*This issue is an example where even the sahaba had difference of opinion. Tirmidhi 311 and 313 contradict each other, narrated by Abu Hurairah [ رضى الله عنه ] and Jabir bin Abdullah [ رضى الله عنه ] respectively.*
When looking at the big picture and entire evidences, majority of the scholars are of the opinion to recite Al- Fatiha in every raka’a behind imaam, usually when a pause is given between and Al- Fatiha and the Surah. Another option would be to recite ayah after ayah. The Prophet (ﷺ) used to separate the ayah of the Qur'an by giving a pause after every ayah so that people behind can repeat that ayah and it will help them in memorizing too.

*“The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:* _‘Whoever performs a prayer in which he does not recite Ummul Qur’an (the Mother of the Qur’an, i.e., Al- Fatihah), it is deficient; not complete.’” I said: ‘O Abu Hurairah, sometimes I am behind the Imam. He pressed my forearm and said: ‘O Persian! Recite it to yourself.’”_
