 *About Khadeejah*

[[----- Part 6-of-7 -----]]
---------------------------------

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

Nana Khadījah (a.s) and Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) did not have any sons who survived childhood. They had four daughters: Umm Kulthūm, Ruqayyah, Zaynab, and Fāṭimah. Fāṭimah

*Lessons:*

Giving birth to "Female Children" is one of the most important gifts in life

Many parents today are not delighted having female kids and no males. The display of sadness over this issue is more in male parents.

My People!

How many girls have been far more merciful and beneficial to their parents than their brothers? How many times has a son been a source of grief for his parents, to the point that they wished he was never born?

Today, if you go to hospitals, when they find out whether the foetus is male of female by doing an ultrasound scan, if it is male they tell the family, and if it is female they say nothing.

*Are We Still In Jahileeyyah Era?*

How similar things are today to those times of ignorance (Jahileeyyah)! If you visit any maternity clinic and look around at the faces of those to whom daughters have been born, listening to what they say and seeing how they are, you will see a strange similarity between many of these people and the people of the Jaahiliyyah, of whom Allah says:

*“And when the news of the birth of a female child is brought to any of them, his face becomes dark, and he is filled with inward grief!"*📚 [Qur'an: surah Al-Nahl 16, verse 58]

*Level Don Change!*

Islam have come and when Islam was revealed, it decreed a daughter – like a son. Yes. Children are gift from Allah (swt).. He granted (male or female or both) to whomever He wishes

Evidence:

“For Allah only is the kingship of the heavens and the earth; He creates whatever He wills; He may bestow daughters to whomever He wills, and sons to whomever He wills. Or may mix them, the sons and daughters; and may make barren whomever He wills; indeed He is All Knowing, Able.”
📚Surah al-Shoora, Verses 49-50

Servants of Allah!

Today, it is quite disheartening to see that some parents rejoice when the newborn child is a male and show their dissatisfaction when the child is a female

My People!

We should not "End This Episode" without mentioning few virtues of daughters:

1️⃣ Anas (RA) reported that the prophet (PBUH) said: *“Whoever brings up two girls till they reach the age of puberty, he and I will come on the Day of Resurrection like this,” (and the prophet joined his blessed ✌️ fingers.)"* 📚Authentic Hadith

2️⃣ The beloved Prophet (PBUH) has stated that: *“When a boy is born, then he brings one Noor (light) and when a girl is born, then she brings two Noors (light).”* 📚Authentic Hadith

Finally in this episode,

It's good to remember that scientifically, *Sex is determined by two chromosomes, X and Y... A female is XX,,, a male is XY... Since women completely lack the Y choromosome,, they always contribute an X chromosome to the baby.. And the sex is determined by whether the sperm that fertilizes the egg is carrying another X or a Y... Each male child is XY meaning a - X chromosome is inherited from the mother and the Y chromosome from the father... And female child is XX meaning a - X chromosome is inherited from her mother and an X chromosome is inherited from her father.. This is why it is the X and Y chromosome which determines the sex of a child...A child will always have XX (female children) or XY (male children).*

So,

If a female child is born, it is the husband who refused to donate Y chromosome.

NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Arba'a. 29th day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Wednesday 8th May 2024). *_NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH_*. BismilLah.  Even though feelings of Panic, stress/worries etc are part of life, they must not reduce our acts of worship or trust in ALLAH. The more a man turns to ALLAH and focuses on HIM, the more he will feel a sense of peace and comfort, to an extent that no one knows except ALLAH. Hence those who know ALLAH, are close to HIM and fear HIM are the happiest of people, to such an extent that one of them said, in a well-known expression: “If the kings and the sons of kings knew what joy we have, they would fight us for it with the sword.” This is also what is expressed in the Qur’an, as ALLAH says: “Whoever works righteousness, whether male or female, while he (or she) is a true believer (of Islamic Monotheism) verily, to him ALLAH will give a good life (in this world with respect, contentment and lawful provision), and ALLAH will ...

HELPING OTHERS WITH INTENTION FOR ALLAH'S HELP IN RETURN

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yaum Al-Khamis, 22nd day of Jumaadal Uula 1447AH, Thursday, 13th November, 2025.  *_HELPING OTHERS WITH INTENTION FOR ALLAH'S HELP IN RETURN_*. BismilLah.  When we help our brothers and sisters in Islam, in reality, we are helping ourselves. The Messenger of ALLAH (S.A.W) said: He who relieves the hardship of a believer in this world, ALLAH Azzawajallah will relieve his hardship on the Day of Judgment. He who makes easy what is difficult, ALLAH ALLAH Azzawajallah will make it easy for him in the world and the hereafter. He who conceals the faults of a Muslim, ALLAH ALLAH Azzawajallah will conceal his faults in this ALLAH Azzawajallah world and the Hereafter, for ALLAH helps the servant as long as he helps his brother. Source: Ṣaḥīḥ "Muslim 2699. AlhamdulilLah.  With this I hope with immediate effect we will all strive to help each other in any possible way such as making dua for each other, supporting our relatives and those in need in ou...

THE MUSLIM WOMAN AND HER OWN SELF

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm athalaatha, 3rd day of Rabeeul Awwal 1447AH, Tuesday, 26th August 2025. *_THE MUSLIM WOMAN AND HER OWN SELF_*. BismilLah.  Islam encourages Muslims in general to stand out among people, readily distinguishable by their dress, appearance and behaviour, so that they will be a good example, worthy of the great message that they bring to humanity. According to the hadith narrated by the great Sahabi Ibn al-Hanzaliyyah, the Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wasallam ) told his Companions, when they were travelling to meet some brothers in faith: "You are going to visit your brothers, so repair your saddles and make sure that you are dressed well, so that you will stand out among people like an adornment, for ALLAH (SWT) does not love ugliness." Reported by Imam Abu Dawud, 4/83, in Kitab al-libas, bab ma ja'a fi isbal al-izar. The Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) considered an unkempt and careless appearance, and scruffy clothes and furnishings, to be...
