بسم الله الرحمان الرجيم

My friend, my brother, my sister in Islam,

Let us think about a very scary picture.

Imagine the Day of Judgment. The sun is very close. People are scared. Then, a miracle happens. For the believers, their records of good deeds are given to them in their right hand, and it shines like a bright light, guiding them across the bridge over Hell and into Paradise.

But what about someone who is blind on that Day?  They will be lost in the darkness and terror.

Allah (swt) tells us in the Quran who this person is:

وَمَنۡ أَعۡرَضَ عَن ذِكۡرِي فَإِنَّ لَهُۥ مَعِيشَةࣰ ضَنكࣰا وَنَحۡشُرُهُۥ يَوۡمَ ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِ أَعۡمَىٰ

"And whoever turns away from My remembrance, he will have a sad life, and We will raise him on the Day of Resurrection blind." 📚(Quran 20:124)

What is "My remembrance in the above verse"?

The best, the top, the number one remembrance of Allah (swt) is... the reading and listening to the Quran audio.

So, the biggest consequence of ignoring the FREQUENT listening and recitation of the Quran is two terrible things:

(1) A sad and empty life in this world (Even with plenty Naira & Dollar).

(2) Being raised BLIND on the Day of Judgment.

Can you imagine it?

On that Day, when everyone else is following their light, some people will be in darkness. We ask Allah (swt) to save us from this.

But here is the beautiful, good news. Yes. Allah does not just warn us. HE gives us the way out, which is "Frequent" reading and listening to the Quran audio is the way out and Cure.

The Quran is not just a book. It is a direct message from Allah (swt) to you. It is healing.

Yes!

Are you sad or worried? The Quran is the cure.

Do you have problems? The Quran is the cure.

Does your heart feel hard, like a stone when it comes to leaving what's sinful? The Quran is the cure.

My People,

Any act of disobedient to Allah you find too hard to abandon, just read and listen to the Qur'an frequently and everyday. Yes. Think of this situation like a dry, cracked desert. Reading and listening to the Quran is like pouring clean, pure water on that desert. At first, the water seems to disappear. But if you keep pouring every day, something amazing happens. Slowly, the desert soil becomes soft. Then it becomes moist. Then, little plants start to grow. This is what happens to any tough heart. It will become soft, alive, and full of peace again if the victim embrace Qur'an everyday.

Now,

If you hardly find time to sit down at home or masjid to read Qur'an everyday, no problem. Yes. While going to your workplace, you can make use of the few minutes - 10 to 15 minutes it takes you to reach the destination to read even a minimum of 5-10 pages.

Meaning,

Going to work: 5 pages.

Coming back home: 5 pages.

That means you read 10 pages every day.

You can open a Quran App on your phone (if you are not the one driving). You can wear a nose mask. This will hide your lips so no one knows you are reciting. Read silently from your phone. Or, if you know some Surahs by heart, you can recite quietly behind your mask.

You can also make it a habit - playing Qur'an audio in your house always, especially from the time you go to bed till Fajr prayer time.

My People,

Your destiny in the Hereafter is in your hands. Yes. Do something so that you don't get to the judgement day blind.

We ask Allah (swt) to save us from being resurrected blind. Ameen!!!

NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Arba'a. 29th day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Wednesday 8th May 2024). *_NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH_*. BismilLah.  Even though feelings of Panic, stress/worries etc are part of life, they must not reduce our acts of worship or trust in ALLAH. The more a man turns to ALLAH and focuses on HIM, the more he will feel a sense of peace and comfort, to an extent that no one knows except ALLAH. Hence those who know ALLAH, are close to HIM and fear HIM are the happiest of people, to such an extent that one of them said, in a well-known expression: “If the kings and the sons of kings knew what joy we have, they would fight us for it with the sword.” This is also what is expressed in the Qur’an, as ALLAH says: “Whoever works righteousness, whether male or female, while he (or she) is a true believer (of Islamic Monotheism) verily, to him ALLAH will give a good life (in this world with respect, contentment and lawful provision), and ALLAH will ...

HELPING OTHERS WITH INTENTION FOR ALLAH'S HELP IN RETURN

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yaum Al-Khamis, 22nd day of Jumaadal Uula 1447AH, Thursday, 13th November, 2025.  *_HELPING OTHERS WITH INTENTION FOR ALLAH'S HELP IN RETURN_*. BismilLah.  When we help our brothers and sisters in Islam, in reality, we are helping ourselves. The Messenger of ALLAH (S.A.W) said: He who relieves the hardship of a believer in this world, ALLAH Azzawajallah will relieve his hardship on the Day of Judgment. He who makes easy what is difficult, ALLAH ALLAH Azzawajallah will make it easy for him in the world and the hereafter. He who conceals the faults of a Muslim, ALLAH ALLAH Azzawajallah will conceal his faults in this ALLAH Azzawajallah world and the Hereafter, for ALLAH helps the servant as long as he helps his brother. Source: Ṣaḥīḥ "Muslim 2699. AlhamdulilLah.  With this I hope with immediate effect we will all strive to help each other in any possible way such as making dua for each other, supporting our relatives and those in need in ou...

THE MUSLIM WOMAN AND HER OWN SELF

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm athalaatha, 3rd day of Rabeeul Awwal 1447AH, Tuesday, 26th August 2025. *_THE MUSLIM WOMAN AND HER OWN SELF_*. BismilLah.  Islam encourages Muslims in general to stand out among people, readily distinguishable by their dress, appearance and behaviour, so that they will be a good example, worthy of the great message that they bring to humanity. According to the hadith narrated by the great Sahabi Ibn al-Hanzaliyyah, the Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wasallam ) told his Companions, when they were travelling to meet some brothers in faith: "You are going to visit your brothers, so repair your saddles and make sure that you are dressed well, so that you will stand out among people like an adornment, for ALLAH (SWT) does not love ugliness." Reported by Imam Abu Dawud, 4/83, in Kitab al-libas, bab ma ja'a fi isbal al-izar. The Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) considered an unkempt and careless appearance, and scruffy clothes and furnishings, to be...
