Let's continue with our studies of suurah Al-Infitar.

كِرَامًا كَاتِبِينَ

"Noble scribes (recording angels)."

Commentary:

This verse explains who the "guardians" (لَحَافِظِينَ) mentioned in the previous verse are.

They are Angels whom ALLAH Azzawajal describes with two noble qualities:

1. كِرَامًا (Kirāman) – Noble

They are honored servants of ALLAH Azzawajal, distinguished by purity, obedience, and dignity.

ALLAH Azzawajal says elsewhere:

بَلْ عِبَادٌ مُّكْرَمُونَ

"Rather, they are honored servants." (21:26).

The Angels never disobey ALLAH Azzawajal and carry out HIS commands perfectly.

ALLAH Azzawajal says:

لَا يَعْصُونَ اللَّهَ مَا أَمَرَهُمْ وَيَفْعَلُونَ مَا يُؤْمَرُونَ

"They do not disobey ALLAH in what HE commands them, and they do what they are commanded." (66:6)

2. كَاتِبِينَ (Kātibīn) – Scribes

They are appointed to record every deed of every human being.

Nothing escapes their record:

Acts of worship, Good deeds, Sins

Spoken words, Public actions, Private actions, Their records are precise and complete because they act under ALLAH'S command. to be continued tomorrow in Shaa ALLAH. *_May ALLAH Azzawajal keep guiding and protecting us from any satanic influences_*. Aameen.

Abu Hurairah reports that the Messenger of Allah said: "Our Lord descends to the lowest heaven during the last third of the night, inquiring: 'Who will call on Me so that I may respond to him?
