Don't make the Qur'an a decoration piece until next Ramadan. Let's try our best each day to recite the Qur'an at least 30 minutes as minimum. We should also try to understand the meaning of what we read. If we don't do this, then we can't understand what it is that ALLAH Azzawajal is talking to us about. And of course, if you can not recite properly,  that's self abuse. As such, you must make it a priority to find a teacher to teach you. There is no justification that you can read English text but can not recite the Qur’an. It's never too late to learn to recite the qur'an and striving to understand the meaning. Not only the Qur'an but, more importantly, the sunnah of our beloved Messenger of ALLAH sallalLaahu Alaihi Wasallam. Without the sunnah, we can not even comprehend the Qur'an. 


*_May ALLAH Azzawajal grant us the love of the Qur'an and the sunnah of the Messenger of ALLAH sallallahu alaihi wasallam_*. Aameen.
