بسم الله الرحمان الرحيم

Generations before us had received COUNTLESS MIRACULOUS favors from Allah (swt). Yes. It's more than easy for Allah (swt) to send down everything we need for the propagation of Islam.

Remember,

Nana Maryam (a.s.) grew up serving Allah (swt). She naturally spent a lot of time in secluded worship. Closed away in her private prayer room, Prophet Zakariyya (a.s.) was amazed that there was always food coming into the room

Scholars have said, ‘Prophet Zakariyya would find her with the fruits of the summer during winter, and the fruits of the winter during summer’. 📚[Tafseer Ibn Katheer]

The bitter truth is,

Allah (swt) did not design it that HIS Angels from the sky would be descending to do the jobs of masjid maintainance meant for human beings. This is why HE mentioned in the glorious Qur'an:

إِنَّمَا يَعْمُرُ مَسَٰجِدَ ٱللَّهِ مَنْ ءَامَنَ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلْيَوْمِ ٱلْءَاخِرِ....

"The mosques of Allah shall be visited and MAINTAINED by believers in Allah and the Last Day, who establish regular prayers, and *give regular charity...."* 📚 Surah At-Taubah 9:18

It's popularly said:

"Action Speak Louder than Words." And the Qur'an verse above have proven to us that, without taking care of our Masjid (by giving FISSABILILLAHI), our verbal expression of believing in Allah and the last day will have no basis.

Regularly,

We squeezed out resources to change sockets, bulbs, fans, phone charger, and even buy internet data or airtime to keep our lives going. Bad economy did not prevent us from squeezing out resources to take care of our basic needs.

The Prophet (pbuh) was asked, which charity has the greatest reward?” The Prophet said, *“That you give charity while you are healthy, greedy, fearing poverty, and hoping to be rich. Do not delay giving...."* 📚Source: S‌ah‌i‌h‌ al-Bukha‌ri‌ 1419, S‌ah‌i‌h‌ Muslim 1032.

Now,

Every Friday is a special day for shopping for your Hearafter which begin immediately you are placed in your grave.

Therefore,

I use this medium to remind myself and you to always prepare to be dropping something (reasonable) EVERYDAY inside Fissabilillah box in any masjid where we pray REGULARLY especially every Fridays - for the running of the activities of the masjid & for the propagation of the religion of Allah in general.
