Narrated Aiyub: Abu Qilaba said, _"Malik bin Huwairith came to us and led us in the prayer in this mosque of ours and said, 'I lead you in prayer but I do not want to offer the prayer but just to show you how Allah's Apostle performed his prayers." I asked Abu Qilaba, "How was the prayer of Malik bin Huwairith?" He replied, "Like the prayer of this Sheikh of ours-- i.e. `Amr bin Salima." That Sheikh used to pronounce the Takbir perfectly and when he raised his head from the second prostration he would sit for a while and then support himself on the ground and get up._

From the last Hadith, we can conclude it is not encouraged to pray wearing clothes/ trousers which which hang below the ankle. We can also remind ourselves from the second hadith that it is preferable to one knelling down to do that like a camel. That's puting one's hand before the knees. Though some School of thought claim there's no wrong in putting the knees down first before the hands, but acting on this Hadith is better.

On getting up for standing in prayers, palms are preferable rather than the fist, from the above explanation and is closest to the Sunnah. Not using anything at all to get up is not the Sunnah. The differences of opinion among the Scholars is between the fist and the palms. When the Prophet (ﷺ) would stand up in salah he would place his hands upon the ground just as an Aajin does.' This is sahih by sheik Albani (رحمه الله). Aajin means an old man.

Ammar b. Yasir [ رضى الله عنه] said: _I heard the apostle of Allah (ﷺ) say: A man returns after saying his prayer while a tenth part of his prayer, or a ninth part, or an eight part, or a seventh part, or a sixth part, or a fifth part, or a third part, or half of it, is recorded for him." ._

The reasons here is for the one who makes two *Sujoods* in quick succession without making the backbone straight, then the two Sujoods will count as ONE and Salah will be INVALID. With this, we are talking from the first Hadith. We are however encourage to bow and prostrate well in sujjud. Quality of swalat can be achieved by lengthening the postures of salah. Since law is even enforced in the jungle, we shall endeavor to adhere to swalat ethics to gain the full reward. As I did said, we shouldn't be in a hurry to pray. The prostrations and the bowings should be perfect in our swalawat.
