HOW TO HANDLE OBSTACLES IN LIFE AS A MUSLIM

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER

HOW TO HANDLE OBSTACLES IN LIFE AS A MUSLIM

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

Life will not always be easy. From an Islamic perspective, this world is a place of trials, where we are tested in our faith, patience, and obedience to ALLAH Azzawajal. Our choices matter, as we strive for HIS pleasure and the ultimate reward of Paradise. May ALLAH protect us from the punishment of Hellfire. Aameen.

Sometimes, we face financial struggles, sickness, family conflicts, disappointment, betrayal, and moments when we cry silently because nobody understands our pain.

But remember, hardship is not proof that ALLAH Azzawajal has abandoned you.

ALLAH Azzawajal says:

"For indeed, with hardship comes ease. Indeed, with hardship comes ease." 📖 Qur'an 94:5–6

SO, HOW DO WE HANDLE OBSTACLES IN LIFE?

1️⃣ Be Patient (Sabr)

Do not allow hardship to destroy your faith or push you into disobedience to ALLAH Azzawajal. Patience is not weakness; it is strength rooted in faith, perseverance, and trust in your Creator.

2️⃣ Strengthen Your Connection with ALLAH Azzawajal

Guard your five daily prayers, make sincere du'a, seek forgiveness, and turn to ALLAH Azzawajal in every situation. When the whole world seems to close its doors, never forget that you can still call upon your Lord.

3️⃣ Never Lose Hope in the Mercy of ALLAH Azzawajal

Yesterday's tears do not determine tomorrow's blessings. Never despair of the mercy of ALLAH. Continue to pray, remain hopeful, and trust that HE can open doors you never imagined possible.

4️⃣ Take Action and Trust ALLAH Azzawajal (Tawakkul)

Make plans, seek beneficial advice, work hard, and pursue permissible solutions to your problems. Tawakkul does not mean sitting idle and waiting for miracles; it means taking the necessary steps while placing your trust in ALLAH Azzawajal.

5️⃣ Remember the Aakhirah

This world is temporary, and its trials will not last forever. Remain steadfast in your faith, seek the pleasure of ALLAH, and persevere in righteousness. Remember that no suffering, no tear, and no sincere act of patience escapes HIS knowledge.

Our beloved Messenger of ALLAH ﷺ said:

"How wonderful is the affair of the believer, for his affairs are all good."

📚 Sahih Muslim 2999

This beautiful hadith reminds us that a believer can find goodness in both ease and hardship: gratitude in times of blessings and patience in times of difficulty.

Dear brothers and sisters in Islam, never allow the obstacles of this Dunya to make you forget the greatness and mercy of your Lord.

When you fall, rise again. When you cry, make du'a. When you feel weak, seek strength from ALLAH Azzawajal. And when you cannot understand what is happening in your life, continue to trust HIS wisdom while striving to do what is right.

Remember, your goal is not merely to survive this world; it is to live in obedience to ALLAH Azzawajal and meet HIM with a heart filled with Eemaan.

🤲 DU'A

May ALLAH Azzawajal ease the difficulties of every struggling Muslim, heal every broken heart, provide for every family experiencing hardship, strengthen our patience and Eemaan, protect us from despair, guide us through every trial, and grant us success in this Dunya and the ultimate reward of JANNATUL FIRDAWS.

Aameen Yaa Rabbal Aalameen.

HELPING OTHERS WITH INTENTION FOR ALLAH'S HELP IN RETURN

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yaum Al-Khamis, 22nd day of Jumaadal Uula 1447AH, Thursday, 13th November, 2025.  *_HELPING OTHERS WITH INTENTION FOR ALLAH'S HELP IN RETURN_*. BismilLah.  When we help our brothers and sisters in Islam, in reality, we are helping ourselves. The Messenger of ALLAH (S.A.W) said: He who relieves the hardship of a believer in this world, ALLAH Azzawajallah will relieve his hardship on the Day of Judgment. He who makes easy what is difficult, ALLAH ALLAH Azzawajallah will make it easy for him in the world and the hereafter. He who conceals the faults of a Muslim, ALLAH ALLAH Azzawajallah will conceal his faults in this ALLAH Azzawajallah world and the Hereafter, for ALLAH helps the servant as long as he helps his brother. Source: Ṣaḥīḥ "Muslim 2699. AlhamdulilLah.  With this I hope with immediate effect we will all strive to help each other in any possible way such as making dua for each other, supporting our relatives and those in need in ou...

NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Arba'a. 29th day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Wednesday 8th May 2024). *_NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH_*. BismilLah.  Even though feelings of Panic, stress/worries etc are part of life, they must not reduce our acts of worship or trust in ALLAH. The more a man turns to ALLAH and focuses on HIM, the more he will feel a sense of peace and comfort, to an extent that no one knows except ALLAH. Hence those who know ALLAH, are close to HIM and fear HIM are the happiest of people, to such an extent that one of them said, in a well-known expression: “If the kings and the sons of kings knew what joy we have, they would fight us for it with the sword.” This is also what is expressed in the Qur’an, as ALLAH says: “Whoever works righteousness, whether male or female, while he (or she) is a true believer (of Islamic Monotheism) verily, to him ALLAH will give a good life (in this world with respect, contentment and lawful provision), and ALLAH will ...

BEST TIME FOR TAHAJJUD

*BEST TIME FOR TAHAJJUD* It is best to delay this prayer to the last third portion of the night. Abu Hurairah reports that the Messenger of Allah said: "Our Lord descends to the lowest heaven during the last third of the night, inquiring: 'Who will call on Me so that I may respond to him? Who is asking something of Me so I may give it to him? Who is asking for My forgiveness so I may forgive him?"' This is related by the group. 'Amr ibn Abasah reports that he heard the Prophet say: "The closest that a slave comes to his Lord is during the middle of the latter portion of the night. If you can be among those who remember Allah, the Exalted One, at that time then do so." This is related by al-Hakim who grades it sahih according to Muslim's standards, and at-Tirmizhi calls it hasan sahih. AnNasa'i and Ibn Khuzaimah also recorded it. Abu Muslim asked Abu Zharr: "Which late-night prayer is the best?" He said: "I asked the Messenger of A...
