The night of Qadr

 The night of Qadr.

Alhamdulillah, the night of Qadr is a night better than thousand month of worship.

Allah revealed unto the messenger of Allah salla Allahu alayhi wasalam saying to Him,

We have revealed it(Quran) in the night of power.

What will make you know the night of power?

The Night of Power is better than thousand months.

In it,the angels descend and the spirit(Gabriel) in it, by the permission of their lord,

Peace be upon it till the dawn.

Surah Qadr.

This is the surah talking of the Night of Qadr.

The Night of Power is the night matters are destined.

Allah says,

Ad-Dukhan 44:3

إِنَّآ أَنزَلۡنَٰهُ فِي لَيۡلَةࣲ مُّبَٰرَكَةٍۚ إِنَّا كُنَّا مُنذِرِينَ

Indeed, We sent it down during a blessed night.[1] Indeed, We were to warn [mankind].

Ad-Dukhan 44:4

فِيهَا يُفۡرَقُ كُلُّ أَمۡرٍ حَكِيمٍ

Therein [i.e., on that night] is made distinct[1] every precise matter -

Ad-Dukhan 44:5

أَمۡرࣰا مِّنۡ عِندِنَآۚ إِنَّا كُنَّا مُرۡسِلِينَ

[Every] matter [proceeding] from Us. Indeed, We were to send [a messenger]

On that Night, in it also Allah decreed everything to happen that year.

The one to become rich, the years people will live on earth, their deeds whether one will be a good person or evil person.

Today is 27th night, the night many scholars have topped it to be the night of power.

Many salaf says it is on the 27th night.

One should spend in night prayers, reciting Quran, reciting the takbir, tahleel and tahmid.

Subhanallah, Alhamdulillah, Allahu Akbar, laa ilaha illa Allah, Allahu Akbar, wa laa hawla wa laa quwwata illa billah.

May Allah make us among those to witness that night of Qadr and forgive us our sins and make our Qadr the best of the best. May Allah forgives our deceased parents and make them among the people of Jannah. Aamin
