❤️I was introduced to his first wife but  obviously she wasn't happy or ready to accept me as her co wife. our nikkah was fixed with a month and alhamdulillah it went well.my parents made sure they bought everything i will be needing in my new home for me,you know how we ilorin use to do our wedding now 😉. Even when my husband asked for what i would like him to buy for me and my dowry,i told him not to worry. When he insisted,i told him to help me add money for the washing machine i wanted to buy which he did but paid in full. On my nikkah day,early that morning i sent someone to buy two niqob for me to suprise my husband. Infact everybody was suprised because they knew how much i dislike it...

❤️When we got home that day,my husband couldnt hide his happiness for seeing me with niqob 'i knew you will be more happy if you see me using it,that's why i decided to be using it 'i said to him "ma sha Allah, barakaLlahu feekum.but i want you to change your intention my wife, use this niqob for Allah sake not mine 'he said to me". It was the happiest day of my life but it sadden my heart not to see his first wife at the program, even when we got home.

❤️ Have been wondering where my husband first wife and her children could be since i got to that house.it was my sixth day but have not set my eyes on them.i understood it's not easy to receive another woman in your home as a co wife. Honestly i didn't know why i was restless not seeing her. Have asked my husband,he said i should not worry that she was around and with time she would accept me. That evening i summoned my courage and knocked on her room door to know if she was in and behold she opened the door and stood at the entrance blocking me to see inside. I quickly knelt down and said 'good evening ma, am sorry to disturb you,i just came to know how you are doing ma ?please i want you to take me as your sister not rival and i promise you will not ..."i was saying when she bursted into laugh and clapped her hands together "see the person abu go and marry o,awon omo alu bidia ,she dont even know that kneeling down is prohibited in islam,see as she knee down like a village girl" she and i quickly stood up in shame " see iyawo,i am not a pretender. You don't offend me o but i don't like you and i will never like you. Don't even near me if you want peace for yourself in this house "she said and slammed the door.

Note... i did know anything about sunnah then.
