up; you are an architect, building a palace of light for your soul to inhabit in the grave. You are not just reciting Qur'an; you are programming the very energy that will soothe you when the dirt covers you😢. You are not just making sujood; you are imprinting your forehead with a mark that radiates in the darkness, a mark that says, "I knew my Lord, and I came to Him when the world was asleep."

Servants of Allah!

Do not let the ANY passing hours of the nights slip away in slumber that you will one day bitterly regret. Yes. The path to rejoicing in the grave is paved with prostrations made in the stillness of the night.

Make Tahajjud your non-negotiable habit. Not just for the peace of this life, but for the profound, unshakeable joy of the next life which begins immediately you are placed in your grave.

Imagine the angels, tasked with recording the names of the righteous, writing your name down each night you wake up for Tahajjud!. These angels document those who conquer their desire for sleep to stand before the King of Kings. And this "Roll Call" is every night.

Now,

The question is: Will your name be on that list every blessed night?

Therefore,

If u have not yet set ur phone alarm in a repeating mode, to wake u up for midnight nawafil *(Tahajjud)* everyday till the end of ur life, pls do so immediately, because:

The Prophet (PBUH) said: *“O `Abdullah, do not be like so and so! He used to pray at night and then he stopped doing that”*(📚Al-Bukhari and Muslim

NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Arba'a. 29th day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Wednesday 8th May 2024). *_NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH_*. BismilLah.  Even though feelings of Panic, stress/worries etc are part of life, they must not reduce our acts of worship or trust in ALLAH. The more a man turns to ALLAH and focuses on HIM, the more he will feel a sense of peace and comfort, to an extent that no one knows except ALLAH. Hence those who know ALLAH, are close to HIM and fear HIM are the happiest of people, to such an extent that one of them said, in a well-known expression: “If the kings and the sons of kings knew what joy we have, they would fight us for it with the sword.” This is also what is expressed in the Qur’an, as ALLAH says: “Whoever works righteousness, whether male or female, while he (or she) is a true believer (of Islamic Monotheism) verily, to him ALLAH will give a good life (in this world with respect, contentment and lawful provision), and ALLAH will ...

PURIFICATION OF THE HEART

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm al-khamis, 20th day of Swafar 1447AH, Thursday, 14th August 2025. *_PURIFICATION OF THE HEART_*. BismilLah.  A sister asked me yesterday how we can purify ourselves to achieve the immense benefits mentioned in our reminder yesterday.  The command to purify our hearts from sins was an essential Islamic teaching ever since the early stages of the revelation in Mecca. This is known as “purification of the soul” (tazkiyyat an-nafs).   ALLAH Azzawajal says: He has succeeded who purifies the soul, and he has failed who corrupts the soul. Surah Ash-Shams 91:9-10. Also, ALLAH Azzawajal says: A day when there will be no benefit in wealth or children, but only in he who comes to ALLAH Azzawajal with a pure heart. Surah Ash-Shu’ara 26:88-89.  We learn from these verses that our success in the Hereafter depends upon the purification of our hearts in this life. We must purify our hearts from spiritual sins such as greed, malice, envy, arrog...

BELIEF IN PRE-DECREE (al-Qadar) CREATES PEACE IN OUR HEART continues

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm Arba'a, 26th day of Swafar 1447AH, Wednesday, 20th August 2025. *_BELIEF IN PRE-DECREE (al-Qadar) CREATES PEACE IN OUR HEART continues_*. BismilLah.  For the past few days, we have been reminding ourselves that calamities in our lives can also be blessings in disguise. Let's continue with some of the wisdom behind calamities:  10. Another reason behind calamities and hardship is that a person becomes able to distinguish between true friends and friends who only have their own interests at heart. You may be so close to a colleague but wait for a calamity to you to see his or her real nature.  11. Calamities remind us of our sins so that we can repent from them.  ALLAH Azzawajal says:  “Whatever of good reaches you, is from ALLAH, but whatever of evil befalls you, is from yourself” [al-Nisa’ 4:79]. “And whatever misfortune befalls you, it is because of what your hands have earned. And He pardons much” [al-Shoora 42:30]. Calamitie...
