﷽ *Let's Change Our Mindsets About Marriage* *Episode 36* *THE EVIL OF INTERMIXING* The Messenger of Allāh (sallallaahu 'alayhi wa sallam) said: “Never should a man be with a woman, except in the presence of a Mahram (i.e., her non-marriageable man).” A Mahram is a man whom she may never marry under any condition, either due to a blood-relationship (such as her brother, father and so on) or due to her breastfeeding from the same woman as that man, or due to marriage (like her father in-law). This prohibition is to prevent Satan spreading immorality and arousing lusts and thus instigating fornication and adultery. Nowadays, many Muslims use to commit sins with the name of brother-in-law or sister-in-law by staying together for a very long period of time without any body which leads to so many evil acts. ﷽ *First Hadīth Of The Day* حَدَّثَنَا  عَبَّاسُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ، حَدَّثَنَا مُبَشِّرٌ، عَنِ  الأَوْزَاعِيِّ،‏.‏ وَحَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُقَاتِلٍ أَبُو  الْحَسَنِ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ، أَخْبَرَنَا الأَوْزَاعِيُّ،  قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو  سَلَمَةَ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ  عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ قَالَ قَالَ لِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ  صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏"‏ يَا عَبْدَ اللَّهِ، لاَ تَكُنْ مِثْلَ فُلاَنٍ، كَانَ يَقُومُ اللَّيْلَ فَتَرَكَ قِيَامَ اللَّيْلِ ‏" ‏‏.‏  وَقَالَ هِشَامٌ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي الْعِشْرِينَ، حَدَّثَنَا  الأَوْزَاعِيُّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ  بْنِ ثَوْبَانَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو سَلَمَةَ، مِثْلَهُ‏.‏ وَتَابَعَهُ  عَمْرُو بْنُ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنِ الأَوْزَاعِيِّ،‏.‏  Narrated `Abdullah bin `Amr bin Al-`As:                        Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said to me, "O `Abdullah! Do not be like so and

:﷽ *Surah Aal-e-Imran, Verse 103:* وَاعْتَصِمُوا بِحَبْلِ اللَّهِ جَمِيعًا وَلَا تَفَرَّقُوا وَاذْكُرُوا نِعْمَتَ اللَّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ إِذْ كُنتُمْ أَعْدَاءً فَأَلَّفَ بَيْنَ قُلُوبِكُمْ فَأَصْبَحْتُم بِنِعْمَتِهِ إِخْوَانًا وَكُنتُمْ عَلَىٰ شَفَا حُفْرَةٍ مِّنَ النَّارِ فَأَنقَذَكُم مِّنْهَا كَذَٰلِكَ يُبَيِّنُ اللَّهُ لَكُمْ آيَاتِهِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَهْتَدُونَ And hold fast, all of you together, to the Rope of Allah (i.e. this Qur-ān), and be not divided among yourselves, and remember Allah's Favour on you, for you were enemies one to another but He joined your hearts together, so that, by His Grace, you became brethren (in Islamic Faith), and you were on the brink of a pit of Fire, and He saved you from it. Married couple must  reduce that as much as possible, and to show restraint; each of us should force ourselves to be patient with the other and to avoid issues of arguments as Shaitan is the winner at the end. A Treaties On Prophet Muhammad's Biography.* *Part 166* *THE LESSER PILGRIMAGE ('UMRAH) OF AL-HUDAIBIYYA IN DHUL-QA'ADAH, 6 A.H. continues* *ABSTAINING FROM RETURNING WOMEN WHO IMMIGRATE* When some women accepted Islam and came to the Prophet (Blessings and Peace be upon him), he was asked by their guardians to send them back according to the terms of the agreement of Al-Hudaibiyya. He refused their request because women were not included in the agreement in essence. Concerning this matter, Almighty Allāh says: Surah Al-Mumtahina, Verse 10: يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِذَا جَاءَكُمُ الْمُؤْمِنَاتُ مُهَاجِرَاتٍ فَامْتَحِنُوهُنَّ اللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ بِإِيمَانِهِنَّ فَإِنْ عَلِمْتُمُوهُنَّ مُؤْمِنَاتٍ فَلَا تَرْجِعُوهُنَّ إِلَى الْكُفَّارِ لَا هُنَّ حِلٌّ لَّهُمْ وَلَا هُمْ يَحِلُّونَ لَهُنَّ وَآتُوهُم مَّا أَنفَقُوا وَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْكُمْ أَن تَنكِحُوهُنَّ إِذَا آتَيْتُمُوهُنَّ أُجُورَهُنَّ وَلَا تُمْسِكُوا بِعِصَمِ

