LESSONS & REFLECTIONS FOR MODERN LIFE FROM QUR’AN 3:160

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yaum As-sabt, 1st day of Jumaadal Aakhir 1447AH, Saturday, 22nd November, 2025. *_LESSONS & REFLECTIONS FOR MODERN LIFE FROM QUR’AN 3:160_*. BismilLah.  From the past 2 days, we've been studying from Qur'an 3:160. Here are practical, modern-life lessons drawn from the verse.  Your strength is not measured by your resources alone. We often think success comes only from: money, connections, education, strategy, technology etc but this verse reminds us: what truly determines outcomes is ALLAH'S help, not just material means. Lesson: Do your best, but don’t let your heart depend on your tools more than the One who controls all results. To be continued tomorrow in Shaa ALLAH. *_May ALLAH Azzawajal keep guiding and protecting us from any satanic influences_*. Aameen.

Take Free Drugs* [[--Episode 11--]]

*Take Free Drugs* [[--Episode 11--]] ------------------ بسم الله الرحمان الرجيم Imagine the most terrifying day of your existence. The sun is burning above your head. You are standing in a crowd of billions, waiting for your judgment. Your whole life is in a book, and you are praying for even one good deed to save you. On that day, the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), the man who you claim to love, will be standing before Allah. He does not look at you with pride. He does not smile. His heart is broken. He will not be talking about how much you prayed, fasted or listing your good deeds. Instead, with a heavy heart, He turns to Allah and says the words that will shatter your soul: وَقَالَ ٱلرَّسُولُ يَٰرَبِّ إِنَّ قَوۡمِي ٱتَّخَذُواْ هَٰذَا ٱلۡقُرۡءَانَ مَهۡجُورࣰا  "O my Lord, my people have abandoned your book - Qur'an." 📚Al-Furqan 25:30 He is not complaining about his enemies. He is complaining about you—the one who calls himself a sincere Muslim. In that moment, ...

Halal or haraam? You are what you eat

🍀بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم🍀 ﷺ ♥‌‌‌🍃ﷺ♥‌‌‌🍃ﷺ   * ` Thursday 20th November 2025/ 30th Jumadal-Ula 1447 AH```* *Halal or haraam? You are what you eat* Abu Muhammad Al-Juwayni (رحمه الله) was a great Aalim who possessed an extremely high level of caution and concern regarding the consumption of halaal and haraam. The level of his concern was such that it prompted him to earn by working with his own hands, in order to have the peace of mind that he was earning a pure livelihood that was untainted by haraam. When the time for his marriage arrived, he used the pure money which he had painstakingly earned, to pay for his mahr (dowry) and other marriage expenses. The effect of this pure wealth was clearly manifest in the son he was blessed with from this marriage. This son also grew up to become a great Aalim and was later known by the title of “Imaamul Haramain” (Imaam of the Two Harams). Understanding the crucial role consumption that halaal plays in the life of a Muslim, Abu Muh...

FAJR REMINDER: THE FALL OF THE HEROES

FAJR REMINDER: THE FALL OF THE HEROES By: Umm Affan Jumādā al-Ākhirah 1, 1447 (22-November-2025) Do you recall the story of the three Muslim commanders involved in the Battle of Mu’tah? They are among the heroes who fell in this significant battle in Syria, which witnessed the Romans mobilizing approximately 200,000 warriors. Let’s revisit the circumstances that led to this confrontation. The Prophet (ﷺ) had sent his companion Ḥārith Ibn Umayr (Raḍiyallāhu ‘Anhu) with a letter directed to the governor of Buṣra. Upon reaching Mu’tah, he was met by Sharjīl Ibn Amr Ghassani, who, upon realizing that Ḥārith was a messenger of the Prophet (ﷺ) en route to Shām, ordered his execution. Deeply distressed by this act, the Prophet (ﷺ) gathered a substantial army to avenge his death. Zayd Ibn Ḥārithah, Ja’far Ibn Abī Ṭālib, and ‘Abdullāh Ibn Rawāḥah fought valiantly, carrying the flag until they achieved martyrdom (Raḍiyallāhu ‘Anhum). The Prophet (ﷺ) remarked: “...Finally, the flag was taken...

