 The importance of showing mercy to one another.  Alhamdulillah, Allah is merciful to us by giving us air, water, food and health even those they are among mankind who insults Allah and denies him yet he provides for them. As reported in hadith, Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah said: "Allah, the Mighty and Sublinm, says: 'The son of Adam denied Me and he had no right to do so and the son of Adam reviled Me and he had no right to do so. As for his denying Me, It is his saying that I will not resurrect him as I created him in the beginning, but resurrecting him is not more difficult for Me than creating him in the first place. And as for his reviling Me, it is his saying that Allah has taken a son, but I am Allah, the One, the Self-Sufficient Master, I beget not nor was I begotten, and there is none co-equal or comparable unto Me."'  DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm As-Sabt, 27th day of Swafar, 1446AH (Saturday, 31st August 2024). *_OBEDIENCE TO ALLAH SUPERSEDE ANY CREATION_*. BismilLah.  The Messenger to Mankind Prophet Muhammad sallallahu alaihi wasallam said in an authentic hadith that “there is no obedience to the creation in disobedience to The Creator (ALLAH). This short hadith basically means The right of The Creator takes precedence over the rights of the creation. So when anyone from the creation enjoins you to commit any act of disobedience, then obedience to them in that specific matter is actually disobedience to ALLAH, whereas disobedience to them in that specific matter is obedience to ALLAH.  The story continues of the boy and the king.  So as narrated in the hadith,  He said, 'Allah has saved me from them,' and he said to the king: 'You cannot kill me until you do what I command you to do.' He said, 'Gather all people in one place and tie me up to the trunk of a tree, then take an arrow from my quiver and say: With the Name of Allah, the Rubb of the boy; then shoot me. If you do that you will be able to kill me.' 'The king called the people in an open field and tied the young boy to the trunk of a tree. He took out an arrow from his quiver, fixed in the bow and said, 'With the Name of Allah, the Rubb of the young boy,' he then shot the arrow and it hit the boy's temple. The young boy placed his hand upon the temple where the arrow had hit him and died. The people then said: 'We believe in the Rubb of this young boy.' The king was told: 'Do you see what you were afraid of, by Allah ...

 The beauty of eeman.  Lets reflect upon this hadith,  Suhaib reported that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) thus said: There lived a king before you and he had a (court) magician. As he (the magician) grew old, he said to the king: I have grown old, send some young boy to me so that I should teach him magic. He (the king sent to him a young man so that he should train him (in magic). And on his way (to the magician) he (the young man) found a monk sitting there. He (the young man) listened to his (the monk's) talk and was impressed by it. It became his habit that on his way to the magician he met the monk and set there and he came to the magician (late). He (the magician) beat him because of delay. He made a complaint of that to the monk and he said to him: When you feel afraid of the magician, say: Members of my family had detained me. And when you feel afraid of your family you should say: The magician had detained me. It so happened that there came a huge beast (of prey) and it ...

