 *My Yearly Visitor*

[[--Episode 4-of-5--]]
-------------------------------

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

Having pointed out that Paradise is not for the lazy, the same person - Abdallah *(My Yearly Visitor)* further mentioned to me that he is bargaining for the bigger accommodations inside Paradise (since even inside paradise, level-pass-level). He gave this as evidence:

The prophet (pbuh) said, *“Verily, in Paradise are rooms whose outside can be seen from inside and whose inside can be seen from outside.” Abu Musa said, “Who are they for, O Messenger of Allah?” The Prophet said, “For those who spend the night standing for the sake of Allah while people sleep.”* 📚Source: Musnad Ah‌mad 6436

Allahu Akbar!

This is the person who have spent over 10 years in Tahajjud business without missing a single night and have vowed that, if he will live in this world for another 60years, he will not want to miss a single night without waking up for midnight prayer.

My people!

Each one of us pines after an entrance to Paradise, reserved for the sincere believers in the hereafter, but, are we sincerely striving to attain our place in it?. Don't we know that there many people who have spent more years in Tahajjud (without missing a single night) than Abdallah? This goes to tell us that, it's not something difficult because people are doing it without missing. Yes. It's all about priority!

This reminds me,

This happened 6years ago.. One of my childhood friends whose father is also a friend to my father, who was critically sick and was taking to hospital for medication. The old man entered into COMA (a prolonged state of deep unconsciousness) which lasted for three (3) days.. Four (4) different qualified professional medical doctors ganged up on him, but they could not be able to get him out of coma until after the third day.

But,

Something amazing happened when he was on coma.. And this have really shocken all the doctors. Yes. This old man was unconscious and can not speak or move any part of his body. But the first day on hospital bed,, at exactly 2AM, the doctors noticed him moving his fingers & lips just like someone who is using fingers to count azkar after swalat.. He kept moving his fingers while unconscious and stopped at 3AM on the dot.. The same thing happened the second day and the third day.. So, the doctors asked his children whether they could give reasons to the cause of their father (an old man) who is unconscious, moving his tongue & fingers 2AM to 3AM the first, second and third day while unconscious.. And the reason the children gave was that - "for many years now, *2AM to 3AM* - is the time their father used to be awake for Tahajjud. Allahu Akbar!

No wonder,

The prophet (pbuh) said that "Consistency" perpetuates reward, and if an actor is prevented from completing a consistent deed due to a valid reason, he or she is rewarded as though he or she had completed the action.

Evidence:

The Prophet (pbuh) said: *“If a person becomes sick or travels, he will have the same reward as when he was healthy or not travelling”* 📚Bukhārī

Now,

*Women In Menses:*

It is permissible for a woman in menstruation and post-natal bleeding to perform all acts of ibadah during tahajjud time *(with or without ablution)* and even during the day EXCEPT *swalat and touching Quran directly (ie - without barrier)* . Yes. She can wake up during tahajjud time *(say 1AM, 2AM, 3AM, 4AM)* to make Dhikr or ask Allah anything she want and go back to catch up with her sleep.

NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Arba'a. 29th day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Wednesday 8th May 2024). *_NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH_*. BismilLah.  Even though feelings of Panic, stress/worries etc are part of life, they must not reduce our acts of worship or trust in ALLAH. The more a man turns to ALLAH and focuses on HIM, the more he will feel a sense of peace and comfort, to an extent that no one knows except ALLAH. Hence those who know ALLAH, are close to HIM and fear HIM are the happiest of people, to such an extent that one of them said, in a well-known expression: “If the kings and the sons of kings knew what joy we have, they would fight us for it with the sword.” This is also what is expressed in the Qur’an, as ALLAH says: “Whoever works righteousness, whether male or female, while he (or she) is a true believer (of Islamic Monotheism) verily, to him ALLAH will give a good life (in this world with respect, contentment and lawful provision), and ALLAH will ...

HELPING OTHERS WITH INTENTION FOR ALLAH'S HELP IN RETURN

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yaum Al-Khamis, 22nd day of Jumaadal Uula 1447AH, Thursday, 13th November, 2025.  *_HELPING OTHERS WITH INTENTION FOR ALLAH'S HELP IN RETURN_*. BismilLah.  When we help our brothers and sisters in Islam, in reality, we are helping ourselves. The Messenger of ALLAH (S.A.W) said: He who relieves the hardship of a believer in this world, ALLAH Azzawajallah will relieve his hardship on the Day of Judgment. He who makes easy what is difficult, ALLAH ALLAH Azzawajallah will make it easy for him in the world and the hereafter. He who conceals the faults of a Muslim, ALLAH ALLAH Azzawajallah will conceal his faults in this ALLAH Azzawajallah world and the Hereafter, for ALLAH helps the servant as long as he helps his brother. Source: Ṣaḥīḥ "Muslim 2699. AlhamdulilLah.  With this I hope with immediate effect we will all strive to help each other in any possible way such as making dua for each other, supporting our relatives and those in need in ou...

THE MUSLIM WOMAN AND HER OWN SELF

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm athalaatha, 3rd day of Rabeeul Awwal 1447AH, Tuesday, 26th August 2025. *_THE MUSLIM WOMAN AND HER OWN SELF_*. BismilLah.  Islam encourages Muslims in general to stand out among people, readily distinguishable by their dress, appearance and behaviour, so that they will be a good example, worthy of the great message that they bring to humanity. According to the hadith narrated by the great Sahabi Ibn al-Hanzaliyyah, the Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wasallam ) told his Companions, when they were travelling to meet some brothers in faith: "You are going to visit your brothers, so repair your saddles and make sure that you are dressed well, so that you will stand out among people like an adornment, for ALLAH (SWT) does not love ugliness." Reported by Imam Abu Dawud, 4/83, in Kitab al-libas, bab ma ja'a fi isbal al-izar. The Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) considered an unkempt and careless appearance, and scruffy clothes and furnishings, to be...