LET'S WORK WITH EXCELLENCE, RELY WITH FAITH, AND REMEMBER THAT ALLAH’S SUPPORT IS THE MOST POWERFUL FACTOR IN EVERY SUCCESS

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yaumul Jumuat, 30th day of Jumaadal Uula 1447AH, Friday, 21st November, 2025. *_LET'S WORK WITH EXCELLENCE, RELY WITH FAITH, AND REMEMBER THAT ALLAH’S SUPPORT IS THE MOST POWERFUL FACTOR IN EVERY SUCCESS_*. BismilLahir Rahmamir Raheem.  Alhamdulillah for granting us the opportunity to be part of this blessed day of the week. Let's continue from yesterday's reminder. We reminded each other in yesterday's reminder that  ALLAH’s Support Guarantees Victory. Let's also note that If ALLAH Azzawajal Withdraws Support, No One Else or power Can Help us.  Qur'an 3:160 also presents the opposite: if ALLAH Azzawajal withholds HIS support, no other protector or helper can benefit the believers. This teaches: Reliance on ALLAH Azzawajal is the foundation of strength, Disobedience, disunity, or lack of sincerity can cause divine support to be withheld. No human power can compensate for the loss of ALLAH’S aid so at the end of the verse, “On ALLAH let t...

FAJR REMINDER: DAJJĀL AND THE TRIAL OF KNOWLEDGE

FAJR REMINDER: DAJJĀL AND THE TRIAL OF KNOWLEDGE By: Umm Affan Jumādā al-’Ūlā 30, 1447 (21-November-2025) Knowledge is power! Indeed, individuals will be tested by Dajjāl through the knowledge he presents, which is fraught with deceit and falsehood. The term Dajjāl is from the verb “Dajala,” meaning to intentionally confuse and obfuscate matters. Consequently, Dajjāl becomes a title for the lying, one-eyed, false Masīḥ. He is referred to as Dajjāl because he will conceal his Kufr (disbelief) from the people by employing lies, vague statements, deception, and confusion. This manipulation will be facilitated by the fact that many individuals during that time will be empty and worthless people, intellectually shallow, and lacking in opulence regarding intelligence. In fact, this reality is already evident today. It is truly disheartening and shameful to witness adult Muslims who struggle to recite Sūrah Al-Fātiḥah correctly. We express our gratitude to Allāh for the gift of Islām. Is...

Face-Me-I-Slap U

*Face-Me-I-Slap U* ------------------ بسم الله الرحمان الرجيم Imagine you finally enter Paradise. Alhamdulillah! You made it. But you see something you did not expect. Inside Paradise, some people will have the most beautiful houses you have ever seen. The walls are like light. You can see the beauty from the inside and the outside at the same time. Then, inside Paradise also, you see others. Their place is small. Very simple. Like a one-room "face-me-I-slap-you" apartment where everything is crowded. Yes. Paradise has levels. Everyone is happy, but some people will have a much, much better life inside Paradise. Evidence: The Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) was asked about the occupants of these beautiful, shining rooms? He replied: "Those houses are for those who pray at night while other people are sleeping." 📚(Musnad Ahmad 6436) This is the people of Tahajjud. My People, Every night, angels are giving out a priceless reward. Yes. They are not sharing money. If they wer...

Be a Club Sister

*Be a Club Sister* ------------------ بسم الله الرحمان الرجيم Imagine there is a secret club. This club only opens at night when everyone is sleeping. To join this club, you must do one thing: leave your warm, comfortable bed. This club is called Tahajjud. Allah (swt) knows that leaving your bed at night is very hard (especially when the prayer is voluntary). Very few people can do it. That is why this club has the best goodies and rewards. The best gifts are kept for its members. Here is the best part: Your membership never stops. Not even during your menses. My Sister, Many women think, "I can't pray during my period, so I can't join the Tahajjud club." This is not true! Listen carefully: It is not your fault that you have your period. It is not a punishment. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: "Verily this is a matter Allah has written upon the girls of Prophet Adam (a.s.)…” 📚[Bukhari] When you wake up, you can: (1) Say lots of Astagfirrullah (2) ...

