اَلْقَابِضُ
THE RESTRAINER, THE STRAIGHTENER
He is the One who constricts. All existence is in the power of Allāh. The life on this planet is a test for us, but Allah does not test his servants above their ability.

*Benefits*
Whoever writes (with saffron or by mere action of ones finger) this name of Allah on four morsels of bread (roti) each day for 4 days and eats them, will be safeguarded against hunger, thirst, injuries, pain etc. – Insha-Allah.

 *BEST TIME FOR TAHAJJUD* It is best to delay this prayer to the last third portion of the night. Abu Hurairah reports that the Messenger of Allah said: "Our Lord descends to the lowest heaven during the last third of the night, inquiring: 'Who will call on Me so that I may respond to him?
