*Ablution* is the spiritual cleansing made by Muslims before swalat. Without it swalat is invalid. It compromise of washing one's arm, face, legs hair and others. Water to be used for Ablution should be clean devoid of soap, oil and dirt. Left over water drunk by someone can't be used. There are various instances by which Ablution expires. Before we talk about *Swalat* we have to talk little on ablution before we start the comprehensive topic on swalat. We will in Sha Allah touch on these aspects the various Hadiths.

O believers! When (you intend) to stand for Prayer, then, (for ablution,) wash your faces and hands up to the elbows, and pass your wet hands over your heads and (also wash) your feet up to the ankles. And if you are in a state of obligation for total ablution, purify yourselves well (by bathing). Should you be ill or on a journey, or someone of you comes (after) defecation, or you have had sexual contact with women and then you do not find water, (in these cases,) perform tayammum with clean soil. So, it is wiping your faces and (full) hands with it (i.e., clean soil). Allah does not want to make things hard for you, but He wants to purify you, and complete the bestowal of His favour upon you so that you may become grateful.

" After performing the ablution 'Uthman said, "I am going to tell you a Hadith which I would not have told you, had I not been compelled by a certain Holy Verse (the sub narrator 'Urwa said: This verse is: "Verily, those who conceal the clear signs and the guidance which we have sent down...)" We can remind ourselves from the narrations how Ablution should be performed. Though the verse only do talk about washing the face, hands, hair and feet, there are much into that. Hadith are there to help us better our Deen. The Hadith emphasizes on washing the mouth and nose. It also remind us of joining both hands in washing the face. We can also remind ourselves that it required of us to put water into our nose and mouth and eject them out. We can also not from the last Hadiths that Uthman washed his feet to the ankle thrice. We can also remind ourselves from the verse that, we pardoned to perform tayammum with clean soil when we can't find water.

It is not only in the case of water scarcity that we can perform tayammum but when sick. Islam never a burden on us for this is why we were pardoned in many acts. We are also learn from the verse the need for us to perform janaba bath with clean soil when we can't find water. We are also pardoned to perform tayammum when there might be danger doing that with water.

The first verse draws our attention to what we sad earlier on the need to blow water out from our nose during ablution. We can also remind ourselves the need to clean one's self many times with stones after defecating. We also know it is discouraged to touch one's private part with the right hand during urinal or toileting. Islam is a way of life and we are to adhere to every teaching of it we are to call ourselves Muslims. It tells us on how to go about everything in life.

NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Arba'a. 29th day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Wednesday 8th May 2024). *_NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH_*. BismilLah.  Even though feelings of Panic, stress/worries etc are part of life, they must not reduce our acts of worship or trust in ALLAH. The more a man turns to ALLAH and focuses on HIM, the more he will feel a sense of peace and comfort, to an extent that no one knows except ALLAH. Hence those who know ALLAH, are close to HIM and fear HIM are the happiest of people, to such an extent that one of them said, in a well-known expression: “If the kings and the sons of kings knew what joy we have, they would fight us for it with the sword.” This is also what is expressed in the Qur’an, as ALLAH says: “Whoever works righteousness, whether male or female, while he (or she) is a true believer (of Islamic Monotheism) verily, to him ALLAH will give a good life (in this world with respect, contentment and lawful provision), and ALLAH will ...

HELPING OTHERS WITH INTENTION FOR ALLAH'S HELP IN RETURN

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yaum Al-Khamis, 22nd day of Jumaadal Uula 1447AH, Thursday, 13th November, 2025.  *_HELPING OTHERS WITH INTENTION FOR ALLAH'S HELP IN RETURN_*. BismilLah.  When we help our brothers and sisters in Islam, in reality, we are helping ourselves. The Messenger of ALLAH (S.A.W) said: He who relieves the hardship of a believer in this world, ALLAH Azzawajallah will relieve his hardship on the Day of Judgment. He who makes easy what is difficult, ALLAH ALLAH Azzawajallah will make it easy for him in the world and the hereafter. He who conceals the faults of a Muslim, ALLAH ALLAH Azzawajallah will conceal his faults in this ALLAH Azzawajallah world and the Hereafter, for ALLAH helps the servant as long as he helps his brother. AlhamdulilLah.  With this I hope with immediate effect we will all strive to help each other in any possible way such as making dua for each other, supporting our relatives and those in need in ou...

BEST TIME FOR TAHAJJUD

*BEST TIME FOR TAHAJJUD* It is best to delay this prayer to the last third portion of the night. Abu Hurairah reports that the Messenger of Allah said: "Our Lord descends to the lowest heaven during the last third of the night, inquiring: 'Who will call on Me so that I may respond to him? Who is asking something of Me so I may give it to him? Who is asking for My forgiveness so I may forgive him?"' This is related by the group. 'Amr ibn Abasah reports that he heard the Prophet say: "The closest that a slave comes to his Lord is during the middle of the latter portion of the night. If you can be among those who remember Allah, the Exalted One, at that time then do so." This is related by al-Hakim who grades it sahih according to Muslim's standards, and at-Tirmizhi calls it hasan sahih. AnNasa'i and Ibn Khuzaimah also recorded it. Abu Muslim asked Abu Zharr: "Which late-night prayer is the best?" He said: "I asked the Messenger of A...
