*_DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER_*
Yaum Al-ithnayn | 22nd day of Dhul-Ḥijjah, 1447 AH | Monday, 8th June, 2026.
*_TAFSEER OF SUURAH AL-INFITAR (Qur’an 82) continues_*. BismilLah.
Let's continue with our studies of suurah Al-Infitar.
Verse 13
إِنَّ الْأَبْرَارَ لَفِي نَعِيمٍ
"Indeed, the righteous will be in bliss."
Commentary (Tafseer):
After mentioning the recording angels and the certainty that every deed is being preserved, ALLAH Azzawajal now explains the outcome of that accountability.
The first group mentioned is the Abrār (الأبرار), the righteous, pious, and obedient servants of ALLAH Azzawajal.
The word "Abrār" comes from Al-Birr (البِرّ), which means righteousness, goodness, obedience, truthfulness, and excellence in dealing with ALLAH and HIS creation.
These are the people who:
Believe in ALLAH sincerely, Follow the teachings of the Prophets, Fulfill their obligations, Avoid major sins, Repent when they fall into mistakes, Show kindness and good character towards others.
ALLAH Azzawajal says that such people will be "في نعيم" (in bliss).
The word Na‘īm (نعيم) refers to complete happiness, comfort, joy, peace, and pleasure without any hardship, sadness, fear, sickness, or death. This bliss begins in the grave for the believer and reaches its perfection in Paradise. Allahu Akbar. To be continued tomorrow in Shaa ALLAH.
*_We ask ALLAH Azzawajal to keep guiding our hearts, protecting our Eemaan from every satanic influence, and granting us sincerity in worship until we meet HIM_*. Aameen.