*Discussing Sawdah* [[----- Part 4-of-8 -----]] --------------------------------- بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم Amongst the wives of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), Nana Saudah did not carry last position in night prayer (that's - "Tahajjud"). Yes. Saudah led a simple and pious life. She was punctual in her blessings, both obligatory and voluntary. Once the Prophet (saw) woke up to offer Tahajud and she got up to pray behind him. Later, she related to him that she was in ruku for so long that she feared her nose would bleed out from the posture and held onto it. The Holy Prophet was surprised and extremely pleased to hear her devotion. *Lessons:* Don't be like a day old baby by using ALL the hours of the night sleeping everyday - without waking up for Tahajjud The reality is, Any one you see waking up EVERYDAY for Tahajjud are not pushed to doing so because they are having sleepless nights 😃.  The first message of islam to call people to.  Alhamdulillah, the first knowledge of Islam to call a person to is the message of Tawheed.  The message of all messengers which Allah sent them to.  Allah is one and only without a beginning or end.  Allah says in Quran,  An-Nahl 16:36 And We certainly sent into every nation a messenger, [saying], "Worship Allāh and avoid ṭāghūt."[1] And among them were those whom Allāh guided, and among them were those upon whom error was [deservedly] decreed. So proceed [i.e., travel] through the earth and observe how was the end of the deniers.  Question asked why in islam, one is forbidden a male to wear a garment that is below his ankle?  Alhamdulillah, wearing a cloak or trouser which is below the ankle is seen as a form of kibr(arrogancy). During the jahiliyyah, the Arabs used to wear garment that is below their ankle as a form of kibr and pride.  And prideness is a character of Allah.  Allah says in Quran,  Al-Jathiyah 45:37 وَلَهُ ٱلْكِبْرِيَآءُ فِى ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِۖ وَهُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلْحَكِيمُ  And to Him belongs [all] grandeur within the heavens and the earth, and He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise. So kibr is a character of Allah. And it is reported in an hadith of a man who was swallowed by the earth for wearing garment that is below his ankle due to pride. Narrated Ibn `Umar: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "While a man was walking, dragging his dress with pride, he was caused to be swallowedby the earth and will go on sinking in it till the Day of Resurrection."  The reality of this dunya.  Allah says in Quran,  Al-Hadid 57:20 Know that the life of this world is but amusement and diversion and adornment and boasting to one another and competition in increase of wealth and children - like the example of a rain whose [resulting] plant growth pleases the tillers; then it dries and you see it turned yellow; then it becomes [scattered] debris. And in the Hereafter is severe punishment and forgiveness from Allāh and approval. And what is the worldly life except the enjoyment of delusion.  Be a muslim with contentment and satisfaction of the heart.  Alhamdulillah, the greatest honour Allah did for us is making us muslims.  Apart from that, another great blessing is to have content heart and to be satisfied in life with what we have.  The messenger of Allah salla Allahu alayhi wasalam said,  The rich person is not the one with many resources but the one whose heart is content.  Tirmidhee.  We can get the billions in this world but if our heart is not content and satisfied, we still think we are poor.  Allah says in Quran,  Ibrahim 14:7 وَإِذْ تَأَذَّنَ رَبُّكُمْ لَئِن شَكَرْتُمْ لَأَزِيدَنَّكُمْۖ وَلَئِن كَفَرْتُمْ إِنَّ عَذَابِى لَشَدِيدٌ  And [remember] when your Lord proclaimed, 'If you are grateful, I will surely increase you [in favor]; but if you deny, indeed, My punishment is severe.'"  The shaytan that comes between a person and his prayers.  As reported in hadith,  Narrated by Abu Hurairah R.A saying,  I heard the messenger of Allah salla Allahu alayhi wasalam saying,  When Satan hears the call to prayer, he turns back and breaks the wind so as not to hear thecall being made, but when the call is finished he turns round and distracts (the minds of those who pray), and when he hears the Iqama, he again runs away so as not to hear its voice and when it subsides, he comes back and distracts (the minds of those who stand for prayer).  The Hadith to reflect of a good behavior as believers  Alhamdulillah, Good manners are part of islam and anyone who has no good manners lacks a lot of from his deen.  Allah s.w.t praised the messenger of Allah salla Allahu alayhi wasalam of having good qualities and manners.  Allah says,  Al-Qalam 68:4 وَإِنَّكَ لَعَلَىٰ خُلُقٍ عَظِيمٍ  And indeed, you are of a great moral character.  *About Khadeejah* [[----- Part 7-of-7 -----]] --------------------------------- بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم Nana Khadijah (a.s) died in 620CE. Muhammad (PBUH) also lost his uncle Abu Talib during this date, and would forever refer to it as "the Year of Sorrow”.  The story to reflect.  Being grateful to Allah always.  Alhamdulullah, there once lived a young man who was from a poor family. He had nothing to feed on and he felt desperate thinking of what to do.  One-day, As he was walking there-upon, he said to himself,  If i were from so and so rich family, i would have been happy.  Suddenly, he came across a big mansion and so beautifully made, he stood gazing the building and not long, the window was opened and inside was a man who peeped the window staring at the man with sobbing eyes.  The young man was confused why as to see a wealthy man crying.  The wealthy man gestured and said to him to enter  He entered as he saw many guards but the man said to him, i have everything in life but never had a good sleep or eat a full plate of food.  I am diagnosed with strange sickness since childhood and it has made me saddened since.  I had all money but cannot buy my health and enjoyed this wealth...

