Think 4 a Moment

 *Think 4 a Moment*

------------------

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

Khaleefah Abu Bakr (R.A.) said:

“I was with the Prophet (pbuh) in the Cave and when I raised my head I saw the feet of the people (he means the infidels), I said: 'O Messenger of Allah, if any of them should look under his feet, he would see us.” The Prophet (pbuh) Said: "O Abu Bakr! What do you think of two persons the third of them is Allah?" The incident is described in the Al-Quran 📚At-Taubah 9:40

*Lessons:*

You will Always Find Allah where You Put Him in Your Life.

At some point in your life, you get broken down to rock bottom. This is because Allah The Most-High is carrying out an experiment with your life. It’s not that He hates you, in fact, God often puts to trial those whom He loves. He is trying to see your sincerity, patience, reliance, and steadfastness. He puts you through those difficulties because He knows something better is in stock for you. So when your trial comes, bear in mind that no one will be able to bail you out except Him— The One Who put you in that situation.

Many of us must have read stories of different prophets. These stories depict their trials and a show of human nature. The only difference between them and us is just that they were divinely guided.

Sincerely, many prophets suffered more than what we are experiencing today. Remember when Prophet Isab (Pbuh) - Jesus was blasphemed and they attempted to kill him. Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) lost all his loved ones. Prophet Yusuf (as) was kidnapped, sold, and ended up in jail. These are just but a few and they all had happy endings.

Think for a moment, wouldn’t you want to see signs that Allah is truly accepting the dua’ you’ve made? Well, trust me I do. And I believe this is how many of us feel as well. It will only increase us in faith and love for Allah (swt). So, one of the best instances to drive my point is this example of our forefather - Prophet Ibrahim Alayhi Salam... We are only trying to relate this with ourselves as ordinary human beings for us to understand. Prophet Ibrahim (as), a Messenger of Allah, went through a series of trials as well. Although, we all know him to be a beloved friend of Allah.

My People,

We often confuse dua’ – supplication to be a ‘tit for tat’ game😃. Yes. Like we ask Allah (swt) for something and we get it instantly. Nope! It doesn’t work like that always. Yes. Dua’ literally means to call, to cry out onto Allah. It’s a process of communication between a slave and his Lord. The goal is to reach out to Allah for your need, showing desperately how you want His help.

One of the biggest mistakes we make in our dua’ is restricting Allah. Forgetting that Allah’s provision is endless and nothing is impossible for Him to do. So, never limit the ability of Allah to provide a solution for you.

NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Arba'a. 29th day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Wednesday 8th May 2024). *_NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH_*. BismilLah.  Even though feelings of Panic, stress/worries etc are part of life, they must not reduce our acts of worship or trust in ALLAH. The more a man turns to ALLAH and focuses on HIM, the more he will feel a sense of peace and comfort, to an extent that no one knows except ALLAH. Hence those who know ALLAH, are close to HIM and fear HIM are the happiest of people, to such an extent that one of them said, in a well-known expression: “If the kings and the sons of kings knew what joy we have, they would fight us for it with the sword.” This is also what is expressed in the Qur’an, as ALLAH says: “Whoever works righteousness, whether male or female, while he (or she) is a true believer (of Islamic Monotheism) verily, to him ALLAH will give a good life (in this world with respect, contentment and lawful provision), and ALLAH will ...

One of the question asked is can a Christian enter Jannah today?

One of the question asked is can a Christian enter Jannah today? Alhamdulillah, it is clear from Quran and hadiths that any christian who dies believing Jesus is God or son of God and do not believe in prophet Muhammad Peace be Upon Him will enter hellfire. Allah says, Al-Ma'idah 5:17 They have certainly disbelieved who say that Allāh is Christ, the son of Mary. Say, "Then who could prevent Allāh at all if He had intended to destroy Christ, the son of Mary, or his mother or everyone on the earth?" And to Allāh belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them. He creates what He wills, and Allāh is over all things competent.

PURIFICATION OF THE HEART

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm al-khamis, 20th day of Swafar 1447AH, Thursday, 14th August 2025. *_PURIFICATION OF THE HEART_*. BismilLah.  A sister asked me yesterday how we can purify ourselves to achieve the immense benefits mentioned in our reminder yesterday.  The command to purify our hearts from sins was an essential Islamic teaching ever since the early stages of the revelation in Mecca. This is known as “purification of the soul” (tazkiyyat an-nafs).   ALLAH Azzawajal says: He has succeeded who purifies the soul, and he has failed who corrupts the soul. Surah Ash-Shams 91:9-10. Also, ALLAH Azzawajal says: A day when there will be no benefit in wealth or children, but only in he who comes to ALLAH Azzawajal with a pure heart. Surah Ash-Shu’ara 26:88-89.  We learn from these verses that our success in the Hereafter depends upon the purification of our hearts in this life. We must purify our hearts from spiritual sins such as greed, malice, envy, arrog...