Take Free Drugs* [[--Episode 10--]]

*Take Free Drugs* [[--Episode 10--]] ------------------ بسم الله الرحمان الرجيم Think of being in a deep, dark ocean. A giant fish has swallowed you. There is no light. No way out. This is what happened to Prophet Yunus. But Allah saved him. Why? The Qur'an tells us it was because Yunus (A.S) was always connected to Allah. فَلَوۡلَآ أَنَّهُۥ كَانَ مِنَ ٱلۡمُسَبِّحِينَ - لَلَبِثَ فِي بَطۡنِهِۦٓ إِلَىٰ يَوۡمِ يُبۡعَثُونَ "And had he not been of those who regularly exalt Allāh, He would have remained inside its belly until the Day they are resurrected. 📚As-Saffat 37:143-144 You see! Allah (swt) says if Yunus had not done this, he would have stayed inside that fish until the end of the world. This story is a powerful message for you and me. Our lives can feel like that dark ocean. We have sadness, sickness, and worries that feel like they are swallowing us. What is our way out? What is our rescue? *The Qur'an is our rescue*. Yes. Remembering Allah (swt) by reading the Qur...

FAJR REMINDER: A PAINFUL TRUTH!

FAJR REMINDER: A PAINFUL TRUTH! By: Umm Affan Jumādā al-’Ūlā 29, 1447 (20-November-2025) Are you ready? Do you think you are too young to begin the journey of no return? Think again! A minute old dies, and indeed, some do not make it to this world. One of the great mysteries of death is that none of us can predict when, where, or in what condition it will strike us. When the appointed time arrives, there will be no delay. Allāh states: “To every people is an appointed term; when their term is reached, neither can they delay it nor can they advance it an hour (or a moment).” [Sūrah Al-A’raf (7): 34] This journey is inevitable. We should not fall into the same mindset as the Jews, to whom Allāh instructed Prophet Muḥammad (ﷺ) to convey: “Verily, the death from which you flee will surely meet you, then you will be sent back to (Allāh), the All-Knower of the unseen and the seen, and He will tell you what you used to do.” [Sūrah Al-Jumu’ah (62): 8] Always keep in mind and be ready for ...

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yaum Al-khamis, 29th day of Jumaadal Uula 1447AH, Thursday, 20th November, 2025. *_LET'S WORK WITH EXCELLENCE, RELY WITH FAITH, AND REMEMBER THAT ALLAH’S SUPPORT IS THE MOST POWERFUL FACTOR IN EVERY SUCCESS_*. BismilLah.  ALLAH Azzawajal says in Qur'an 3:160; “If ALLAH helps you, none can overcome you; but if HE forsakes you, then who is there that can help you after HIM? So in ALLAH let the believers put their trust.” Let's study this verse in details. Please note that ALLAH’s Support Guarantees Victory. The verse emphasizes that true victory does not come from numbers, weapons, or strategy, but from ALLAH’s support. If ALLAH Azzawajal grants naṣr (help), then no external force, no matter how powerful, can defeat the believers. According to our schorlars, ALLAH’s help includes: Strengthening hearts with courage, Instilling unity among believers, Granting wisdom in decision-making, Turning circumstances in believers favor. This verse was especially ...

Dead Man Revived

They came to one of their several graveyards in the course of their journey and said to one another, ‘If we should offer two Rakaat Salat and supplicate Allah, The One Full of Glory, perhaps He will revive one of the dead men for us and bring him out that we may ask him about death.’”*_ _*“They did what they had suggested. THE PRINCESS & THE CONSTRUCTION WORKER

Muslims Till Death: 🍀بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم🍀 ﷺ ♥‌‌‌🍃ﷺ♥‌‌‌🍃ﷺ   *THE PRINCESS & THE CONSTRUCTION WORKER* Once upon a time there was a new big grand Musjid being built… At that Musjid, there was a young man who was working in it's construction. At the completion of the Musjid, the Sultan who ordered its building commanded all the workers to leave. Aиϑ the reason is, because his daughter, the Princess, had asked him a special request to be the first one to go into that Musjid & pray two rakaats in the musalla, with no one else there. The construction workers leave but there was this one construction worker that was falling behind. He was late & he didn’t realize that everyone else had left, & they had allowed the plPrincess into the Musjid to go pray. So as he’s leaving, he catches a glimpse of the Princess inside the musalla of the Musjid praying two rakaats of nafl salaah. Aиϑ the scene was jus...

FAJR REMINDER: BE A TRUE MUSLIM!

