O Allah, I seek Your protection from that I should join any partner with You knowingly and I seek Your forgiveness if I have ever done so unknowingly. I seek Your protection that any kin should pray against me because of my failure to discharge my obligations towards him. O Allah, I seek Your protection from the evil of that which crawls on its stomach, and the evil of that which walks on two legs, and the evil of that which walks on four legs. O Allah, I seek Your protection from a wife who will make me old ahead of the old age. I seek Your protection from the child who will bring evil consequences to me. I seek Your protection from the wealth that will turn into punishment for me. O Allah, I seek Your protection from any doubts the Truth after attaining firm conviction. I seek Your Protection against the cursed Shaytan. I seek your protection from the harm of the Day of Judgement. O Allah I seek Your protection from a sudden death, snake bite, beasts, drowning, burning, falling on anything, and form being killed with a fleeing troop.

*Thought For The Day*

●Shaytan is ever present tempting and troubling one during life, even up to the very point when one’s soul exits the body. From the Prophet’s ﷺ duā:

 وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ أَن يَتَخَبَّطَنِي الشَّيطَانُ عِندَ المَوتِ

I seek Your protection from being struck by shaytān at the time of death.

●The Prophet ﷺ said:
“When the soul of the believer comes out, two angels receive it and rise up with it towards the heavens, whereupon the inhabitants of the heavens say, A good soul has come from the earth. Allah has blessed you and the body which you used to occupy.” [Muslim]

●Aisha رضي الله عنه  reported:
“I saw Allah’s Messenger ﷺ when death approached him. He had a container with some water in it into which he dipped his hand and then wiped his face. Then he ﷺ said:
اللهم أعني على سكرات الموت

“O Allah, help me to overcome the agonies of death.” [Hakim]

NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Arba'a. 29th day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Wednesday 8th May 2024). *_NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH_*. BismilLah.  Even though feelings of Panic, stress/worries etc are part of life, they must not reduce our acts of worship or trust in ALLAH. The more a man turns to ALLAH and focuses on HIM, the more he will feel a sense of peace and comfort, to an extent that no one knows except ALLAH. Hence those who know ALLAH, are close to HIM and fear HIM are the happiest of people, to such an extent that one of them said, in a well-known expression: “If the kings and the sons of kings knew what joy we have, they would fight us for it with the sword.” This is also what is expressed in the Qur’an, as ALLAH says: “Whoever works righteousness, whether male or female, while he (or she) is a true believer (of Islamic Monotheism) verily, to him ALLAH will give a good life (in this world with respect, contentment and lawful provision), and ALLAH will ...

One of the question asked is can a Christian enter Jannah today?

One of the question asked is can a Christian enter Jannah today? Alhamdulillah, it is clear from Quran and hadiths that any christian who dies believing Jesus is God or son of God and do not believe in prophet Muhammad Peace be Upon Him will enter hellfire. Allah says, Al-Ma'idah 5:17 They have certainly disbelieved who say that Allāh is Christ, the son of Mary. Say, "Then who could prevent Allāh at all if He had intended to destroy Christ, the son of Mary, or his mother or everyone on the earth?" And to Allāh belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them. He creates what He wills, and Allāh is over all things competent.

PURIFICATION OF THE HEART

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm al-khamis, 20th day of Swafar 1447AH, Thursday, 14th August 2025. *_PURIFICATION OF THE HEART_*. BismilLah.  A sister asked me yesterday how we can purify ourselves to achieve the immense benefits mentioned in our reminder yesterday.  The command to purify our hearts from sins was an essential Islamic teaching ever since the early stages of the revelation in Mecca. This is known as “purification of the soul” (tazkiyyat an-nafs).   ALLAH Azzawajal says: He has succeeded who purifies the soul, and he has failed who corrupts the soul. Surah Ash-Shams 91:9-10. Also, ALLAH Azzawajal says: A day when there will be no benefit in wealth or children, but only in he who comes to ALLAH Azzawajal with a pure heart. Surah Ash-Shu’ara 26:88-89.  We learn from these verses that our success in the Hereafter depends upon the purification of our hearts in this life. We must purify our hearts from spiritual sins such as greed, malice, envy, arrog...
