*Two Verses in the Glorious Qur-ān that scare me every time I read them.*
Almighty Allāh says in relation to what will happen on the day of Judgement. I quote:
Surah Al-Isra, Verse 13:
And We have fastened every man's deeds to his neck, and on the Day of Resurrection, We shall bring out for him a book which he will find wide open.
Surah Al-Isra, Verse 14:
اقْرَأْ كِتَابَكَ كَفَىٰ بِنَفْسِكَ الْيَوْمَ عَلَيْكَ حَسِيبًا
(It will be said to him): "Read your book. You yourself are sufficient as a reckoner against you this Day."
The above verses are saying: on that day of Qiyama, every human being will be presented with a record book. In that Book are all the deeds, good and bad done by the servant. Some will be given with the right hand while some with the left hand. The right is an indication that your records are good. Then after you collected, Allah will say to you, Read your Book it is sufficient to judge you for your deeds and misdeeds. The scariest thing is that the book is so eloquent that it does not leave anything unreported even an atom of act. That includes when you lied, how you lied, to whom you lied, against who, time and place, day hour, second. Sub-hānallah. On that day you cannot refute it, because it is there in front of you. You went to the club, you touched opposite sex, you drank alcohol. You locked your self in the room, plotted against someone. Everything is recorded.
*May Almighty make us from those who will collect their records with the right hand and read nothing but tantamount of good deeds. Ameen*
