This World is a place of Trials and Tribulations

*This World is a place of  Trials and Tribulations*

My dear brother,my dear sister,my dear mother and father,it's no secret that we experience difficult moments in our lives,but the important aspect for us is to realise that Allah subahanahu watahala taught us the remedy to deal with these difficulties, he gave us the medication to deal with these difficulties and that is the medication of patience.Allah subhanahu watahala in His book establishes the fact that we will be tested in this world.He said  in the second juz;

We will certainly test you with something of fear and hunger, and loss of wealth and lives and fruits (earnings) but give glad tidings to the persevering and patient

He promises that we will be tested with many different tests,with life,with death,with poverty,we will be tested,it's part and parcel of this life.But He immediately after  informing us of the sunnah of the life that we live in,tells us that glad tidings upon the patient.who are the patient?Allah  tell us in Qur'an chapter 2verse 156,that;

الَّذِينَ إِذَا أَصَابَتْهُم مُّصِيبَةٌ قَالُوا إِنَّا لِلَّـهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَ‌اجِعُونَ

They are those when the difficulty Afflicts them,they say indeed we are from Allah,and unto Allah we will Return.

They remain with their iman,they remain with their Islam,they never deny Allah,even though they have been tested,they have been afflicted with difficulty, they have been afflicted with adversity, it only makes their belief in Allah stronger,
It only makes their understanding of this Ayah better,and in it they understand that Allah has provide us an opportunity to say innalilahi waina ilayhi rojihun(indeed we belong to Allah and indeed to Him we will return). They are those who say this when afflicted with difficulty, when the calamity strikes,and what does Allah subhanahu watahalah says About them,He says that they have an amazing  prize,and this prize is in form of blessing befalling them,Allah says:

اُولٰٓـئِكَ عَلَيۡهِمۡ صَلَوٰتٌ مِّنۡ رَّبِّهِمۡ وَرَحۡمَةٌ وَاُولٰٓـئِكَ هُمُ الۡمُهۡتَدُوۡنَ‏

(2:157) Upon them will be the blessings and mercy of their Lord, and it is they who are rightly guided.

And you know if you ponder over these Ayat,it teaches us that when a difficulty Afflicts us it's not  an Obstacle,Rather it's an  opportunity, the opportunity to get Salawat(i.e,those who are blessed and will be forgiven) from their Lord.

The opportunity to get mercy from Allah,if we did not go through this difficulty successfully,we would have been void   from these blessing.
Thus,it is not an obstacle, it's an opportunity, I want you to benchmark what I have said against the difficulties, you O servant of Allah and you O child of  Adam are facing in your home,benchmark it against this lessons that I have said,it is not an obstacle but,it is an opportunity.

Think about the exams that you and I take in this world,we go to school and we write exams,we write our secondary school exams,it is a test,when we pass this test we have greater opportunities awaiting us,we can go to university, and when we pass our test in university, we have greater opportunities awaiting us, in form of getting a good job that pays a better salary,or maybe you might just choose to go further and do a masters degree and you will face more tests,and when you pass those tests,you have greater opportunities that await you.This is the same,O servants of Allah,with every test you pass that Allah presents you.Allah increases your blessings, every test passed is a chance to earn a greater opportunity and even greater blessings, and that is why the Messenger of Allah(may the peace and blessings be upon him),said:

إِذَا أَحَبَّ اللَّهُ قَوْمًا ابْتَلَاهُمْ

That if Allah loves you he will test you
So it is not an obstacle instead an opportunity.

I want you to think this way,the messenger of Allah,the most beloved to him were tested,if they were tested what about  yourself and myself, Allah will never test you with a burden that you cannot carry,Never,ever,Allah has promised this in the Quran 2 vs 286 that He will never give you a burden that you cannot manage,so if you are facing a test,I want you to sit up,and I want you to believe that you can pass this test,I want you to believe that you are able,because Allah told you that you are able, and Allah loves you,thus he is testing you and Allah says He has presented you the opportunity to earn His Salawat and to earn His mercy and to build for you a great paradise.