FAJR REMINDER: BE A TRUE MUSLIM!  By: Umm Affan Jumādā al-’Ūlā 28, 1447 (19-November-2025) One shouldn't be surprised by the misconduct of non-Muslims, as their lack of belief in Islām often outweighs any moral shortcomings they may display. However, it becomes a significant concern when a Muslim engages in wrongful behavior.  According to the moral teachings found in both the Qur'ān and the Sunnah, as conveyed by our righteous predecessors and respected scholars today, there is a pressing issue when Muslims behave inappropriately. Regrettably, some individuals identify as Muslims with names and appearances reflecting Islām, yet they lack a genuine comprehension of its principles. Unfortunately, we witness some Muslims indulging in behaviors such as backbiting, suspicion, spying, defamation, and insults toward others. This is particularly disheartening when even scholars of the Deen are not spared from such treatment. What do they hope to achieve through these actions?...

Some Great Role Models for our Muslim Sisters to emulate, our mothers in deen continues

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yaum Arba'a, 28th day of Jumaadal Uula 1447AH, Wednesday, 19th November, 2025.  *_Some Great Role Models for our Muslim Sisters to emulate, our mothers in deen continues_*. Bismillaah. Let's continue from yesterday's reminder about some of the greatest Women in Islam for our sisters and wives to emulate.  2. Our Sister Fatimah (R.A): Fatimah (R.A), the beloved daughter of Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ), is a prime role model for Muslim women. She embodied piety, humility, charity, and sacrifice in every aspect of her life—as a daughter, wife to Imam Ali (R.A), and mother to Imam Hassan and Imam Hussain (R.A). Her purity and sincerity earned her exceptional honor from the Prophet (ﷺ), who would stand for her and offer his place whenever she entered. He also said, *“Fatimah is a part of me, and whoever angers her angers me.”* Her life of modesty, simplicity, and devotion serves as a guiding example for Muslim women today. *_May ALLAH Azzawajal help our daught...

A Reminder We All Forget…

A Reminder We All Forget… One day, the heartbeat you never noticed will beat for the last time. The breath you just took without thinking will be your final breath. Your name will be mentioned in silence. Your clothes will belong to someone else. Your phone will ring, but you won’t be there to answer. People will cry… then life will go on. And you, you’ll be lying in a place you never visited, wrapped in a cloth you never bought, surrounded by darkness you never imagined. At that moment, nothing will matter not your followers, not your money, not your beauty, not your pride. Only your deeds. Only your salah. Only your heart. Only what you did for Allah. So we ask…When death comes to us, oh Allāh, make it come with ease and at the right time. Make our final moment our best moment. Make our last words Lā ilāha illAllāh. May Allāh ﷻ have mercy on our lonely graves, light up our darkness, forgive our sins, and reunite us with the righteous in Jannah. Āmīn 🤲❤️ > Ahmad Zahir Enagi A...

DISCUSSION OF THE INDIVIDUAL LETTERS AT THE BEGINNING OF SŪRAH

*DISCUSSION OF THE INDIVIDUAL LETTERS AT THE BEGINNING OF SŪRAH* ALLĀH, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful says; > *الم (Alif Lam Mim)* The individual letters in the beginning of some Surahs are among those things whose knowledge ALLĀH has kept only for Himself. This was reported from Abu Bakr, Umar, Uthman, Ali and Ibn Mas'ud. It was said that these letters are the names of some of the Surahs. It was also said that they are the beginnings that ALLĀH chose to start the Surahs of the Qur'an with. Khasif stated that Mujahid said, "The beginnings of the Surahs, such as Qāf, Sād, Ṭā Sīn Mīm and Alif Lām Rā, are just some letters of the alphabet." Some linguists also stated that; they are letters of the alphabet and that ALLĀH simply did not cite the entire alphabet of twenty-eight letters. For instance, they said, one might say, "My son recites Alif, Ba, Ta, Tha..." he means the entire alphabet although he stops before mentioning the rest of it. This opinio...

THE PROHIBITION OF KILLING CHILDREN

*THE PROHIBITION OF KILLING CHILDREN* ALLĀH says, > *وَلَا تَقۡتُلُوٓاْ أَوۡلَٰدَكُم مِّنۡ إِمۡلَٰقٍۖ* > *Do not kill your children (male or female) for fear of poverty.* That is, because you are worried about how to provide for them, as happened during the jahiliyah when hard-heartedness and injustice prevailed. If they are prohibited to kill their own children in this situation, then killing their children for no reason, or killing the children of others, is even more emphatically prohibited, for > *نَّحۡنُ نَرۡزُقُكُمۡ وَإِيَّاهُمۡۖ* > *WE provide for you and for them.* That is, WE have guaranteed the provision of all. You are not the ones who provide for your children or even for yourselves, so there is no need to worry about them. *{Tafsi‌r As-Sa'di}* #sadi #Anam (6:151)

