Alhamdulillah, Gambling and all forms of it is forbidden. 

Allah says in Quran, 

Al-Ma'idah 5:90

يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓا۟ إِنَّمَا ٱلْخَمْرُ وَٱلْمَيْسِرُ وَٱلْأَنصَابُ وَٱلْأَزْلَٰمُ رِجْسٌ مِّنْ عَمَلِ ٱلشَّيْطَٰنِ فَٱجْتَنِبُوهُ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ 

O you who have believed, indeed, intoxicants, gambling, [sacrificing on] stone alters [to other than Allāh], and divining arrows are but defilement from the work of Satan, so avoid[1] it that you may be successful.

Gambling and alcoholism and adultery is rank as same sin in one verses because of its effect and dangers it has on the society, the person. One who is a gambler becomes lazy and waste money and extravagant in speeding and wasting money.

As reported in hadith,

Kulthum ibn Jabir said, "Ibn az-Zubayr addressed us and said, 'People of Makka, I have heard that there are men of Quraysh who play a game called backgammon. It is done with the left hand. Allah says, 'Wine and gambling.' (5:

90) I swear by Allah that if anyone who plays it is brought before me, I will punish him inhis hair and skin, and I will give his booty to the one who brings him to me."

Al-Adab Al-Mufrad 1275.

Shooting Arrows to get a wealth where people compete with their wealth is gambling or game of spinning.

As ibn Umar r.a said,

Ibn 'Umar said, "Arrow-shuffling is gambling.""

Ibn 'Umar said, "Arrow-shuffling is gambling.""

Gambling destroys economy and leads to greediness and hatred among peoples
