 The hadith to reflect. 

Narrated Abu Musa:

I heard the Prophet (ﷺ) many times say: When a servant of Allah is accustomed to do a good work, then becomes ill or goes on journey, what was accustomed to do when he was well and staying at home will be recorded for him.

Sunan Abi Dawud 3091.



So if a person is sick and used to go to fajr prayer, then he became ill and cannot go, he will be recorded as if he has prayed with the congregation.


This is the mercy Allah has bestowed upon a person.

In another hadith,

Abdullah ibn Umar r.a said,

It is narrated by Abdullah bin Amr that Prophet (ﷺ) said, "When a person falls ill then the reward of those deeds is also recorded for him which he used to perform when he was healthy.

Al-Adab Al-Mufrad 500.


May Allah guides and protects us and show us the right path and make us die as Muslims. Aamiin