We were not made for this world,we were made for jannah,these world is a test,Don't be shortsighted, the mercy of Allah will come,there is two eases for everyone difficulty, you might not see the ease in this world but by Allah if you don't,you will see it in a greater way in the hereafter when it matters

Allah subhanahu Watahala says in suratul Ankabut verse 2 to 3
Do you think is enough for you to say you belief  and you will never be tested.

You are in the Duniya O servant of Allah
Allah is telling you that you will be tested
Allah says...

Indeed we tested those before you,and by Allah will make apparent those who are truthful when they say they believe, those who are truthful when they say we intend Allah,those who are truthful when they say we love Muhammad( sallallahu 'alayhi wa sallam),And Allah will make apparent those who are just doing lip service but indeed are hypocrite and liars,May Allah shower upon us patience, may He assist us through out our difficulties.

NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH

 DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Arba'a. 29th day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Wednesday 8th May 2024). *_NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH_*. BismilLah.  Even though feelings of Panic, stress/worries etc are part of life, they must not reduce our acts of worship or trust in ALLAH. The more a man turns to ALLAH and focuses on HIM, the more he will feel a sense of peace and comfort, to an extent that no one knows except ALLAH. Hence those who know ALLAH, are close to HIM and fear HIM are the happiest of people, to such an extent that one of them said, in a well-known expression: “If the kings and the sons of kings knew what joy we have, they would fight us for it with the sword.” This is also what is expressed in the Qur’an, as ALLAH says: “Whoever works righteousness, whether male or female, while he (or she) is a true believer (of Islamic Monotheism) verily, to him ALLAH will give a good life (in this world with respect, contentment and lawful provision), and ALLAH will ...

HELPING OTHERS WITH INTENTION FOR ALLAH'S HELP IN RETURN

 DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yaum Al-Khamis, 22nd day of Jumaadal Uula 1447AH, Thursday, 13th November, 2025.  *_HELPING OTHERS WITH INTENTION FOR ALLAH'S HELP IN RETURN_*. BismilLah.  When we help our brothers and sisters in Islam, in reality, we are helping ourselves. The Messenger of ALLAH (S.A.W) said: He who relieves the hardship of a believer in this world, ALLAH Azzawajallah will relieve his hardship on the Day of Judgment. He who makes easy what is difficult, ALLAH ALLAH Azzawajallah will make it easy for him in the world and the hereafter. He who conceals the faults of a Muslim, ALLAH ALLAH Azzawajallah will conceal his faults in this ALLAH Azzawajallah world and the Hereafter, for ALLAH helps the servant as long as he helps his brother. Source: Ṣaḥīḥ "Muslim 2699. AlhamdulilLah.  With this I hope with immediate effect we will all strive to help each other in any possible way such as making dua for each other, supporting our relatives and those in need in ou...

BEST TIME FOR TAHAJJUD

 *BEST TIME FOR TAHAJJUD* It is best to delay this prayer to the last third portion of the night. Abu Hurairah reports that the Messenger of Allah said: "Our Lord descends to the lowest heaven during the last third of the night, inquiring: 'Who will call on Me so that I may respond to him? Who is asking something of Me so I may give it to him? Who is asking for My forgiveness so I may forgive him?"' This is related by the group. 'Amr ibn Abasah reports that he heard the Prophet say: "The closest that a slave comes to his Lord is during the middle of the latter portion of the night. If you can be among those who remember Allah, the Exalted One, at that time then do so." This is related by al-Hakim who grades it sahih according to Muslim's standards, and at-Tirmizhi calls it hasan sahih. AnNasa'i and Ibn Khuzaimah also recorded it. Abu Muslim asked Abu Zharr: "Which late-night prayer is the best?" He said: "I asked the Messenger of A...
