▪ _Mujahid said that when the earth is struck by drought, the animals say, “This is because of the sinners among the Children of Adam.”_
▪ *“…and cursed by the cursers…”*
_Absence of identification (i.e. who curses the cursed) suggests that they are cursed by everything and every living being. All animals and insects join in since their misdeeds hurt all created life forms.

Those who hide the knowledge will be cursed, (in this life and) on the Day of Resurrection, by Allah, the angels, all humanity, and those who curse (including the animals) each in its own distinct way.
*(2:160) except those who repent and make amends and openly declare (what they had concealed). Such shall I pardon for I am Much- Relenting, Most Compassionate.*

*(2:164) (To guide) those who use their reason (to this Truth) there are many Signs in the structure of the heavens and the earth, in the constant alternation of night and day, in the vessels which speed across the sea carrying goods that are of profit to people, in the water which Allah sends down from the sky and thereby quickens the earth after it was dead, and disperse over it all manner of animals, and in the changing courses of the winds and the clouds pressed into service between heaven and earth.*

_Allah ﷻ  has informed us that He has chosen us the best nation. This best nation has the responsibility to guide others to the Right Path. But before we take the message to others we need "tarbiyah [personal development]".The tarbiyah begins with the lesson of Tawheed – belief in the Oneness of Allah ﷻIf our belief is incorrect then no good deed will benefit us. Therefore, this is the fundamental principle of Islam._ Allah’s Messenger ﷺ swil
_*Allah’s Greatest Name is contained in these two ayaat (2: 163 and 3: 2).*_
*وَإِلَـهُكُمْ إِلَـهٌ وَحِدٌ لاَّ إِلَـهَ إِلاَّ هُوَ الرَّحْمَـنُ الرَّحِيمُ*
_*“And your Ilah [God] is One Ilah [God – Allah], La ilaha illa Huwa [there is none who has the right to be worshipped but He], the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.” [Al-Baqarah 2: 163]*_

And,
*ٱللَّهُ لَآ إِلَـٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ ٱلْحَىُّ ٱلْقَيُّومُ*
_*“Alif-Lam-Meem. Allah! La ilaha illa Huwa [none has the right to be worshipped but He], Al-Haiyul-Qaiyum [the Ever Living, the One Who sustains and protects all that exists].” [Aal-Imran 3: 2]*_
▪ Tawheed is a cardinal principle of Muslim faith – a summary of this principle is as below:
🔹. Allah, He is One in the state of His being – there exists no entity like Him. He is without any duplicate or replica and without any equal or parallel. Such unshared and pristine is His station that He alone is deserving of being called the Wahid, the One.
_*PAGE 7*
_.
✍️...

🔹.He is One in claiming the right of being worshipped, that is, in view of the nature of His Being, the comprehensiveness of His most perfect attributes and the great charisma of His creation and its nurture; all human obedience all ‘ibadah and all worship has to be for Him alone.
🔹. He is One in being free of any conceivable composition. He is free of segments and fragments, units and organs, substances and elements, atoms and particles. There is just no way He can be analyzed or divided or resolved.
🔹. He is One in being the anterior and the posterior. He existed when nothing did and He will remain existing when nothing will. Who then, if not Him, shall be called the Wahid, the only One? (Al-Jasas).

▪ _When the Mushrikeen heard this ayah (2: 163), they were puzzled: How could there be only One deity? In ayah 164, Allah ﷻprovides the proof for Tawheed._
*🔹. The first proof is the creation of the heavens and the earth.*
The sky with its height, intricate design, vastness, erected without any pillars that we could see; the heavenly objects in orbit; and this earth, with its density, its lowlands, mountains, seas, deserts, valleys, and other structures, and beneficial things, all remind us of the Creator.
*🔹. “…and in the alternation of night and day…”*
_*PAGE 9*_

_Who is managing this perfect system? Their origination and their perpetuity is the work of His perfect power alone and that there is absolutely no being other than Him who can take that credit. *🔹. “…and the ships which sail through the sea with that which is of use to mankind,”*
_Allah ﷻ shaped the sea such that it carries ships from one shore to another. The movement of boats on the surface of waters, is a formidable indicator of Allah’s power which gave water the property of lifting on its back ships carrying tons of weight all the way from the East to the West._
_The winds coordinate by the permission and wisdom of Allah to move the ships to their destination, and with His wisdom, keeps changing their direction.

_If the substance of water was not given a state in which the molecules move freely among themselves while remaining in one mass, a functional fluidity in other words, all this maritime activity would not be there. Even if this fluidity of sea-surface was there, help from winds was still needed in order to cover all those thousands of nautical miles across the seas of the world. The Qur’an has summarized the subject by saying:
*“If He wills, He causes the wind to cease, then they would become motionless on the back (of the sea).” [Ash-Shuraa 42:33]*
🔹. *“…and the water (rain) which Allah sends down from the sky and makes the earth alive therewith after its death.”*

NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Arba'a. 29th day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Wednesday 8th May 2024). *_NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH_*. BismilLah.  Even though feelings of Panic, stress/worries etc are part of life, they must not reduce our acts of worship or trust in ALLAH. The more a man turns to ALLAH and focuses on HIM, the more he will feel a sense of peace and comfort, to an extent that no one knows except ALLAH. Hence those who know ALLAH, are close to HIM and fear HIM are the happiest of people, to such an extent that one of them said, in a well-known expression: “If the kings and the sons of kings knew what joy we have, they would fight us for it with the sword.” This is also what is expressed in the Qur’an, as ALLAH says: “Whoever works righteousness, whether male or female, while he (or she) is a true believer (of Islamic Monotheism) verily, to him ALLAH will give a good life (in this world with respect, contentment and lawful provision), and ALLAH will ...

Friday and it's dignity.

Friday and it's dignity. O you who have believed, when [the adhān] is called for the prayer on the day of Jumuʿah [Friday], then proceed to the remembrance of Allāh and leave trade. That is better for you, if you only knew. Friday is the best day of the week because it was the day Adam was created, the day he entered paradise and the day he was removed from paradise. it was also the day he died and the hour(qiyaamah) will not come except on this day. Sahih. It was narrated from Aws bin Aws that: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Whoever washes (ghassala) and performs ghusl, comes early to the masjid and sits near the imam and does not engage in idle talk, he will have for every step he takes (the reward of) a year's worth of good deeds, fasting it and...

The story of taqwa

The story of taqwa. Taqwa means fear of Allah. There once lived a young woman who was very beautiful lady and had all the qualities a man needed. She was well covered and oneday ,she was attacked with her families. This woman was taken away and brought to a man who was the bandits leader. As she was brought, the man wanted to sleep with her as she was so sad and in pain. As she undressed and coming to her, she said fear Allah and know death can come to you now. If you have a mother or sister like me, don't disgrace and destroy my honor for I won't forgive you  The leader immediately remembered he had a sister he loved a lot and so he quickly stopped and dressed and said to the lady, you can go. All the bandits were amazed of what their leader did. Three days later, the man whose sister was there and everyone in the sister knew her brother was wicked man. So every man was sacred. So a stranger walking by saw his sister and he felt in love with her. She went to her and said I wa...
