 Never underestimate the value of health and peace of mind. 


Alhamdulillah, lets reflect and look at the beautiful hadith of the messenger of Allah salla Allaahu alayhi wasalam saying, 

Salamah bin 'Ubaidullah bin Mihsan Al-Khatmi narrated from his father -and he was a Companion- who said:

The Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) said: "Whoever among you wakes up in the morning secured in his dwelling healthy in his body, having his food for the day,then it is as if the world has been gathered for him.'"

Jami` at-Tirmidhi 2346.


Whenever we wake up each day and we have health, peace of mind and safe with our families and had the meal for the day, it is as if the whole world is given to us.


Lets value our health and peace of mind before we lose them.

The messenger of Allah salla Allahu alayhi wasalam tells us to take advantage of five things before five comes after it.

Our health before sickness

Our strength before our weakness 

Our wealth before poverty.

Our youthful age before old age 

Our life before our death.


So lets take advantage of these before we loose them.
