Can We Talk?

 *๐Ÿ•ŒCan We Talk?๐Ÿ•Œ*

Abu Sa’eed al-Khudri (r.a.), reported that the Prophet (PBUH) said: “Allah will say, ‘O Adam!’ and he will say, ‘Here I am at Your service, and all goodness is in Your hand.’ He will say, ‘Bring forth those who are to be sent to Hell.’ He will say, ‘Who are those who are to be sent to Hell?’ He will say, ‘From every thousand, nine hundred and ninety nine.’ At that point the young will turn grey, every pregnant female will abort, and the people will appear intoxicated although they are not. But the punishment of Allah is severe...."๐Ÿ“šby al-Bukhari (3348) and Muslim (222)

According to the above hadith, the number of those who will be saved on the Day of Resurrection is one in a thousand. Yes. And the scholars have reconciled between the above hadith and all the ahadith related to this in several ways, such as the following:

*"That the numbers are not to be taken literally, so stating a particular number does not mean that there may not be more than one. What is meant by the numbers mentioned in all the related hadith and this very one is the small number of sincere believers versus (vs) the large number of Muslims who who cheaply fall for the devil and the kaafirs"*.

My people!

Any act of worship which majority of Muslims find very difficult to practice is always *"A Reward Pool Venture"*. By implication, the more difficult an act of worship is, the more rewards practicing that act of worship can pool.

Now,

*Money Leaving our Pockets or Bank Accounts:*

The above hadith should not shock us because if a call is made to give out something in exchange for Jannah, in a gathering where you have one thousand Muslims (for instance), you hardly get 3-5 out of 1000 who will defeat shaytan. This doesn't mean that the large number who refused to respond do not pray or fast.

Before I forget,

On the Day of Resurrection, all people that ever lived will be gathered before Allah (swt) to await Allah's judgment for all they have done. During this time, the sun ☀️ will come very close to the people.

People will want to get away from the heat of the sun ☀️ but there will be no Shade or shelter to go to and EVERYBODY will start sweating in proportion to their sins. The more sins a person has the more he or she will sweat๐Ÿ˜ณ. Yes. During this traumatic time, however, one of the seven groups of people who are mentioned in the Hadeeth (Prophetic narration) will be completely immune to the sun’s heat and they will be in complete comfort. Who are these people?

*"The believer’s shade on the Day of Resurrection will be his charity.”*๐Ÿ“š(Tirmidhi)

Muslim Faithful!

The hadith above did not mention considering people who pray or fast or do dhikr, but the canopy will be made available to cover only the Muslims who engage in the FREQUENT giving of charity in this world.

My people!

This world ๐ŸŒŽ is a place for trials and tests. Therefore, anywhere you find yourself and there's a call to give out charity, do not think that if you give out from the little you have, you will not be able to solve this or that problem. After all, even if you refused giving, that will not remove your financial problems for life.

We should not forget,

That any amount we spend on our family is something. But anything we give to promote the religion of Allah (swt) and to people outside our immediate family is a huge investment.

Evidence:

"O you who have believed, spend from that which We have provided for you before there comes a Day in which there is no buying & selling and no friendship and no intercession. And the disbelievers - they are the wrongdoers."๐Ÿ“šAl-Baqarah 2:254

NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Arba'a. 29th day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Wednesday 8th May 2024). *_NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH_*. BismilLah.  Even though feelings of Panic, stress/worries etc are part of life, they must not reduce our acts of worship or trust in ALLAH. The more a man turns to ALLAH and focuses on HIM, the more he will feel a sense of peace and comfort, to an extent that no one knows except ALLAH. Hence those who know ALLAH, are close to HIM and fear HIM are the happiest of people, to such an extent that one of them said, in a well-known expression: “If the kings and the sons of kings knew what joy we have, they would fight us for it with the sword.” This is also what is expressed in the Qur’an, as ALLAH says: “Whoever works righteousness, whether male or female, while he (or she) is a true believer (of Islamic Monotheism) verily, to him ALLAH will give a good life (in this world with respect, contentment and lawful provision), and ALLAH will ...

HELPING OTHERS WITH INTENTION FOR ALLAH'S HELP IN RETURN

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yaum Al-Khamis, 22nd day of Jumaadal Uula 1447AH, Thursday, 13th November, 2025.  *_HELPING OTHERS WITH INTENTION FOR ALLAH'S HELP IN RETURN_*. BismilLah.  When we help our brothers and sisters in Islam, in reality, we are helping ourselves. The Messenger of ALLAH (S.A.W) said: He who relieves the hardship of a believer in this world, ALLAH Azzawajallah will relieve his hardship on the Day of Judgment. He who makes easy what is difficult, ALLAH ALLAH Azzawajallah will make it easy for him in the world and the hereafter. He who conceals the faults of a Muslim, ALLAH ALLAH Azzawajallah will conceal his faults in this ALLAH Azzawajallah world and the Hereafter, for ALLAH helps the servant as long as he helps his brother. Source: Ṣaḥīḥ "Muslim 2699. AlhamdulilLah.  With this I hope with immediate effect we will all strive to help each other in any possible way such as making dua for each other, supporting our relatives and those in need in ou...

THE MUSLIM WOMAN AND HER OWN SELF

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm athalaatha, 3rd day of Rabeeul Awwal 1447AH, Tuesday, 26th August 2025. *_THE MUSLIM WOMAN AND HER OWN SELF_*. BismilLah.  Islam encourages Muslims in general to stand out among people, readily distinguishable by their dress, appearance and behaviour, so that they will be a good example, worthy of the great message that they bring to humanity. According to the hadith narrated by the great Sahabi Ibn al-Hanzaliyyah, the Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wasallam ) told his Companions, when they were travelling to meet some brothers in faith: "You are going to visit your brothers, so repair your saddles and make sure that you are dressed well, so that you will stand out among people like an adornment, for ALLAH (SWT) does not love ugliness." Reported by Imam Abu Dawud, 4/83, in Kitab al-libas, bab ma ja'a fi isbal al-izar. The Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) considered an unkempt and careless appearance, and scruffy clothes and furnishings, to be...
