*FEAR ALLĀH, DON'T CHEAT HIM*
Yes sister, he doesn't spent on you, yes, he isn't generous at all, yes, he torture you everyday, yes he doesn't sleep with you, yes, he has a mistress outside. Yes, you are lonely mostly. Yes, he doesn't provide enough for you. Whatever it is. Guess what?
The moment you decide to cheat back, you are worst than him. You have violated the trust of your children. They deserve the right to have the best mother. They don't need to walk with their head down because -10 years back you were caught cheating. You are also putting your family to shame. Your parents don't deserve it. Likewise the rest of the women around the world. When you give yourself to illicit relationships, you are telling bad men that it is easy to con a married woman.
The best solution is this.
Accept your fate, increase Salaah and du'ā. Report him to Allāh. Because Almighty Allāh says, there is no barrier between the du'ā of the oppressed and me. For sure Allāh will be your benefactor. If you cannot bear the pain, find something to do, don't rely on him. When you put all your burden on a man, surly you will be disappointed. Not all men are generous. So it is best you start something of your own. Don't wait for him to give.
Having social media friends will not help you, it only worsen the situation. They say the nearer the dearer. The more you become closer, the more you commit haram. Many women who cheated said it started not with the intention to cheat. But eventually they met, and they committed the sin. If a guy gives you money, it has no barakah (blessing). Because you earned it through haram (unlawful) means. Whatever you buy with the money, it doesn't have a value.
Lastly, you become doomed. Everything you touch, it becomes cursed. Even friends you mingle with, they are affected. Most women who cheat due to one or two reasons, they get diseases, they get pregnant, and only Almighty Allāh can save the child from doom. So be patient and pray over it. If you cannot bear it, leave the marriage. There is nothing wrong in seeking divorce. If he cannot divorce, you divorce him through khula.
May Almighty Allāh forgive us for our shortcomings. Ameen