 Envy Between Intellect and Ignorance Ibn Rajab al-Hanbali رحمه الله wrote: “The intelligent person envies whoever spends their wealth in the path of goodness and obtaining lofty levels of virtue. Yawmul Ahad, 21st day of Swafar, 1446AH (Sunday, 25th August 2024). *_ALLAH IS WITH YOU MY PATIENT BROTHERS AND SISTERS_*.  BismilLah.  ALLAH has made patience like a horse that never gets tired, an army that can never be defeated, and a strong fortress that can never be breached. Patience and victory are twin brothers, for victory comes with patience, relief comes with distress, and ease comes with hardship. Patience is of more help to the one who has it, as it helps without any need for equipment or numbers, and its relationship to victory is like that of the head to the body.  In the Qur’aan, ALLAAH has guaranteed those who are patient that HE will give them reward without measure.  The six rights a muslim owes upon another muslim.  As reported in hadith,  Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying: Six are the rights of a Muslim over another Muslim. It was said to him: Allah's Messenger, what arethese? Thereupon he said: When you meet him, offer him greetings;when he invites you to a feast accept it. when he seeks your council give him, and when he sneezes and says:" All praise is due to Allah," you say Yarhamuk Allah (may Allah show mercy to you) ; and when he fails ill visit him; and when he dies follow his bier. Sahih Muslim 2162. These six rights are obligatory upon a Muslim. When he makes the salam saying Assalaamu Alaykum to us, we have to reply to his salam saying, Wa Alaykumus salam. Let's make a U-turn in life, wash off our slate of deeds, eliminate the bad deeds, and protect our good deeds. Method of making Tau’bah are as follows: 1. Immediately abstain from the sin.  2. Regret and wish one had never indulged in the sin.  3. Resolved to never commit the sin again seeking help from ALLAH.  4. If one has violated the rights of another person, it is necessary to seek forgiveness from that person.  After making sincere tau’bah be confident in the acceptance of your tau’bah.  Can one make ablution with a water that does not flow or move like lake water.  It is not allowed.  As reported in hadith,  Abu Hurairah narrated that :: the Prophet said: "Let none of you urinate [in still water, then perform Wudu with it."1 Jami` at-Tirmidhi 68. Also it is not allowed to make ghusl with that water that does not flow. Because it is not pure as no water enters to make it purified.

 Importance of Dua on Friday.  Alhamdulillah, As we know Friday is a great day in islam and there is an hour on friday in which one makes dua to Allah is never rejected.  As reported in the authentic hadith of the messenger of Allah salla Allahu alayhi wasalam saying,  It was narrated that ‘Abdullah bin Salam said: “I said, when the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) was sitting: ‘We find in the Book of Allah that on Friday there is an hour when no believing slave performs prayer and asksAllah for anything at that time, but Allah will fulfill his need.’” ‘Abdullah said: “The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) pointed to me, saying: ‘Or some part of an hour.’ I said: ‘you are right, or some part of an hour.’ I said: ‘What time is that?’ He said: ‘It is the last hours of the day.’ I said: ‘It is not the time of the prayer?’ He said: ‘Yes (it is so), when a believing slave performs prayer and then sits with nothing but the prayer keeping him, he is still in a state of prayer.’” Vol. 1, Book 5,...

 Reciting Surah Kahf on Friday.  Alhamdulillah, reciting surah kahf on friday is sunnah of rasulullah S. A. W and among the salaf.  The messenger of Allah salla Allahu alayhi wasalam said,  Anyone who recites surah kahf on Friday. Abu Darda' reported Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) as saying:  If anyone learns by heart the first ten verses of the Surah al-Kahf, he will be protected from theDajjal. Sahih Muslim 809.  The prohibition of superstition as shirk in islam.  Alhamdulillah, superstition is a form of shirk.  As reported in hadith,  Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "(There is) no 'Adwa (no contagious disease is conveyed without Allah's permission). nor is there any bad omen (from birds), nor is there any Hamah, nor is there any bad omen in the month of Safar, and one should run away from the leper as one runs away from a lion." Note: The majority of scholars interpret this to mean that these things in and of themselves do not transmit or cause harm through supernatural or hidden means but that Allah is ultimately in control and any fearful superstition around these is false. BismilLah.  Satan strives hard to seduce humans to make us fall into evil and sin. If a person escapes from the snares of Satan, and satan sees that we have turned to ALLAH, he starts to cast doubts into our heart regarding the sincerity of our Tawbah(Repentance) and magnify our sins in our eyes, making us think that ALLAH will not forgive such sins, because they are too many and too grave. If Satan does not find a response, he starts to remind people of their past sins and misdeeds to make us feel sad. ALLAH (Exalted be HE) says: Secret counsels (conspiracies) are only from Shaitân (Satan) in order that he may cause grief to the believers.
