BismilLah.  The wife has a right to: Any unpaid mahr (dowry) regardless of how the marriage ended. Maintenance during her ʿiddah time. Payment for breastfeeding, if she breastfeeds after divorce. ALLAH Azzawajal says: "If they breastfeed your children for you, then give them their payment." (Qur'an 65:6). She does not automatically have a right to: Ongoing financial support simply because she is divorced (after the end of her ʿiddah, unless she is pregnant, in which case maintenance continues until delivery) and continues during breastfeeding and child's maintenance.  The Father's Responsibilities Continue even after divorce if children are involved. Among these are His Knowledge, Strength, Power, Glory, Greatness, Will, Desire, Intent, Pleasure, Displeasure, Hearing, Sight, Speech, Mercy, Watchfulness, Face, Hands, Leg, His Establishment over His Throne or His Transcendence over it, His Descent to the lowest heaven during the last third of the night, and many others. A true believer must affirm all of these Names and Attributes as they have been revealed, while believing that they are unique to Allāh’s Majesty and Perfection and bear no resemblance to the attributes of His creation.  Don't Forget This [[--Episode 4--]] ----------------- بسم الله الرحمان الرجيم Allah (swt) put Prophet Adam (A.S.) and his wife in Paradise. Shaytan came and whispered a lie. He said, “Eat this fruit, and you will live here forever.” Adam listened to that whisper and ate it. What happened? Allah (swt) did not let them stay forever. They had to leave Paradise and come down to Earth. This shows us one big truth: *Shaytan’s promises are always lies.* He promises good things, but the result is always loss. Shaytan is still doing the same trick with us. When he wants you to do something wrong, he will put sweet lies in your heart, such as: (1) “Do it, nobody is watching you.” (It's a Lie: Allah (swt) is always watching). (2) “Don’t worry, Allah (swt) is most forgiving, so just do it.” (It's a Lie: Allah forgives those who repent before they do wrong, not those who use His mercy as an excuse to sin).  FAJR REMINDER: THE DANGER OF REJECTING ALLĀH’S LAW By: Umm Affān Ṣafar 4, 1448 (19-July-2026) Another aspect of Shirk (associating partners with Allāh) that nullifies one’s Islām and Eemān is preferring to rule by, or willingly accepting, laws other than those revealed by Allāh while believing that His Laws are unsuitable, outdated, or no better than man-made laws that contradict them. Such a belief reflects a dangerous preference for the rulings of human beings over the perfect Judgment of Allāh. Whoever believes that it is preferred to govern people's affairs, settle disputes, or implement punishments using laws other than the Sharī'ah—even while acknowledging that the Sharī'ah is superior—has declared lawful what Allāh has unanimously forbidden. BismilLah.  ALLAH Azzawajal has actually promised to bless both couples After a peaceful Separation. ALLAH Azzawajal says: "But if they separate, ALLAH will enrich each of them from HIS abundance. And ALLAH is Ever-Encompassing and Wise." (Qur'an 4:130). Lesson Divorce is not always the end of happiness. Allāhu Akbar! He was Thābit Ibn Qays Al-Anṣārī (Raḍiyallāhu ‘Anhu). Thābit belonged to the Khazraj tribe. When the Prophet (ﷺ) sent Muṣ‘ab Ibn ‘Umayr (Raḍiyallāhu ‘Anhu) to call the people of Madīnah to Islām, Thābit listened to his recitation of the Qur'ān. The beauty of Muṣ‘ab’s voice, together with the calm and captivating rhythm of his recitation, deeply moved him. This teacher wants to see which students work hard and which are lazy. So, he prepares regular tests. Why? So that no student can later say, "You were unfair to us. You favored one student over another." Also, tests push us to prepare and study well. A wise teacher also gives different tests to different classes. A young student is not tested like an older student. Allah (swt) is the most fair and wise. He will test each person according to what they have been given.  FAJR REMINDER: THE FOUR CORNERS OF THE KA‘BAH By: Umm Affān Ṣafar 2, 1448 (17-July-2026) Last Friday, I spoke about how Allāh unites the entire Ummah through the Ka‘bah. Wherever Muslims may be, they all turn towards one Qiblah—the direction of the Ka‘bah—in every Ṣalāt, worshipping the One True God, Allāh. This morning, our focus is on the four corners of the Ka‘bah: the Black Stone Corner (Rukn Aswad), the Yemeni Corner (Rukn al-Yamānī), the Iraqi Corner (Rukn al-‘Irāqī), and the Syrian Corner (Rukn ash-Shāmī). During Ṭawāf (circumambulation), the Prophet (ﷺ) only interacted with two of these corners: the Black Stone Corner and the Yemeni Corner. Regarding the Black Stone Corner, the Sunnah is clear. Whenever possible, the Prophet (ﷺ) would touch and kiss the Black Stone. They plead with them for help, seek their intervention, and ask them to fulfil needs that only the Lord of the worlds has the power to fulfil. Such requests are not ordinary words. They are supplications, and supplication (Du’ā‘) is (an act of) Ibādah (worship). Every sincere supplication is an expression of humility, dependence, hope, and trust.