BASMALLĀH IS RECOMMENDED BEFORE PERFORMING ANY DEED

*BASMALLĀH IS RECOMMENDED BEFORE PERFORMING ANY DEED* Basmalāh (reciting Bismillāh) is recommended before starting any action or deed. For instance, - Basmalāh is recommended before starting a Khutbah (speech). - The Basmalāh is also recommended before one enters the place where he wants to relieve himself, there is a Hadith concerning this practice. - Further, Basmalāh is recommended at the beginning of ablution, for Imam Ahmad and the Sunan compilers recorded that Abu Hurayrah, Said bin Zayd and Abu Said narrated from the Prophet (ﷺ): *"There is no valid ablution for he who did not mention ALLAH'S Name in it".* This Hadith is Hasan (good). Also, the Basmalāh is recommended before eating, for Muslim recorded in his Sahih that the Messenger of ALLĀH (ﷺ) said to Umar bin Abi Salamah while he was a child under his care: *"Say Bismillāh, eat with your right hand and eat from whatever is next to you."* Some of the scholars stated that Basmalāh before eating is obli...

THE PROHIBITION OF INSULTING THE FALSE gods OF THE DISBELIEVERS IS TO PREVENT THEM FROM INSULTING ALLĀH

*THE PROHIBITION OF INSULTING THE FALSE gods OF THE DISBELIEVERS IS TO PREVENT THEM FROM INSULTING ALLĀH* ALLĀH says, > *وَلَا تَسُبُّوا۟ ٱلَّذِینَ یَدۡعُونَ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ فَیَسُبُّوا۟ ٱللَّهَ عَدۡوَۢا بِغَیۡرِ عِلۡمࣲۗ كَذَ ٰلِكَ زَیَّنَّا لِكُلِّ أُمَّةٍ عَمَلَهُمۡ ثُمَّ إِلَىٰ رَبِّهِم مَّرۡجِعُهُمۡ فَیُنَبِّئُهُم بِمَا كَانُوا۟ یَعۡمَلُونَ* > *Do not insult what they invoke besides ALLĀH or they will insult ALLĀH spitefully out of ignorance. This is how WE have made each people’s deeds appealing to them. Then to their Lord is their return, and HE will inform them of what they used to do.* Here ALLĀH forbids the believers to do something that had originally been permissible and even prescribed, which is reviling the gods of the polytheists, which they took as idols and gods besides ALLĀH, as scorning and reviling them was a means of drawing closer to ALLĀH. But because this was something that may be a cause of the polytheists reviling the Lord of the worlds, Who shoul...

RETALIATION FOR WOUNDS

*RETALIATION FOR WOUNDS* ALLĀH said,    > *وَالْجُرُوحَ قِصَاصٌ*  > *and wounds equal for equal.* Ali bin Abi Talhah reported that Ibn Abbas said: "Life for life, an eye for an eye, a nose, if cut off, for a nose, a tooth broken for a tooth and wounds equal for wound." The free Muslims, men and women, are equal in this matter. And their slaves, male and female, are equal in this matter. And this ruling is the same regarding intentional murder and lesser offenses, as Ibn Jarir and Ibn Abi Hatim recorded. *AN IMPORTANT RULING* The retaliation for wounds should not be implemented until the wounds of the victim heal. If retaliation occurs before the wound heals, and then the wound becomes aggravated, the victim will have no additional rights in this case. The proof for this ruling is what Imam Ahmad narrated from Amr bin Shu’aib from his father, from his grandfather that; "a man once stabbed another man in his leg using a horn. The victim came to the Prophet (ﷺ) a...

*Take Free Drugs* [[-- Episode 9 --]] ------------------ بسم الله الرحمان الرجيم We are all here for a short time. One day, we will leave this world and go back to Allah (swt). What will we bring to Allah? What kind of companion are we inviting to be visiting us in our graves? Music? Muslim Faithful, Our hearts are like a clean glass. But this world is dusty. Every day, dust gets in. The dust of bad thoughts, bad habits, backbiting, gossip, watching haram programs on TVs and small or big sins. This dust makes our hearts dirty. A dirty heart does not listen easily. When the heart is dirty, we find it hard to obey Allah. We do things we know we shouldn't. It feels like a struggle. But Allah did not leave us like this. He sent us a perfect cleaner for our hearts. That cleaner is the Qur'an. And Guess what? The best part of it is that, you don't even need to understand the Arabic words right now. Yes. Just read the Qur'an (at least 5 to 10 pages daily- minimum). Just liste...

