*_DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER_*
Yaum Al-khamis | 24th day of Muharram, 1448 AH | Thursday, 9th July, 2026. *_TAFSEER OF SUURAH ABASA, QUR'AN 80 continues_*. BismilLah.
Let's continue with our studies of this beautiful suurah from verse 21 which continue to speaks about Human creation and ingratitude.
Verse 21: "Then I, ALLAH causes him to die and places him in a grave." Death is certain for every soul. ALLAH Azzawajal alone determines the time of death, and HE has honoured mankind by legislating burial, preserving human dignity even after death.
Unlike many creatures left exposed after death, the human being is buried with respect, reminding us of the honour ALLAH Azzawajal has given the children of Adam.
Verse 22: "Then, when ALLAH wills, HE will resurrect him." Death is not the end. Just as ALLAH Azzawajal created mankind from nothing, HE is fully capable of bringing every person back to life on the Day of Resurrection. Resurrection is certain and will occur solely by ALLAH'S command when HE wills.
Verse 23: "No! indeed! He has not yet fulfilled what ALLAH commanded him." Despite ALLAH'S countless blessings, from creation to guidance, life, death, and the promise of resurrection, many people still fail to fulfil the purpose for which they were created.
The command includes:
Worshipping ALLAH Azzawajal alone. Following HIS Messengers.
Obeying HIS commands. Avoiding HIS prohibitions. Living a life of gratitude and righteousness.
This verse is a reminder that no matter how much good we do, we should never become complacent. We must continually strive to fulfil ALLAH'S commands until our final breath. To be continued tomorrow in Shaa ALLAH.
*_May ALLAH Azzawajal keep guiding and protecting us from any satanic influences_*. Aameen.
