 *About Khadeejah*

[[----- Part 4-of-7 -----]]
---------------------------------

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

One of Nana Khadija’s servants, Maysarah, had accompanied Muhammad on his journey and relayed to Nana Khadija that during their return, Muhammad had stopped to rest under a tree that: "none but a prophet ever sat beneath”. He also claimed to have seen two angels standing near Muhammad as he slept, protecting him from the sun. This indicated that Muhammad was the prophet of the people who was already expected. Knowing this, Nana Khadija considered proposing marriage to her agent. The couple was married monogamously for twenty-five years.

*Lessons:*

It's permissible for a woman to propose to a man

It is permissible for a woman to propose marriage to a man but it is not always necessarily advised considering the ways some men are treating their wives today. Yes. This is the person who proposed marriage to woman and treating her badly, what about if she's the one who proposed to him?

A woman can do this only, if the man is good in character & he is religious, and not because he's handsome or rich, and should be done within the framework of Islamic law.

Unfortunately Today,

Women that proposed marriage to their husbands, many of the women are struggling to keep their marriages. It’s like the case of what a preacher said many years ago, “What you struggle to get, you struggle to keep.”

Did you know why i can't advice women to propose marriage to men?

There are some cases where some men agreed to marry the females that proposed to them. But some of those men agreed because they wanted to have free sex for some time. They would pretend along 😃 but after some time, they would zoom off. Such females are left licking their wounds and filled with painful memories of how foolish they were to have used their bodies, time, money and emotions of love on a complete crook.

I have also heard about some women, who proposed marriage to their husbands and eventually got married, ended in divorce.

My People!

Come to think of it, have you ever seen a female bird or a female fowl or a female dog pursuing the male for sex? Me, I never see o. E no good make a bird or animal get sense pass human being o.

Servants of Allah!

Quran chapter 28 verse 23–27, *"When he arrived at Midian’s waters, he found a group of men watering [their flocks], and beside them two women keeping their flocks back, so he said, ‘What is the matter with you two?’ They said, ‘We cannot water [our flocks] until the shepherds take their sheep away: our father is a very old man.’ He watered their flocks for them, withdrew into the shade, and prayed, ‘My Lord, I am in dire need of whatever good thing You may send me,’ and then one of the two women approached him, walking shyly, and said, ‘My father is asking for you: he wants to reward you for watering our flocks for us.’ When Moses came to him and told him his story, the old man said, ‘Do not be afraid, you are safe now from people who do wrong.’ One of the women said, ‘Father, hire him: a strong, trustworthy man is the best to hire.’ The father said, ‘I would like to marry you to one of these daughters of mine.."* 📚Q28 verse 23–27

Now,

The Quran is not a story book neither a history book, its a book of guidance. Any words and actions of an individual mentioned in the Quran is to teach us a profound lesson.

And,

If we notice well, the girls request their father to hire him and father asked Musa (alaihi salaam) to marry his daughter because they liked him. Notice that the daughters themselves never approach Musa (alaihi salaam) directly with the proposal!.

NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Arba'a. 29th day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Wednesday 8th May 2024). *_NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH_*. BismilLah.  Even though feelings of Panic, stress/worries etc are part of life, they must not reduce our acts of worship or trust in ALLAH. The more a man turns to ALLAH and focuses on HIM, the more he will feel a sense of peace and comfort, to an extent that no one knows except ALLAH. Hence those who know ALLAH, are close to HIM and fear HIM are the happiest of people, to such an extent that one of them said, in a well-known expression: “If the kings and the sons of kings knew what joy we have, they would fight us for it with the sword.” This is also what is expressed in the Qur’an, as ALLAH says: “Whoever works righteousness, whether male or female, while he (or she) is a true believer (of Islamic Monotheism) verily, to him ALLAH will give a good life (in this world with respect, contentment and lawful provision), and ALLAH will ...

HELPING OTHERS WITH INTENTION FOR ALLAH'S HELP IN RETURN

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yaum Al-Khamis, 22nd day of Jumaadal Uula 1447AH, Thursday, 13th November, 2025.  *_HELPING OTHERS WITH INTENTION FOR ALLAH'S HELP IN RETURN_*. BismilLah.  When we help our brothers and sisters in Islam, in reality, we are helping ourselves. The Messenger of ALLAH (S.A.W) said: He who relieves the hardship of a believer in this world, ALLAH Azzawajallah will relieve his hardship on the Day of Judgment. He who makes easy what is difficult, ALLAH ALLAH Azzawajallah will make it easy for him in the world and the hereafter. He who conceals the faults of a Muslim, ALLAH ALLAH Azzawajallah will conceal his faults in this ALLAH Azzawajallah world and the Hereafter, for ALLAH helps the servant as long as he helps his brother. Source: Ṣaḥīḥ "Muslim 2699. AlhamdulilLah.  With this I hope with immediate effect we will all strive to help each other in any possible way such as making dua for each other, supporting our relatives and those in need in ou...

THE MUSLIM WOMAN AND HER OWN SELF

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm athalaatha, 3rd day of Rabeeul Awwal 1447AH, Tuesday, 26th August 2025. *_THE MUSLIM WOMAN AND HER OWN SELF_*. BismilLah.  Islam encourages Muslims in general to stand out among people, readily distinguishable by their dress, appearance and behaviour, so that they will be a good example, worthy of the great message that they bring to humanity. According to the hadith narrated by the great Sahabi Ibn al-Hanzaliyyah, the Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wasallam ) told his Companions, when they were travelling to meet some brothers in faith: "You are going to visit your brothers, so repair your saddles and make sure that you are dressed well, so that you will stand out among people like an adornment, for ALLAH (SWT) does not love ugliness." Reported by Imam Abu Dawud, 4/83, in Kitab al-libas, bab ma ja'a fi isbal al-izar. The Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) considered an unkempt and careless appearance, and scruffy clothes and furnishings, to be...
