بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

We should be making dua on a regular basis, throughout the year but in the month of Ramadan, duas hold a greater value than the rest of the year. In fact, in the month of Ramadan, our duas should increase. Why? Because Allah (swt) say:

“And when My servants ask you, [O Muhammad], concerning Me – indeed I am near. I respond to the invocation of the supplicant when he calls upon Me.” 📚(Surah Baqarah v. 186)

Furthermore,

If you check a page in surah Al-baqarah where Allah (swt) discusses the issues of fasting, you will find the verse preceding it talking about acceptance of Dua. Automatically, there is a direct link between dua and the fasting of Ramadan.

Also,

The Prophet (PBUH) said: *“The supplications of three persons are never turned away: a just ruler, a fasting person until he breaks his fast,....”* 📚(Sunan Ibn Majah No. 1624).

But,

*Do you know that some people's duas will never get answered even in the month of Ramadan?*

Imam Ibn Al-Qayyim (may Allah have mercy on him) said:

“Dua and taawwudhat [prayers seeking refuge with Allah] are like a weapon, and a weapon is only as good as the person who is using it; it is not merely the matter of how sharp it is. If the weapon is perfect and free of faults, and the arm of the person using it is strong, and there is nothing stopping him, then he can lay waste the enemy. But if any of these three features is lacking, then the effect will be lacking accordingly.” 📚(Ad-Da’ wad-Dawa’, p. 35)

From this statement, it will be clear that there is an etiquette and rulings which must be fulfilled, in the Dua and in the person making the Dua.

*Condition No 1:* One must be amongst those whose license is not thrown into dustbin.

As i speak, some people still have charms buried in their houses or elsewhere.. Some Muslims are still carrying out instructions of so-called Alfas, Mallams or soothsayers by giving salt, onion, colanut, used-clothes, beans cake with red oil or pepper as sadaqah.. Some women are fasting but still have certain things tied on their waist, which according to them, help them to secure their husband's love or help to give their husband EXTRAORDINARY SWEETNESS inside bedroom. Some people are fasting and still have rings on their hands which according to them, is helping in gaining one favor or protection. Some people are still patronizing fortunetellers (people who claim to have the knowledge of unseen), etc etc... Any Muslim who in any way engage in shirk have thrown his or her license or membership card into dustbin😃. Yes. If someone's swalah is not accepted for 40days, then, what about the person's Dua?

“Whoever goes to a fortune teller and asks him about something, his prayers will not be accepted for forty days” 📚Muslim

*Condition No 2:* There must be Deeper Sincerity in you:

This is one of the most important condition. Allah has commanded us to be sincere when making Du
a, as He says:

فَٱدْعُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ مُخْلِصِينَ لَهُ ٱلدِّينَ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ ٱلْكَٰفِرُونَ

So invoke Allāh, being sincere to Him in religion, although the disbelievers dislike it. 📚Ghafir 40:14

Sincerity in Du
a means that you ask with a strong conviction that you shall receive....

NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Arba'a. 29th day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Wednesday 8th May 2024). *_NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH_*. BismilLah.  Even though feelings of Panic, stress/worries etc are part of life, they must not reduce our acts of worship or trust in ALLAH. The more a man turns to ALLAH and focuses on HIM, the more he will feel a sense of peace and comfort, to an extent that no one knows except ALLAH. Hence those who know ALLAH, are close to HIM and fear HIM are the happiest of people, to such an extent that one of them said, in a well-known expression: “If the kings and the sons of kings knew what joy we have, they would fight us for it with the sword.” This is also what is expressed in the Qur’an, as ALLAH says: “Whoever works righteousness, whether male or female, while he (or she) is a true believer (of Islamic Monotheism) verily, to him ALLAH will give a good life (in this world with respect, contentment and lawful provision), and ALLAH will ...

One of the question asked is can a Christian enter Jannah today?

One of the question asked is can a Christian enter Jannah today? Alhamdulillah, it is clear from Quran and hadiths that any christian who dies believing Jesus is God or son of God and do not believe in prophet Muhammad Peace be Upon Him will enter hellfire. Allah says, Al-Ma'idah 5:17 They have certainly disbelieved who say that Allāh is Christ, the son of Mary. Say, "Then who could prevent Allāh at all if He had intended to destroy Christ, the son of Mary, or his mother or everyone on the earth?" And to Allāh belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them. He creates what He wills, and Allāh is over all things competent.

Friday and it's dignity.

Friday and it's dignity. O you who have believed, when [the adhān] is called for the prayer on the day of Jumuʿah [Friday], then proceed to the remembrance of Allāh and leave trade. That is better for you, if you only knew. Friday is the best day of the week because it was the day Adam was created, the day he entered paradise and the day he was removed from paradise. it was also the day he died and the hour(qiyaamah) will not come except on this day. Sahih. It was narrated from Aws bin Aws that: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Whoever washes (ghassala) and performs ghusl, comes early to the masjid and sits near the imam and does not engage in idle talk, he will have for every step he takes (the reward of) a year's worth of good deeds, fasting it and...