﷽ *First Hadīth Of The Day* حَدَّثَنَا  إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي حَيَّانَ،  عَنْ أَبِي زُرْعَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ أَنَّ  النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ لِبِلاَلٍ عِنْدَ صَلاَةِ الْفَجْرِ ‏"‏ يَا بِلاَلُ حَدِّثْنِي  بِأَرْجَى عَمَلٍ عَمِلْتَهُ فِي الإِسْلاَمِ، فَإِنِّي سَمِعْتُ دَفَّ  نَعْلَيْكَ بَيْنَ يَدَىَّ فِي الْجَنَّةِ ‏" ‏‏.‏  قَالَ مَا عَمِلْتُ عَمَلاً أَرْجَى عِنْدِي أَنِّي لَمْ أَتَطَهَّرْ  طُهُورًا فِي سَاعَةِ لَيْلٍ أَوْ نَهَارٍ إِلاَّ صَلَّيْتُ بِذَلِكَ  الطُّهُورِ مَا كُتِبَ لِي أَنْ أُصَلِّيَ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ  دَفَّ نَعْلَيْكَ يَعْنِي تَحْرِيكَ‏.‏  Narrated Abu Huraira:                        At the time of the Fajr prayer the Prophet (ﷺ) asked Bilal, "Tell me of the best deed you did after  embracing Islam, for I heard your footsteps in front of me in Paradise." *ABŪ BAKR AND 'UMAR (May Allāh's Peace be upon them)* Abu Bakr (Radiallahu Anhu) and ‘Umar (Radiallahu Anhu) were the best of the Companions. They always compete with each other in good. ﷽ *First Hadīth Of The Day* حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ،  حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ،‏.‏ وَحَدَّثَنِي سُلَيْمَانُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا  شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنِ الأَسْوَدِ، قَالَ سَأَلْتُ  عَائِشَةَ ـ رضى الله عنها ـ كَيْفَ صَلاَةُ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم  بِاللَّيْلِ قَالَتْ كَانَ يَنَامُ أَوَّلَهُ وَيَقُومُ آخِرَهُ،  فَيُصَلِّي ثُمَّ يَرْجِعُ إِلَى فِرَاشِهِ، فَإِذَا أَذَّنَ الْمُؤَذِّنُ  وَثَبَ، فَإِنْ كَانَ بِهِ حَاجَةٌ اغْتَسَلَ، وَإِلاَّ تَوَضَّأَ  وَخَرَجَ‏.‏  Narrated Al-Aswad:                        I asked `Aisha "How is the night prayer of the Prophet?" She replied, "He used to sleep early at night,  and get up in its last part to pray, and then return to his bed. When the Mu'adh-dhin pronounced the  Adhan, he would get up. If he was in need of a bath he would take it; otherwise he would perform  ablution and then go out (for the prayer)." ﷽ *Let's Change Our Mindsets About Marriage* *Episode 33* *THE CONDITION THAT PERMITS A MAN TO MARRY MORE THAN ONE WIFE IN ISLAM* Polygamy:- is the type of marriage, that permits a man to marry more than one wife in islam i.e. from 2, 3 to 4. Almighty Allāh says in the Glorious Qur-ān chapter 3 verse 3, ﻓَﺎﻧْﻜِﺤُﻮۡﺍ ﻣَﺎ ﻃَﺎﺏَ ﻟَـﻜُﻢۡ ﻣِّﻦَ ﺍﻟﻨِّﺴَﺎٓﺀِ ﻣَﺜۡﻨٰﻰ ﻭَﺛُﻠٰﺚَ ﻭَﺭُﺑٰﻊَ​ ۚ​ marry the women that seem good to you: two, or three, or four. But there are some certain conditions that a man needs to fulfil before he is allowed to practice polygamy. (1) Ability to be just:- Justice for a man practicing polygamy is a most among his wives, he should be able to  treat them equally in terms of feeding, clothing, shelter, spending night with them  and other social necessities that are under his control.  And if a man is afraid that he will not be able to treat his wives justly When he marries more than one wife  then it is forbidden for him to practice polygamy. They affirmed to him that this agreement must include the clause that he should return that year so that Arabs wouldn't say that he entered Mecca by force. When the Prophet (Blessings and Peace be upon him) saw Suhail, he said: "Your matter will be easy." He held some talks with the Prophet (Blessings and Peace be upon him) and agreed to the terms of the peace treaty as follows: 1. They decided to set out at night and infiltrate into the camp of Muslims and stir up fight. They already carried out their decision. About eighty young men moved out at night, descended from the mountain of At-Tan'im and tried to infiltrate into the camp of Muslims. But they were arrested by Muhammad Ibn Maslamah who was the commander of the guards. To show his desire for peace, the Prophet (Blessings and Peace be upon him) released and pardoned them all.