The dangers of "Bid'ah"(Religious Innovation in Islam) and the need for tolerance

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yaum al-ithnayn, 26th day of Jumaadal Uula 1447AH, Monday, 17th November, 2025.  *_The dangers of "Bid'ah"(Religious Innovation in Islam) and the need for tolerance_*. BismilLah. I would like to remind myself and all brothers and sisters in Islam that, Islam is a complete way of life. Islam is not about what we think or what our Sheikh or our Imam or our fathers says but Islam is the way the Prophet taught us been narrated to us through the companions and their students till today. Whatever your father, Imam etc says about the deen, respectfully ask him for proof from the Quran, Sunnah or consensus of past scholars.  We read from almost any speech of the Prophet sallallahu alaihi the statements "Wa sharrul Umoori Muhdathaatuhaa, Wa kulla Bid'atin dhalalah, wa kulla dhalalatin fin-naar" (Sahih Muslim). Translation of the above Hadith: "Every religious innovation is a misguidance and every misguidance goes to Hell fire. The prophe...

CO-WIVES SHOULD LIVE LIKE MUSLIM SISTERS TO THEIR HUSBAND NOT AS RIVALS

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yaumul ahad, 25th day of Jumaadal Uula 1447AH, Sunday, 16th November, 2025.  *_CO-WIVES SHOULD LIVE LIKE MUSLIM SISTERS TO THEIR HUSBAND NOT AS RIVALS_*. BismilLah.  Undoubtedly, marrying more than one wife is a blessings and it's sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad sallallahu alaiyhi wassallam so let's embrace it with fear of ALLAH Azzawajal. ALLAH Azzawajal doesn't permit anything bad so to see polygamy as bad or disliked is like saying to ALLAH, you permitted the wrong thing which no one will dare to say so let's strive for it only if we can fulfil it's obligations. Go for it without any fear if you've got good intentions. If you can't afford then maintain the one sincerely seeking ALLAH'S blessings but if you can manage two very well financially and fairly with fear of ALLAH Azzawajal then go for it brother.   The bond that governed the relationships between the wives of the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) was t...

Avoid 👄 Service

*Avoid 👄 Service* ------------------ بسم الله الرحمان الرجيم Think about this for a moment. Right now, in a hospital, someone is struggling to breathe. They need a machine to help them. Right now, someone cannot pass urine or go to the toilet without a doctor's help. Right now, someone is finding it hard to even swallow their own saliva. Think of all the people you knew, who were your age, who have died. But you are still here. Allah (swt) has chosen you to live until today. Now, look at your own life. Do you have a job or not? Are you married or not? Do you have children or not? Are you rich or poor? Are you perfectly healthy or facing some sickness? My People, In any condition you are in, you are far, far better than millions of other people. This is a fact. If this is true, then you must say "Thank You" to Allah (swt). Not just sometimes, but all the time. Now, Who gets the benefit of being a thankful servant? You. Yourself. And, Allah (swt) Himself promises in the Q...

ENDURING GRIEF AND HARDSHIP IN LIFE AS MUSLIMS

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yaum As-sabt, 24th day of Jumaadal Uula 1447AH, Saturday, 15th November, 2025.  *_ENDURING GRIEF AND HARDSHIP IN LIFE AS MUSLIMS_*. BismilLaahir Rahmanir Raheem.  In Qur'an chapter 2, verses 155-157, Allah subhanallahu ta’ala reminds us: "Verily, ALLAH will test you with something of fear and hunger; some loss in goods or lives or the fruits (of your toil) but give glad tidings to those who patiently persevere Who says when afflicted with calamity: "Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhir raji-oon" "To ALLAH we belong and to HIM is our return." They are those on whom (descend) blessings from ALLAH and Mercy, and they are the ones that receive guidance." From these verses, we can see that in a Muslim’s life, death, hardship, and suffering should never come as a complete surprise. In fact, ALLAH Azzawajal promises us some sort of difficulties as a certainty, somewhere during our lifetime. It is a test of our eeman, our faith in ALLAH Azzawa...

