*My Yearly Visitor*
[[--Episode 1-of-5--]]--------------------------------
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
Abdallah, my friend, my visitor paid me a yearly visit yesterday.. He is the one i once told you about *"that he is into Tahajjud business for for the past 10years.* Yes. This person has missed *only 3nights* in 10years due to some serious unavoidable reasons. According to him, he counted those 3 nights as a missed night because he wake up to establish Tahajjud 30 minutes to fajr prayer time. By implication, he didn't miss a single night waking up for midnight prayer in 10 years plus.
Now,
Something happened when he visited.. And this is what inspired me to prepared this article titled - *"My Yearly Visitor"*
But,
Before i continue, i think there is need to remind ourselves on what majority of people don't like:
*What happens to the vast majority of Muslims, those who do not die as martyrs?*
Who is a martyr?
Shaheed (Arabic: شهيد), plural: شُهَدَاء shuhada ; denotes a martyr in Islam.. And this is a person who suffers or loses his or her life in the process of carrying out religious duty.
Now,
According to Islamic doctrine, between the moment of death and the burial ceremony, the spirit of a deceased Muslim takes a quick journey to Heaven and Hell, where it beholds visions of the bliss (everlasting perfect happiness) and torture awaiting humanity at the end of days.
By the time corpse handlers are ready to wash the body, the spirit returns to earth to observe the preparations for burial and to accompany the procession toward the cemetery. But then, before earth is piled upon the freshly dug grave, an unusual reunion takes place.. Yes.. The spirit returns to dwell within the body.
Servants Of Allah!
Muslims can escape the torture of the grave by dying as martyrs. Yes. In Islam, the category of martyr does not belong exclusively to those who die fighting in Allah's path.. According to Islamic tradition, Muslims who die in a fire, by drowning, in the collapse of a building or in some other way involving great physical suffering,, merit the rank of martyrs in the afterlife.
This means that immediately after death (ie - the martyrs), their spirits do not return to dwell within mutilated or burned corpses. Instead they enter the Garden of Eden, where they receive new bodies, perfectly reformed, so as to enjoy the rewards of martyrdom until the resurrection.
Now,
Something inspiring happened when Abdallah, my friend visited. And i think, putting it down will inspired Ummah, worldwide to work towards being a better believer or grow from being better to the best - Insha Allah
*Are you ready to hear what happened when Abdallah, my friend visited?*
