DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER

Yaumul Ahad | 7th Day of Jumaadal Awwal, 1448 AH | Sunday, 18th October, 2026.

PROPHET MUHAMMAD (ṢALLALLĀHU ʿALAYHI WA SALLAM): THE ROLE MODEL FOR ALL MANKIND

Bismillāh.

My beloved brothers and sisters in Islam, if we truly desire success in this Dunya and everlasting happiness in the Aakhirah, let us look to the life of our beloved Prophet Muhammad (Ṣallallāhu ʿalayhi wa sallam), the finest example of mercy, patience, humility, excellent character and obedience to ALLAH Azzawajal.

ALLAH Azzawajal says in the Glorious Qur’an:

“Indeed, in the Messenger of ALLAH you have an excellent example for whoever has hope in ALLAH and the Last Day and remembers ALLAH often.”

📖 Qur’an 33:21

WHAT CAN WE LEARN FROM OUR BELOVED PROPHET (ṢALLALLĀHU ʿALAYHI WA SALLAM)?

🌹 His Mercy: He showed compassion and kindness, even towards those who mistreated him.

🌹 His Patience: He endured trials and hardships while remaining steadfast in his trust in ALLAH Azzawajal.

🌹 His Character: He was truthful, trustworthy, humble, forgiving and gentle in his dealings with others.

🌹 His Family Life: He treated his family with kindness, love and consideration.

🌹 His Worship: He devoted himself to the worship of ALLAH Azzawajal and encouraged others towards righteousness.

🌹 His Concern for Humanity: He taught justice, charity, brotherhood and respect for others.

ALLAH Azzawajal further praises his noble character in the Glorious Qur’an:

“And indeed, you are of a great moral character.”

📖 Qur’an 68:4

MY DEAR BROTHERS AND SISTERS,

Loving the Prophet (Ṣallallāhu ʿalayhi wa sallam) is not merely about claiming to love him. True love is demonstrated by following his Sunnah, emulating his noble character, obeying his authentic teachings and allowing his example to guide our daily lives.

How can we claim to love him while oppressing others, breaking family ties, spreading falsehood, mistreating our spouses, neglecting our Ṣalāh or refusing to forgive when forgiveness is appropriate?

Let us bring the teachings of our beloved Prophet into our homes, marriages, businesses, friendships and dealings with all people. Let our character reflect the mercy, honesty, patience and humility he taught us.

Remember, our beloved Prophet (Ṣallallāhu ʿalayhi wa sallam) left us an excellent example to follow. Let us strive to follow his guidance sincerely, seeking the pleasure of ALLAH Azzawajal and hoping for the companionship of His Messenger in Jannah.

🤲 OUR DUʿĀʾ

O ALLAH Azzawajal, increase our love for Your beloved Messenger, grant us the ability to follow his authentic Sunnah, beautify our character in accordance with his teachings, and unite us with him in Jannatul Firdaus. Protect our families, keep us steadfast upon Your guidance, and make us among those who follow the Sunnah of Your Messenger until our final breath.

Aameen, Yā Rabbal-ʿĀlamīn!

اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ وَسَلِّمْ عَلَى نَبِيِّنَا مُحَمَّدٍ

May the peace and blessings of ALLAH be upon our beloved Prophet Muhammad, his family and his companions.

AAMEEN, YĀ RABBAL-ʿĀLAMĪN!

🕌 A GENTLE REMINDER: Let us increase our Ṣalawāt upon the Prophet (Ṣallallāhu ʿalayhi wa sallam), revive his authentic Sunnah and strive to follow his beautiful example in every aspect of our lives.

May ALLAH Azzawajal grant us sincerity in our love for His Messenger and make us among the true followers of his Sunnah. Aameen!

HELPING OTHERS WITH INTENTION FOR ALLAH'S HELP IN RETURN

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yaum Al-Khamis, 22nd day of Jumaadal Uula 1447AH, Thursday, 13th November, 2025.  *_HELPING OTHERS WITH INTENTION FOR ALLAH'S HELP IN RETURN_*. BismilLah.  When we help our brothers and sisters in Islam, in reality, we are helping ourselves. The Messenger of ALLAH (S.A.W) said: He who relieves the hardship of a believer in this world, ALLAH Azzawajallah will relieve his hardship on the Day of Judgment. He who makes easy what is difficult, ALLAH ALLAH Azzawajallah will make it easy for him in the world and the hereafter. He who conceals the faults of a Muslim, ALLAH ALLAH Azzawajallah will conceal his faults in this ALLAH Azzawajallah world and the Hereafter, for ALLAH helps the servant as long as he helps his brother. Source: Ṣaḥīḥ "Muslim 2699. AlhamdulilLah.  With this I hope with immediate effect we will all strive to help each other in any possible way such as making dua for each other, supporting our relatives and those in need in ou...

NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Arba'a. 29th day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Wednesday 8th May 2024). *_NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH_*. BismilLah.  Even though feelings of Panic, stress/worries etc are part of life, they must not reduce our acts of worship or trust in ALLAH. The more a man turns to ALLAH and focuses on HIM, the more he will feel a sense of peace and comfort, to an extent that no one knows except ALLAH. Hence those who know ALLAH, are close to HIM and fear HIM are the happiest of people, to such an extent that one of them said, in a well-known expression: “If the kings and the sons of kings knew what joy we have, they would fight us for it with the sword.” This is also what is expressed in the Qur’an, as ALLAH says: “Whoever works righteousness, whether male or female, while he (or she) is a true believer (of Islamic Monotheism) verily, to him ALLAH will give a good life (in this world with respect, contentment and lawful provision), and ALLAH will ...

BEST TIME FOR TAHAJJUD

*BEST TIME FOR TAHAJJUD* It is best to delay this prayer to the last third portion of the night. Abu Hurairah reports that the Messenger of Allah said: "Our Lord descends to the lowest heaven during the last third of the night, inquiring: 'Who will call on Me so that I may respond to him? Who is asking something of Me so I may give it to him? Who is asking for My forgiveness so I may forgive him?"' This is related by the group. 'Amr ibn Abasah reports that he heard the Prophet say: "The closest that a slave comes to his Lord is during the middle of the latter portion of the night. If you can be among those who remember Allah, the Exalted One, at that time then do so." This is related by al-Hakim who grades it sahih according to Muslim's standards, and at-Tirmizhi calls it hasan sahih. AnNasa'i and Ibn Khuzaimah also recorded it. Abu Muslim asked Abu Zharr: "Which late-night prayer is the best?" He said: "I asked the Messenger of A...