FAJR REMINDER: HIS ACCEPTANCE OF ISLĀM

FAJR REMINDER: HIS ACCEPTANCE OF ISLĀM  By: Umm Affan Jumādā al-’Ūlā 24, 1447 (15-November-2025) On his journey to Madīnah to embrace Islām, he encountered ‘Uthmān Ibn Ṭalḥah, to whom he shared his intentions. ‘Uthmān consented and chose to accompany him. They traveled together until they reached Al-Haddah, where they met ‘Amr Ibn Al-Aas. He welcomed them, asking, “Where are you heading to?” Since they all shared the same objective, they continued together until they approached the outskirts of Madīnah, where they paused to change their clothes. They entered Madīnah on the first day of Ṣafar in the eighth year of Hijrah. The Prophet (ﷺ) had already been notified of their arrival, and he was filled with joy. Upon seeing the Prophet (ﷺ), Khālid greeted him with a bright smile, and the Prophet responded with a face radiating happiness. Khālid Ibn al-Walīd accepted Islām on the spot and affirmed the truth, pledging his allegiance to the Prophet (ﷺ). Fully aware that he had previo...

Take Free Drugs* [[-- Episode 8 --]]

*Take Free Drugs* [[-- Episode 8 --]] ------------------ بسم الله الرحمان الرجيم Look at the world today. The rich and the poor share a common struggle: The richest people have everything money can buy. Yet, they still fight sickness that has no cure. Their families still face problems that no amount of money can solve—like fear, bad luck, broken relationships and a feeling of emptiness that won't go away. The poor struggle to survive, swim in the undesirables. From the above analysis, both the rich and the poor share the same inner pain: constant worry, endless frustration, and a peace of mind that never stays. Why is this happening to everyone? The answer is simple, and it comes from Allah (swt) Himself in the Quran: "Indeed, Allah will not change the condition of a people until they change what is in themselves...." 📚(Qur'an 13:11) Think about that. Your life right now—your happiness, your struggles, your peace—is a direct result of what is inside you. Yes. And t...

He prayed his five prayers, mostly. He believed in Allah with all his heart. One night, Muktar had a dream. It was not a normal dream. It was clear and felt very real. In the dream, he died. He saw his own funeral. People were crying. Then, two angels came to him. They were kind, but their faces were serious. They took him to his grave. Inside the grave, it was dark and tight. Then, a door opened in the darkness. A beautiful, shining man walked in. His face was bright like the moon, and he smelled nicer than any flower. He brought a light that made the grave feel like a garden. The man smiled at Muktar. "I am the rewards of your kindness to your wife and children." Muktar felt a happiness he had never felt before. He was safe. But then, another door opened. A terrifying creature entered. It was ugly an...

WORSHIPING WITH UNDERSTANDING

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yaumul Jumuat, 23rd day of Jumaadal Uula 1447AH, Friday, 14th November, 2025.  *_WORSHIPING WITH UNDERSTANDING_*. BismilLah. Alhamdulillah for granting us the opportunity to be part of this blessed day of the week. Brothers and Sisters is Islaam, I hope no-one will take offence, and I mean no disrespect to anyone. But I have to say that too many of us do not appreciate the importance of understanding the meaning of our salaah, our du'ah and dhikr. Most of us are quite satisfied to recite without knowing the meaning, without caring to learn the translations including myself. I’m sure ALLAH Azzawajal enjoys listening to us reciting HIS holy Words with such tremendous passion, with meticulous pronunciation of every haraf in tajweed. But, how much more will ALLAH Azzawajal not appreciate our efforts, if we actually knew what we are saying?  Imagine, we are speaking to ALLAH Azzawajal in the most elegant language of the Quran, our lips are moving and c...

