Let's conclude with our studies of this beautiful suurah from verse 40 to the last verse 42 which speaks about the sorrowful faces after judgement. 

40. "And other faces, that Day, will be covered with dust,"

41. "Overwhelmed by darkness and humiliation."

42. "Those are the disbelievers, the wicked."

Commentary:

In yesterday's reminder, we studied about the joyful faces after judgement. In contrast, another group will have faces covered with dust, darkened with grief, disgrace, and humiliation. These outward appearances reflect the condition of their hearts and the consequences of their disbelief and persistent sin. ALLAH Azzawajal describes them as: "The disbelievers and the wicked."

The word فَجَرَة (fajarah) refers to those who repeatedly rebelled against ALLAH Azzawajal, openly committed sins, and refused to repent. Their regret on that Day will be of no benefit because the time for repentance will have passed. AstaghfirulLah.

 *BEST TIME FOR TAHAJJUD* It is best to delay this prayer to the last third portion of the night. Abu Hurairah reports that the Messenger of Allah said: "Our Lord descends to the lowest heaven during the last third of the night, inquiring: 'Who will call on Me so that I may respond to him?
