Alhamdulillah for granting us the opportunity to be part of this blessed day of the week. 


On yesterday's reminder, we reminded each other about some of the solutions to arrogance. Let's study some solutions to greed. 


Let's Practice Gratitude: Be content with ALLAH's decree and appreciate what you have, as this prevents ungratefulness. 

Live with Moderation: Avoid excessive consumption and focus on the blessings you already possess. 

Avoid Envy: Refrain from looking enviously at others, as this fuels the fire of greed. 

Focus on What Matters: Prioritise spiritual well-being and personal growth over material gain. To be continued tomorrow on solutions to Envy. *_ May ALLAH Azzawajal keep guiding and protecting us from any satanic influences_*. Aameen.

Alhamdulillah, it is clear from Quran and hadiths that any christian who dies believing Jesus is God or son of God and do not believe in prophet Muhammad Peace be Upon Him will enter hellfire. Allah says, Al-Ma'idah 5:17 They have certainly disbelieved who say that Allāh is Christ, the son of Mary. Say, "Then who could prevent Allāh at all if He had intended to destroy Christ, the son of Mary, or his mother or everyone on the earth?" And to Allāh belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them. He creates what He wills, and Allāh is over all things competent. PURIFICATION OF THE HEART

 DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm al-khamis, 20th day of Swafar 1447AH, Thursday, 14th August 2025. *_PURIFICATION OF THE HEART_*. BismilLah.  A sister asked me yesterday how we can purify ourselves to achieve the immense benefits mentioned in our reminder yesterday.  The command to purify our hearts from sins was an essential Islamic teaching ever since the early stages of the revelation in Mecca. This is known as “purification of the soul” (tazkiyyat an-nafs).   ALLAH Azzawajal says: He has succeeded who purifies the soul, and he has failed who corrupts the soul. Surah Ash-Shams 91:9-10. Also, ALLAH Azzawajal says: A day when there will be no benefit in wealth or children, but only in he who comes to ALLAH Azzawajal with a pure heart. Surah Ash-Shu’ara 26:88-89.  We learn from these verses that our success in the Hereafter depends upon the purification of our hearts in this life.
