Let's pause on our studies of the Qur’an to remind ourselves that the five daily prayers are not merely acts of worship; they are a complete roadmap for a successful life in this world and a guide to attaining Jannah in the Hereafter. Through salaah, we strengthen our connection with ALLAH Azzawajal, seek HIS guidance, and find peace and discipline in our daily lives. Let's not allow any of the world Cup match to delay our salaat or to even miss jamaat salaat. 


ALLAH says in the Qur’an:

"Indeed, prayer prohibits immorality and wrongdoing, and the remembrance of ALLAH is greater."

(Qur'an 29:45). ALLAH also says:

"Successful indeed are the believers: those who are humble in their prayers."(Qur'an 23:1-2).


The Prophet ﷺ said:

"The first matter that the slave will be brought to account for on the Day of Resurrection is the prayer. If it is sound, then the rest of his deeds will be sound; and if it is corrupt, then the rest of his deeds will be corrupt." He ﷺ also said:

"Between a man and shirk and disbelief is the abandonment of prayer." (Sahih Muslim).


Let us therefore guard our five daily prayers, perform them on time, and strive to improve our concentration and sincerity in them. Whoever preserves their Ṣalaah preserves their faith, and whoever preserves their faith is on the path to success in this world and eternal happiness in Jannah.

*_May ALLAH Azzawajal make us among those who establish the prayer, remain steadfast upon it, and enter Jannatul-Firdaws through HIS Mercy_*. Aameen

 *BEST TIME FOR TAHAJJUD* It is best to delay this prayer to the last third portion of the night. Abu Hurairah reports that the Messenger of Allah said: "Our Lord descends to the lowest heaven during the last third of the night, inquiring: 'Who will call on Me so that I may respond to him?
