My Brother, My Sister! This is not just a story. This is for you, right now.

Let us think about two simple but huge truths.

*Truth No 1: Your Life is Already Written.*

Your provision (your Rizq) – your food, your money, your job, your spouse – and everything that will happen to you, was written by Allah (swt) even before you were born.

So, no matter what happens, you will always receive the Rizq that Allah has destined for you. Yes. You will not get less, and you will not get more. It is fixed.

But wait!

Does this mean making Du'a (duplication to Allah) is useless?

No. Not at all.

This is the beautiful secret.

Your provisions and the Du'a you make are both part of Allah's plan (Qadr).

Allah (swt), in His perfect knowledge, has written: "If My servant asks Me for this thing, I will give it to him. And if he does not ask Me, I will not give it to him."

So, you see?

The Du'a you make is the key to the doors Allah has already planned to open for you. Asking Allah is part of the plan for you to receive.

But,

Sometimes in life, the acceptance to ur DU'A will be DELAYED Bcos, If Allah (swt) should grant you ur wishes immediately as u make DU'A, there is an UNBEARABLE CALAMITIES running to SWALLOW you. So, Allah (swt) will use the DU'A u are making to BLOCK those calamities from reaching u. Bcos, if the calamities should reach u, it will SWALLOW everything😳. Yes. And this is why, it is necessary to PERSISTENTLY engage in making DU'A no matter how long until we hit the JACK-POT.

Sometimes in life, even after u put a lot of efforts by becoming a sincere believer, u still experience delay in having ur DU'A accepted. This could be due to the previous sins committed deliberately or ignorantly. So, if u make DU'A to Allah SWT for days, weeks or months and give up, it is possible that Allah (swt) is using those DU'A u are making for DELETING or SERVICING the previous sins committed by you. So if u stop making the DU'A bcos u did not see any GREEN light, u will lost out. Yes. It is adviceable that u continue making the DU'A PERSISTENTLY no matter how long, until u hit the JACK-POT.

*Truth No 2: Look at Your Blessings & Not Your Problems.*

Allah (swt) says in the Quran:

كٓهيعٓصٓ - Kaf, Ha, Ya, 'Ayn, Swad.
"This is a story about His mercy to His servant, Prophet Zakariyyah". 📚(Q19:1-2)

When we read the abov, a question pops up: Was Allah's mercy ONLY for Prophet Zakariyyah?

No. Allah's mercy is for you too.

But sometimes, our problems are so big in our eyes that we forget this. We forget the thousands of blessings we are swimming in.

Let us change our view.

(1) If your marriage is delayed... remember, many of your age mates have passed away. You have the blessing of life.

(2) If you are married for years without children... remember, many people older than you are still praying to find a spouse. You have the blessing of a partner.

(3) If your marriage has failed... remember, many are looking for just one chance to get married, even once. You had that chance, and you can have hope for another.

My People,

Count Your Blessings, Not Your Problems. When you feel sad, look at what you have, not just what you lack. You are submerged in Allah's mercy, just like Zakariyyah was.
