DU'Ā : THE MOST POWERFUL WEAPON OF THE BELIEVER (173)

*DU'Ā : THE MOST POWERFUL WEAPON OF THE BELIEVER (173)*

Allāhummagh-fir lī dhambī, wa wassi’lī khuliqī, ţayyib lī kasbī , wa qanni’nī bimā razqtanī. Wa lā tudh-hib qalbī ilā shay’in şarraftahu ‘annī.

O Allah, forgive my sins, broaden my moral outlook, purify my income, make me content with Your provisions, and let not my heart turn to anything that You have withheld from me.

*Thought For The Day*

●Beneficial knowledge is the one whose ray of light expands in the mind, and uncovers the veil over the heart.

●Learn to be happy for your family and friends. If they become successful, pray for them and don't envy them. Jealousy is a disease of the heart.

●"The quieter you become, the more you are able to hear". Rumi

●A sign of weak imaan is when you worry about what everyone thinks of you but you're not worried about what ALLAH thinks of you.

●Money! You may see your money as your power, but it will to you at your Qabr wave farewell. Oh Insaan, all the money in the world cannot save you from your ultimate fate. Oh Insaan, use your money with wisdom and understanding, let humility and moderation speak clearly to you, for greed and ungratefulness are tools of the devil so wean yourself of these. The money you have is a gift and also a ni'mah for you and I to enjoy in a responsible way. Ya ﺂللَّــہ  grant us  gratefulness to You for the rizq You so lovingly bestow upon us and let our wealth teach us about Sabr and Shukr. Allow us to use our wealth in the service of Your Deen only for Your Divine Pleasure.    آمــــــــــين

NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Arba'a. 29th day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Wednesday 8th May 2024). *_NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH_*. BismilLah.  Even though feelings of Panic, stress/worries etc are part of life, they must not reduce our acts of worship or trust in ALLAH. The more a man turns to ALLAH and focuses on HIM, the more he will feel a sense of peace and comfort, to an extent that no one knows except ALLAH. Hence those who know ALLAH, are close to HIM and fear HIM are the happiest of people, to such an extent that one of them said, in a well-known expression: “If the kings and the sons of kings knew what joy we have, they would fight us for it with the sword.” This is also what is expressed in the Qur’an, as ALLAH says: “Whoever works righteousness, whether male or female, while he (or she) is a true believer (of Islamic Monotheism) verily, to him ALLAH will give a good life (in this world with respect, contentment and lawful provision), and ALLAH will ...

One of the question asked is can a Christian enter Jannah today?

One of the question asked is can a Christian enter Jannah today? Alhamdulillah, it is clear from Quran and hadiths that any christian who dies believing Jesus is God or son of God and do not believe in prophet Muhammad Peace be Upon Him will enter hellfire. Allah says, Al-Ma'idah 5:17 They have certainly disbelieved who say that Allāh is Christ, the son of Mary. Say, "Then who could prevent Allāh at all if He had intended to destroy Christ, the son of Mary, or his mother or everyone on the earth?" And to Allāh belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them. He creates what He wills, and Allāh is over all things competent.

PURIFICATION OF THE HEART

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm al-khamis, 20th day of Swafar 1447AH, Thursday, 14th August 2025. *_PURIFICATION OF THE HEART_*. BismilLah.  A sister asked me yesterday how we can purify ourselves to achieve the immense benefits mentioned in our reminder yesterday.  The command to purify our hearts from sins was an essential Islamic teaching ever since the early stages of the revelation in Mecca. This is known as “purification of the soul” (tazkiyyat an-nafs).   ALLAH Azzawajal says: He has succeeded who purifies the soul, and he has failed who corrupts the soul. Surah Ash-Shams 91:9-10. Also, ALLAH Azzawajal says: A day when there will be no benefit in wealth or children, but only in he who comes to ALLAH Azzawajal with a pure heart. Surah Ash-Shu’ara 26:88-89.  We learn from these verses that our success in the Hereafter depends upon the purification of our hearts in this life. We must purify our hearts from spiritual sins such as greed, malice, envy, arrog...