A POEM ON THE VIRTUE OF SENDING BLESSINGS UPON THE PROPHET ﷺ

*A POEM ON THE VIRTUE OF SENDING BLESSINGS UPON THE PROPHET ﷺ* *إِذَا مَا شِئْتَ فِي الدَّارَيْنِ تَسْعَدُ ۞ فَكَثِّرْ بِالصَّلَاةَ عَلَى مُحَمَّدْ* *If you desire happiness in both worlds, then frequently send blessings upon Muhammad.* *وَإِنْ صَلَّيْتَ فَابْغِ الْأجْرَ فِيها ۞ وَشَفَّعْ بِالصَّلَاةِ عَلَى مُحَمَّدْ* *And if you pray seeking reward therein, then enhance it by sending blessings upon Muhammad.* *وَإِنْ شِئْتِ الْقُبُولَ لَهَا يَقِينًا ۞ فَتَحْتِمُ بِالصَّلَاةَ عَلَى مُحَمَّدْ* *If you desire its acceptance (i.e., your prayers) with certainty, make sure to seal them by sending blessings upon Muhammad.* *وَفِعْلُكَ كُلُّهُ عُقْبَاهُ خَيْرٌ  ۞ إِذَا صَلَّيْتَ فِيهِ عَلَى مُحَمَّدْ* *The outcome of all your deeds will be goodness, if you send blessings upon Muhammad in them.* *وَقُمْ فِي اللَّيْلِ وَادْعُ اللهَ وَارْغَبْ ۞ لِرَبِّكَ بالصَّلاةِ عَلَى مُحَمَّدْ* *Stand in the night, call upon ALLĀH, and long for your Lord through sending blessings upon Muhammad.* *و...

HELPING OTHERS WITH INTENTION FOR ALLAH'S HELP IN RETURN

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yaum Al-Khamis, 22nd day of Jumaadal Uula 1447AH, Thursday, 13th November, 2025.  *_HELPING OTHERS WITH INTENTION FOR ALLAH'S HELP IN RETURN_*. BismilLah.  When we help our brothers and sisters in Islam, in reality, we are helping ourselves. The Messenger of ALLAH (S.A.W) said: He who relieves the hardship of a believer in this world, ALLAH Azzawajallah will relieve his hardship on the Day of Judgment. He who makes easy what is difficult, ALLAH ALLAH Azzawajallah will make it easy for him in the world and the hereafter. He who conceals the faults of a Muslim, ALLAH ALLAH Azzawajallah will conceal his faults in this ALLAH Azzawajallah world and the Hereafter, for ALLAH helps the servant as long as he helps his brother. Source: Ṣaḥīḥ "Muslim 2699. AlhamdulilLah.  With this I hope with immediate effect we will all strive to help each other in any possible way such as making dua for each other, supporting our relatives and those in need in ou...

FAJR REMINDER: DAJJĀL AND THE TRIAL OF WEALTH

FAJR REMINDER: DAJJĀL AND THE TRIAL OF WEALTH By: Umm Affan Jumādā al-’Ūlā 23, 1447 (14-November-2025) This morning, we will further explore the topic of Al-Masīḥ Ad-Dajjāl (The one-eyed false Messiah), specifically focusing on his trial in relation to wealth. The treasures of the earth will follow him, enabling him to benefit those who believe in him and accept him as their Lord, while depriving those who reject him. It has been reported that the Prophet (ﷺ) said about him: “He will come to some people and call them, and they will believe in him and respond to him. Then he will command the sky to rain, and the earth to bring forth vegetation, and their cattle will come back to them in the evening, with their humps very high, and their udders full of milk, and their flanks stretched. Then he will come to another people and will call them, but they will reject him. So he will leave them and they will be stricken with famine, with none of their wealth in their hands.” [Sunan Ibn Māj...

FAJR REMINDER: LIKE THE PROPHETS AND MESSENGERS…(II)

FAJR REMINDER: LIKE THE PROPHETS AND MESSENGERS…(II) By: Umm Affan Jumādā al-’Ūlā 22, 1447 (13-November-2025) Prophet Mūsā (also known as Moses – ‘Alayhi Salām) was indeed one of the esteemed Messengers of Allāh, and it is clear that he was a Muslim. He championed and advocated for Islāmic Monotheism, which emphasizes the worship of Allāh Alone. Prophet Mūsā (‘Alayhi Salām) conveyed to his people: “O my people! If you have believed in Allāh, then put your trust in Him if you are Muslims (those who submit to Allāh's Will).” [Sūrah Yūnus (10): 84] What can we say about ‘Eesa (‘Alayhi Salām)? Like the other Prophets, the essential aspects of his message encompass the necessity for man to recognize the exclusive sovereignty of God, which requires absolute servitude and obedience to Him alone. Allāh reveals that [‘Eesa (Jesus) said]: “And verily, Allāh is my Lord and your Lord. So worship Him (Alone). That is the Straight Path.” [Sūrah Maryam (19): 36] Furthermore, Allāh states that th...
