Don't Forget This
[[--Episode 3--]]-----------------
بسم الله الرحمان الرجيم
Dear servants of Allah. Our life here on earth is short. It is only a trial.
Think of Allah (swt) as a wise teacher. This teacher wants to see which students work hard and which are lazy. So, he prepares regular tests. Why? So that no student can later say, "You were unfair to us. You favored one student over another." Also, tests push us to prepare and study well.
A wise teacher also gives different tests to different classes. A young student is not tested like an older student. Allah (swt) is the most fair and wise. He will test each person according to what they have been given.
A student should never question the teacher's reasons for making the test. They should only focus on answering the questions.
Similarly, we should not tell Allah (swt) how to test us. My trials are different from yours. Your trials are different from mine. That is because Allah (swt) created us, and He knows exactly what is best for each of us.
This is why we should never say, "Let us just enjoy the ride and forget about the end." If you are on a train, do not just look at the beautiful views outside. First, you must ask: "Why am I here? Where is this train going?"
My People,
Allah (swt) tells us in the Quran: "He created death and life to test us—to see who does the best deeds." 📚 Suratul Milk, verse 2
He (Allah) already knows everything about us. He does not need to test us to learn. He tests us so that we cannot say He favored some people over others. 📚(Surah Al-Mulk, 67:2).
The whole point of this test is that we have freedom. Yes. We can choose. This is what makes us special among all of Allah's creations. When we follow Allah's guidance, we deserve a reward. When we ignore it and follow our own desires, we deserve punishment. Allah (swt) gave us this ability to choose because He loves us. Yes. It is a great honor.
Also,
Allah (swt) has given us clear guidance—the Quran, the Prophet (pbuh), and our own minds—to help us make the right choice. He has shown His love for us. Now, it is our turn. Let us show our love for Him by believing in Him, following His path, and obeying His messenger, Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).
