Allāhumma innaka lasta bi’ilāhinis-tahdathnāh(u), wa lā birabbin yabīdu dhikruhub-tada’nāh(u), wa lā ‘alayka shurakā’u yaqdūna ma’ak(a), wa lā kāna lanā qablaka min ilāhin nalja’u ilayhi wa ndharuk(a), wa lā a’ānaka ‘alā khalqinā ahadun fa nushrikuhū fīk(a), tabārakta wa ta’ālayt.

O Allah, You are not a god who might have been devised by us, nor are You a perishable lord invented by us. Nor do You have any partners that share in Your Authority. Nor is it that we had a different god before You whom we would be petitioning rather than You. And it is not that anyone helped You in our creation so we would associate him with You. You are, indeed, Blissful and Supreme.

Allāhumma khalaqta nafsī wa anta tawaffāhā. Laka mamātuhā wa mahyāhā . In ahyaytaha fah-fazhā, wa in amattahā fagh-fir lahā, Allāhumma innī as’alukal-‘āfiyah.

O Allah, You are the One Who created my soul and You are the One Who will take it back. Its death and life are in Your control. If You keep it alive then protect it. And if You give it death then grant it forgiveness. O Allah, I beg for afiyah (steadfastness).

O Allah, enrich me with knowledge, grace me with forbearance, honour me with taqwa, and adorn me with peace and security.

O Allah, may that period not reach me nor should they (my Companions) reach that period when the knowledgeable will not be followed and the gentle will get no regard. The hearts of the people of that age will be like the aajim while their language may be Arabic.

O Allah, I seek from you an unbreakable promise. I am just a human being. So whichever believer I hurt or rebuke or hit or curse then change that for him into mercy, purification, and a means of closeness to You on the Day of Judgement.

O Allah, I seek Your protection from leprosy, obstinacy, hypocrisy, bad morals, and the evil of all that only You are aware of. I seek Allah’s protection from the state of the people of the Fire and from the Fire, and whatever words and actions bring one close to these. (I seek Your protection) from the evil of everything that is under Your control. I seek Your protection from the evil of this day and of that which will come after it. (I seek Your protection) from the evil of myself and the evil of Shaytan and his polytheism. (I seek Your protection) from that we should perpetrate evil against ourselves or divert it to any Muslim. Or that I should commit a mistake or sin that You will not forgive. And from the constriction on the Day of Judgement.

*Thought For The Day*

Sa’eed bin Al-Musayyab (RAHIMAHULLAAH) saw someone performing more than two rak’ahs in Fajr prayer and making a lot of bowing and prostration, so he stopped him. The man retorted, “Abu Muhammad, is ALLAAH (SUBHANAHU WA TA'ALA) going to punish me for performing prayer?!”

Sa’eed simply said, “No, but He is going to punish you for going against the Sunnah.”

NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Arba'a. 29th day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Wednesday 8th May 2024). *_NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH_*. BismilLah.  Even though feelings of Panic, stress/worries etc are part of life, they must not reduce our acts of worship or trust in ALLAH. The more a man turns to ALLAH and focuses on HIM, the more he will feel a sense of peace and comfort, to an extent that no one knows except ALLAH. Hence those who know ALLAH, are close to HIM and fear HIM are the happiest of people, to such an extent that one of them said, in a well-known expression: “If the kings and the sons of kings knew what joy we have, they would fight us for it with the sword.” This is also what is expressed in the Qur’an, as ALLAH says: “Whoever works righteousness, whether male or female, while he (or she) is a true believer (of Islamic Monotheism) verily, to him ALLAH will give a good life (in this world with respect, contentment and lawful provision), and ALLAH will ...

GIVE CHARITY FOR YOUR OWN GOOD

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Ath-thalaatha. 28th day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Tuesday 7th May 2024). *_GIVE CHARITY FOR YOUR OWN GOOD_*. Aameen.  Narrated Abu Hurairah [radhi-yAllahu 'anhu]: The Prophet (SallallahuAlaihiWasallam) said, "Charity is obligatory everyday on every joint of a human being.* If one helps a person in matters concerning his riding animal by helping him to ride on it or by lifting his luggage on to it, all these will be regarded as charity. A good word, and every step one takes to offer the compulsory congregational prayer is regarded as charity; and guiding somebody on the road is regarded as charity." [Sahih Al-Bukhari, 4/2891]. To show gratitude to ALLAH for keeping your body safe and sound, you should give in charity or do charitable deeds. Narrated Abu Hurairah [radhi-yAllahu 'anhu]: ALLAH'S Messenger (sallallahuAlaihiWasallam) said, "The strong is not the one who overcomes the people by his strength, but the strong is the one w...

IMPORTANCE OF SEEKING KNOWLEDGE An obligation upon every Muslim

﷽ ➖➖➖ *IMPORTANCE OF SEEKING KNOWLEDGE* ➖➖➖ *An obligation upon every Muslim* ➖➖➖  Allah ﷻ says  *وَعَلَّمَ ءَادَمَ الأَسْمَآءَ كُلَّهَا* _And He taught Adam all the names of everything_ Meaning, the names that people use, such as human, animal, sky, earth, land, sea, horse, donkey, and so forth, including the names of the other species" *ثُمَّ عَرَضَهُمْ عَلَى الْمَلَـئِكَةِ* _Then He showed them to the angels_ Meaning, the creations. Qatadah رحمه الله said, _"Allah paraded the objects before the angels"_ *فَقَالَ أَنۢبِـُٔونِى بِأَسْمَآءِ هَٰٓؤُلَآءِ إِن كُنتُمْ صَٰدِقِينَ* _And said, "Tell Me the names of these if you are truthful."_ [2:31] This was said to the Angels who in the previous verse said : *أَتَجْعَلُ فِيهَا مَن يُفْسِدُ فِيهَا وَيَسْفِكُ الدِّمَآءَ* _Will You place therein those who will make mischief therein and shed blood._ [2:30] _ So they the Angels said  *قَالُواْ سُبْحَـنَكَ لاَ عِلْمَ لَنَآ إِلاَّ مَا عَلَّمْتَنَآ إِنَّكَ أَنتَ الْعَلِي...
