AS SALAAMU ALAYKUM WARAHMATULLAH WABARAKAATUHU. LET'S START TONIGHT'S EDUCATION. OUR TOPIC IS 👇. *COMMENTARY AND TAFSIR OF THE VERSES OF THE GLORIOUS QURAN (Episode 185)*__*PAGE 1*___

Al-Ash'ath had a well in the land of his cousin, and the cousin denied him possessing it. On lodging it to the Holy Prophet, he petitioned Al-Ash'ath to bring forward a proof or the cousin takes an oath. As-Ash'at then said, he know his cousin will take the oath. Prophet then said: *if somebody takes an oath when asked to do so through which he may deprive a Muslim of his property, and he's liar in the oath, he will meet Allah who will be angry with him*. It was in this connection that, this verse came about. Taking false oath is discouraged, according to these narrations. And I don't think there's anybody who want to meet Allah when he's angry.

If we are truly aspiring for Jannah, taking something unlawfully shouldn't be in our plans, not to even talk of taking false oath. When feel jealous for someone having someone we wish you have, the best we can do is pray and work for that thing.

*Let's continue on this verse*👇. *[3:92] Āl ‘Imrān-
You can never attain to piety unless you spend (in the cause of Allah) out of that which you like the most; and Allah surely knows well whatever you give away.

Volume 6, Book 60, Number 76:
Narrated Anas bin Malik:
Out of all the Ansar, living in Medina, Abu Talha had the largest number of (date palm trees) gardens, and the most beloved of his property to him was Bairuha garden which was standing opposite the Mosque (of the Prophet). Allah's Apostle used to enter it and drink of its good water. When the Verse:--"By no means shall you attain righteousness unless you spend (in charity) of that which you love." (3.92) Abu Talha got up and said, "O Allah's Apostle, Allah says:--"By no means shall you attain righteousness unless you spend (in charity) of that which you love." (3.92) and the most beloved of my property to me is the Bairuha garden, so I give it (as a charitable gift) in Allah's Cause and hope to receive good out of it, and to have it stored for me with Allah. So, O Allah's Apostle! Dispose it of (i.e. utilize it) in the way Allah orders you (to dispose it of)." Allah's Apostle said, "Bravo! That is a fruitful property! That is a fruitful property! I have heard what you have said and I think that you should distribute that (garden) amongst your relatives." The Abu Talha distributed that garden amongst his relatives and his cousins.

Abu Talha as we already discussed here isn’t the dad to Talha bun Ubaidullah (rta) who lost his life aftermath of Battle of the Camel. Abu Talha was a disbeliever who proposes to a devout Muslim. In fact she was flabbergasted with the proposal but demanded Abu Talha accept Islam. She continued that his acceptance of Islam is enough as her bride price. And I know we have already discussed on this comprehensive topic. Abu Talha had the largest number of date Palm trees gardens in Madina.
The most beloved to him however was the Bairuha garden which was standing opposite the Mosque of holy Prophet. Prophet use to enter in and drink of it's good water.

When this verse was revealed, Abu Talha got up and gave the garden as a charitable in Allah's cause. He gave out that garden because the verse implies we give out what's dearer to us. After his declaration, Prophet told him to distribute it among his relatives. If we truly want to get the maximum reward, we should give out what we love the most. Giving out inferior items as charity is discouraged. Even in the case of offering idil Adha sacrifice, we are to offer a healthy and moderate animal. And if we are to attain piety, we have to as the verse commands.

*Let’s continue on this verse*👇🏻. *[30:30] Ar-Rūm-
So set your face with absolute concentration (and single-minded devotion) to the obedience of Allah. The nature (made) by Allah is (Islam) on which He has created mankind. (Adopt it. The instinct) created by Allah will never be changed. This Din (Religion) is straight but most people do not know (these realities).

"Fitra" or "fitrah" (Arabic: فطرة; ALA-LC: fiṭrah), is the state of purity and innocence Muslims believe all humans to be born with. Fitra is an Arabic word that is usually translated as “original disposition,” “natural constitution,” or “innate nature.”According to Islamic theology, human beings are born with an innate inclination of tawhid (Oneness), which is encapsulated in the fitra along with compassion, intelligence, ihsan and all other attributes that embody the concept of humanity. It is for this reason that some Muslims prefer to refer to those who embrace Islam as reverts rather than converts, as it is believed they are returning to a perceived pure state. It has also been suggested that the religious meaning can be translated into the logical equivalence in philosophy, as Kant's concept of 'ought'. In a mystical context, it can connote intuition or insight and is similar to the Calvinist term Sensus divinitatis. It's the parents that makes the newborns Jews and Christiansc and so on.

*Let's continue on how this verse was revealed*👇. *[4:94] Al-Nisā-
O believers! When you set out (to fight) in the way of Allah, carry out a careful probe, and do not say to him who greets you (as a Muslim): ‘You are not a believer.’ You seek goods of the worldly life (in the shape of spoils of war, after killing a Muslim declaring him a disbeliever). So, (rest assured that) Allah has gains and booties in plenty. Before this you (too) were the same. Then Allah conferred on you His Favour (and you became Muslims). So investigate and confirm the truth (about others as well). Surely, Allah is Well Aware of what you do.

Volume 6, Book 60, Number 115:
Narrated Ibn Abbas:
Regarding the Verse: "And say not to anyone who offers you peace (by accepting Islam), You are not a believer." There was a man amidst his sheep. The Muslims pursued him, and he said (to them) "Peace be on you." But they killed him and took over his sheep. Thereupon Allah revealed in that concern, the above Verse up to:-- "...seeking the perishable good of this life." (4.94) i.e.
those sheep.
