Fasting is Knocking
[[---- Episode 22 ----]]

بسم الله الرحمان الرحيم

One of our group members asked:

"Salam alaikum warahmatullah, pls ustaz, I need all the days Nafilat of this year Ramadan and names of Allah to recite after everyday nafil". Thanks.

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

*RESPONSE:*

If it comes to religious matter, our proof should be that - *"so so and so is a commandment of Allah (swt), or Sunnah of our beloved prophet Muhammad (PBUH) or something which any of the prophet's companions did"*- But outside the circle above, anything ibadah done attracts ZERO reward and sometimes, attracts Allah's punishment.

For instance,

If i recite suratul fatiha 2 or 3 times in every rakaat during obligatory or voluntary prayer, did i follow the teachings of Allah and His messenger❓No i didn't❗ But people of innovation will tell you that *"why will you say that so so and so they recited is a bad thing!"* Just like suratul fatiha itself is not a bad thing but reciting suratul fatiha 2X or more in every rakaat during obligatory or voluntary prayer is a bad thing in this regard.. I hope this example helps❗

Now,

Apart from Taraweeh, or Tahajjud prayers, it's not written anywhere that, our beloved prophet (PBUH) or Abubakar, Umar Ali and any prophet's companions through which we received this religion did or instructed that certain nawafil (aside Taraweeh-Tahajjud) should be established every day in d month of ramadan with some special surahs to be recited in so so and so number and some names of Allah at d end of it (as we can find many Muslims doing everyday in d month of ramadan). Yes. And whoever gives u anything to do, should explain to u with evidence(s) from Quran or if it's from d prophet or his companions or any amongst the early predecessors

Servants of Allah!

Ramadan has come, where people of *INNOVATION* forge alot of *REWARDLESS* things and asked that, people should engage themselves in doing it in the month of Ramadan, while in the actual sense, the acts attractsno reward. Infant, in most cases, it attract Allah's anger for innovating things into his religion.

The reality is that,

Nana Aisha (r.a) reported: The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said:

مَنْ أَحْدَثَ فِي أَمْرِنَا هَذَا مَا لَيْسَ فِيهِ فَهُوَ رَدٌّ

"Whoever innovates something into this affair of ours which does not belong to it will have it rejected". 📚[Sahih Bukhari, Book 49, Number 861 ]

In another narration, the Prophet said:

مَنْ عَمِلَ عَمَلًا لَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ أَمْرُنَا فَهُوَ رَدٌّ

"Whoever performs a deed that is not in accordance with our matter will have it rejected". 📚[Sahih Muslim, Book 18, Number 4266 ]

*Please shine your eyes🙄. Ask questions before u do anything especially in this month. And ensure that the people you ask questions are Ahlu-Sunnah - that's, people who use ONLY Quran and Hadith to make judgement*

Please spread this reminder amongst your contacts and groups to save countless people from engaging in REWARDLESS acts in this year month of Ramadan.

*Share this very write-up to remind others*

NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Arba'a. 29th day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Wednesday 8th May 2024). *_NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH_*. BismilLah.  Even though feelings of Panic, stress/worries etc are part of life, they must not reduce our acts of worship or trust in ALLAH. The more a man turns to ALLAH and focuses on HIM, the more he will feel a sense of peace and comfort, to an extent that no one knows except ALLAH. Hence those who know ALLAH, are close to HIM and fear HIM are the happiest of people, to such an extent that one of them said, in a well-known expression: “If the kings and the sons of kings knew what joy we have, they would fight us for it with the sword.” This is also what is expressed in the Qur’an, as ALLAH says: “Whoever works righteousness, whether male or female, while he (or she) is a true believer (of Islamic Monotheism) verily, to him ALLAH will give a good life (in this world with respect, contentment and lawful provision), and ALLAH will ...

HELPING OTHERS WITH INTENTION FOR ALLAH'S HELP IN RETURN

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yaum Al-Khamis, 22nd day of Jumaadal Uula 1447AH, Thursday, 13th November, 2025.  *_HELPING OTHERS WITH INTENTION FOR ALLAH'S HELP IN RETURN_*. BismilLah.  When we help our brothers and sisters in Islam, in reality, we are helping ourselves. The Messenger of ALLAH (S.A.W) said: He who relieves the hardship of a believer in this world, ALLAH Azzawajallah will relieve his hardship on the Day of Judgment. He who makes easy what is difficult, ALLAH ALLAH Azzawajallah will make it easy for him in the world and the hereafter. He who conceals the faults of a Muslim, ALLAH ALLAH Azzawajallah will conceal his faults in this ALLAH Azzawajallah world and the Hereafter, for ALLAH helps the servant as long as he helps his brother. Source: Ṣaḥīḥ "Muslim 2699. AlhamdulilLah.  With this I hope with immediate effect we will all strive to help each other in any possible way such as making dua for each other, supporting our relatives and those in need in ou...

THE MUSLIM WOMAN AND HER OWN SELF

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm athalaatha, 3rd day of Rabeeul Awwal 1447AH, Tuesday, 26th August 2025. *_THE MUSLIM WOMAN AND HER OWN SELF_*. BismilLah.  Islam encourages Muslims in general to stand out among people, readily distinguishable by their dress, appearance and behaviour, so that they will be a good example, worthy of the great message that they bring to humanity. According to the hadith narrated by the great Sahabi Ibn al-Hanzaliyyah, the Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wasallam ) told his Companions, when they were travelling to meet some brothers in faith: "You are going to visit your brothers, so repair your saddles and make sure that you are dressed well, so that you will stand out among people like an adornment, for ALLAH (SWT) does not love ugliness." Reported by Imam Abu Dawud, 4/83, in Kitab al-libas, bab ma ja'a fi isbal al-izar. The Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) considered an unkempt and careless appearance, and scruffy clothes and furnishings, to be...
