When he says, “You (alone) we worship, and You (alone) we ask for help.” Allah says, “This is between Me and My servant, and My servant shall acquire what he sought.”
When he says, “Guide us to the straight path. The way of those on whom You have granted Your grace, not (the way) of those who earned Your anger, nor of those who went astray.” Allah says, “This is for My servant, and My servant shall acquire what he asked for.” [Sahih Muslim, Sunan An-Nasaa’i].

Next time you recite Surah Al-Fatihah in prayer pause after each ayah.
Take this break as a moment of reflection on the fact that Allah the Most High answers each ayah. Subhan Allah!
Teach your kids Surah Fatiha as the first thing. They will recite this every day, in every salah, in every Raka’a making it a means of Sadaqa Jariah for you! Teach them this habit of pausing as well, inshaa’Allah!.

*Let's continue on these Hadiths*👇. Volume 1, Book 8, Number 398:
Narrated 'Abdullah:
"Once the Prophet offered five Rakat in Zuhr prayer. He was asked, "Is there an increase in the prayer?" The Prophet said, "And what is it?" They said, "You have prayed five Rakat.' So he bent his legs and performed two prostrations (of Sahu).

Volume 1, Book 9, Number 490:
Narrated 'Aisha:
The things which annul the prayers were mentioned before me. They said, "Prayer is annulled by a dog, a donkey and a woman (if they pass in front of the praying people)." I said, "You have made us (i.e. women) dogs. I saw the Prophet praying while I used to lie in my bed between him and the Qibla. Whenever I was in need of something, I would slip away. for I disliked to face him."

Volume 1, Book 12, Number 811:
Narrated 'Abdullah:
You should not give away a part of your prayer to Satan by thinking that it is necessary to depart (after finishing the prayer) from one's right side only; I have seen the Prophet often leave from the left side.

Abdur-Rahman bi Awf [ رضى الله عنه ] narrated that he heard the Prophet (ﷺ) saying: _"When one of you becomes forgetful in his Salat so that he does not know if he prayed one or two, then let him consider it one. When he does not know if he prayed three or four, then let him consider it three, and let him perform two prostrations before he says the Taslim."_

The first and last Hadith talks about amendments in swalats. Sajdah Sahu is to be done after the salaam if prayed more than required. Sajdah Sahu is to be done before the salaam if prayed less than required. The prostration of forgetfulness is prescribed when one of the reasons for it is present, namely doing something extra, omitting something, or not being sure of how many rak’ahs one has prayed. This does not include when one’s mind wanders, because it is not possible to avoid it, so it is forgiven.
The most correct view is that if a person does something extra in the prayer by mistake, the prostration must be done after the salaam, and if he omits something then he should do it before the salaam. Also, called _*Qabli and Ba'adi.*_

The salaam takes various forms:
*_▪. “Al-Salaamu ‘alaykum wa rahmat-Allaahu wa barakaatuhu” to the right, and “Al-salaamu ‘alaaykum wa rahmat-Allaah” to the left._*
*_▪. The same, but without saying “wa barakaatuhu”._*
*_▪. “Al-Salaamu ‘alaykum wa rahmat-Allaahu” to the right, and “Al-salaamu ‘alaaykum” to the left._*
*_▪. Saying one salaam, tilting the head slightly to the right only._*

We can also remind ourselves from the prohibition of letting a dog, donkey or woman pass in front of us during swalat. We should also learn from the third Hadith that it is never mandatory to leave the musala from one's right side only. We can leave from the left hand side too. There's also this weak Hadith that states one who talk during adhan can't pronouce the Shahaada during death. These are all false.
