*_RULINGS ON OBSERVING THE THIRD, FORTIETH DAY AFTER THE DEATH OF A RELATIVE continues_*. BismilLah.


First of all, it's my hope that many have already completed their 6t Shaw'waal fasting or on it. Today is Thursday and 13th to 15th fasting, also start tomorrow, so let's  not miss this golden opportunity to fast till Monday evening be-iznilLah. Back to our topic. 


Regardless of who support or does it, let's stay away from this innovation and pray for our dead relatives and all past believers all the time and revive the sunnah of praying for the dead relative immediately after burial at the graveyard without wasting money organising funeral on any other days which also violates the sunnah of not cooking in the house of the deceased which basically means don't waste money and neighbours are to cook and support visitors or relatives mourning their dead who are allowed to be home to mourne within 3 days and 4 months 10 days mourning for the widow as her iddah(waiting period before remarrying). Proof (Quran 2:234), Swaheeh Muslim 2739, Swaheeh Bukhari 4926.
