*Let's continue on these Hadiths*👇. Narrated Nafi
: _Whenever IbnUmar started the prayer with Takbir, he used to raise his hands: whenever he bowed, he used to raise his hands (before bowing) and also used to raise his hands on saying, "Sami
a l-lahu liman hamidah", and he used to do the same on rising from the second raka (after the short Tashahhud, for the 3rd rak
a). IbnUmar said: "The Prophet (ﷺ) used to do the same."_

Volume 1, Book 12, Number 829:
Narrated Um Salama:
Whenever Allah's Apostle completed the prayer with Taslim, the women used to get up immediately and Allah's Apostle would remain at his place for someone before getting up. (The sub-narrator (Az-Zuhri) said, "We think, and Allah knows better, that he did so, so that the women might leave before men could get in touch with them)."

Zaid b. Arqam, on seeing some people praying in the forenoon, said: _They well know that prayer at another time than this is more excellent, for Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said: The prayer of those who are penitent is observed when your weaned camels feel the heat of the sun._

From the first Hadith, it is sunnah to raise hands after every 2 units of Salah (after the first short tashahud), that's before another takbeehr. The second Hadith remind us of the likeness of remaining at musala (praying place) for the women to leave before we do. Lowering our gaze is big tool in combating zinna, for this is why we should adhere to this Sunnah. Allah created men weak in the presence of women, so if one don't take care they shall fall victim of zinna. We all know the story of a Monk who worshipped Allah for several years but got trapped by woman.
___*PAGE 5*___.
✍🏻...
His story was briefly outlined in suratul Hashr. This Monk committed zinna, murder and shirk before dying. May Allah help us lower our gaze...*Amin*. In the third Hadith, ....meaning they were praying at 10am and he meant if they can pray a little later when the camels feet feel the heat, around 12 noon, it would be better. So, Ishraq, dhuha and awwabeen are one and the same prayer with different names. The Arabic term *_Ishraaq_* is the name given to the time of day when the sun has completely risen. _Salat al-Ishraq_ is prayed when the entire circular sun can be seen above the horizon, usually 15 to 20 mins after sunrise *(2 Raka'a).*
___*PAGE 6*___.

_*Dhuha*_ is the same prayer, given a different name, if ishraq is delayed, it becomes dhuha. It is prayed after the sun has risen and reached the height of a spear, until just before the zenith (the time of Zuhr). The common perception is that Ishraq and Dhuha are two separate prayers, but the major classical Hanafi books, such as Radd al-Mukhtar, al-Fatawa al-Hindiyya, do not mention them to be two separate prayers; rather, they are one prayer. *Awwabeen is called for the people who make Taubah often.*

Al-Nawawi (رحمه الله) said: _“The phrase *‘Salaat al-Awwaabeen* is when the young camels lift up their feet (because of the heat of the sand)’ refers to when the sand becomes unbearably hot from the sun’s heat, and burns the soles of the young camels’ feet, so they alternately raise and lower their feet in response to the heat of the sand. ‘Al-Awwaab’ means one who is obedient, or one who turns to obedience. _The hadeeth also refers to the best time to offer this prayer, although it is permissible to pray it any time after the sun has risen and before it reaches its zenith.”_ (Sharh Muslim li‘l-Nawawi).

*Let's continue on these Hadiths*👇. Volume 2, Book 16, Number 108:
Narrated 'Aisha:
Allah's Apostle used to pray eleven Rakat at night and that was his night prayer and each of his prostrations lasted for a period enough for one of you to recite fifty verses before Allah's Apostle raised his head. He also used to pray two Rakat (Sunna) before the (compulsory) Fajr prayer and then lie down on his right side till the Muadh-dhin came to him for the prayer.

Volume 1, Book 10, Number 530:
Narrated Abu Huraira:
Allah's Apostle said, "Angels come to you in succession by night and day and all of them get together at the time of the Fajr and 'Asr prayers. Those who have passed the night with you (or stayed with you) ascend (to the Heaven) and Allah asks them, though He knows everything about you, well, "In what state did you leave my slaves?" The angels reply: "When we left them they were praying and when we reached them, they were praying".

Volume 1, Book 10, Number 569:
Narrated 'Abdullah bin Abi Qatada:
My father said, "One night we were traveling with the Prophet and some people said, 'We wish that Allah's Apostle would take a rest along with us during the last hours of the night.' He said, 'I am afraid that you will sleep and miss the (Fajr) prayer.' Bilal said, 'I will make you get up.' So all slept and Bilal rested his back against his Rahila and he too was overwhelmed (by sleep) and slept. The Prophet got up when the edge of the sun had risen and said, 'O Bilal! What about your statement?' He replied, 'I have never slept such a sleep.' The Prophet said, 'Allah captured your souls when He wished, and released them when He wished. O Bilal! Get up and pronounce the Adhan for the prayer.' The Prophet performed ablution and when the sun came up and became bright, he stood up and prayed."
