*DU'Ā : THE MOST POWERFUL WEAPON OF THE BELIEVER (168)*
HasbiyAllāhu lidīnī hasbiyAllāhu lidunyā (a), hasbiyAllāhu limā ahammanī , hasbiyAllāhu limam baghā ‘alayy(a), hasbiyAllāhu liman hasadanī, hasbiyAllāhu liman kādanī bisū’(in), hasbiyAllāhu ‘indal-mawt(i), hasbiyAllāhu ‘indal-mas’alatifil-qabr(i), hasbiyAllāhu ‘indal-mīzān(i), hasbiyAllāhu ‘indaş-şirāt(i), hasbiyAllāhu lā ilāha illā huw(a), ‘alayhi tawakkaltu wa ilyhi unīb.
Allah is sufficient for me for my religion. Allah is sufficient for my worldly matters. Allah is sufficient for every thing that concerns me. Allah is sufficient to take care of anyone who causes aggression against me. Allah is sufficient for me against anyone who is jealous of me. Allah is sufficient for me against anybody who holds evil intentions against me. Allah is sufficient for me at the time of death. Allah is sufficient for me during the questioning (by angels) in the grave. Allah is sufficient for me when my actions are weighed in the balance on the Day of Judgement. Allah is sufficient for me when I have to pass over the Sirat Bridge. Allah is enough for me as there is no god besides Him; on Him have I relied and to Him do I turn.
*Thought For The Day*
People of this life compete for money and influence, fame and power. They consider this world their only abode and the end of their journey. It is their sole objective which they strive hard to attain. As for the people of the Hereafter, they are strangers in this life. The Prophet (SALLALLAAHU ALAYHI WA SALLAM) said: "Be in the world as though you were a stranger or a wayfarer. [Bukhari]" The heart of a stranger or wayfarer can hardly pay attention to anything other than his home and final destination.
