﷽ *First Hadīth Of The Day* حَدَّثَنَا  عِمْرَانُ بْنُ مَيْسَرَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ، حَدَّثَنَا  أَيُّوبُ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ قَالَ قَالَ  رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏"‏ مَنْ أَعْتَقَ شِقْصًا لَهُ  مِنْ عَبْدٍ ـ أَوْ شِرْكًا أَوْ قَالَ نَصِيبًا ـ وَكَانَ لَهُ مَا  يَبْلُغُ ثَمَنَهُ بِقِيمَةِ الْعَدْلِ، فَهْوَ عَتِيقٌ، وَإِلاَّ فَقَدْ  عَتَقَ مِنْهُ مَا عَتَقَ ‏" ‏‏.‏  قَالَ لاَ أَدْرِي قَوْلُهُ عَتَقَ مِنْهُ مَا عَتَقَ‏.‏ قَوْلٌ مِنْ  نَافِعٍ أَوْ فِي الْحَدِيثِ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم‏.‏  Narrated Nafi`:                         Ibn `Umar said, "Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, 'If one manumits his share of a jointly possessed slave, and can  afford the price of the other shares according to the adequate price of the slave, the slave will be  completely manumitted; otherwise he will be partially manumitted.' *Surah At-Taubah, Verse 9:* اشْتَرَوْا بِآيَاتِ اللَّهِ ثَمَنًا قَلِيلًا فَصَدُّوا عَن سَبِيلِهِ إِنَّهُمْ سَاءَ مَا كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ They have purchased with the Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) of Allah a little gain, and they hindered men from His Way; evil indeed is that which they used to do.  *Surah At-Taubah, Verse 10:* لَا يَرْقُبُونَ فِي مُؤْمِنٍ إِلًّا وَلَا ذِمَّةً وَأُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْمُعْتَدُونَ With regard to a believer, they respect not the ties, either of kinship or of covenant! It is they who are the transgressors. #COMMENTARY The catalogue of their sins being set out, it is clear that they were aggressors in the worst possible ways; and war became inevitable.

It is an obligation from ALLAH upon every Muslim who possesses the minimum amount of wealth given certain conditions. This is not Zakaatul Fitir or Eidul Fitir.  The type of wealth upon which zakat is obligatory are Monetary assets, Livestock, Agricultural produce, Merchandise. I will focus on monetary. Gold, Silver and currency. Zakaat [obligatory charity] must be paid on gold if it reaches the Nisaab [i.e. the minimum amount liable for Zakaah], which is 20 Mithqaal [a measure which equals 85 grams of pure gold, 1 Mithqaal = 4.25 grams], this means that one should pay ½ a Mithqaal as Zakaat, i.e., 2.5% of the value of gold. Zakaat must be paid on silver if it reaches the value of 200 Dirhams, which is the equivalent of 595 grams of pure silver; one should then pay five Dirhams as Zakaah, t...

The speaker is a Jewish Psychologist and author of a famous book call Collapse of Parenting. He had a lot of statistical information and tips to raise kids in America. Even though it was more focused on American Kids, it applies to bringing up Kids in the Age of Internet and Social Media, the evils of which have spread like an epidemic in the whole world. I can tell you that this was probably the best 3 hour workshop we attended.  ﷽ *30 Tips for a Guilt-Free Ramadān!* *DAY 14* *Miss That Feeling?* Once you’re able to get over the ‘physical’ barrier doing the good deed, it’s time to get over the mental barrier.  Ask yourself:  • Was it really that bad once I’ve done [the good [deed] again and took the  first step?  • What was stopping me before?  • How can I avoid this feeling of not ‘feeling’ like doing these good deeds from time to time? We’re not going to answer these questions for you: we want you to answer them. You may miss that feeling you had at the beginning of Ramadan, yet you shouldn’t get hung-up with the thought that you just don’t want to do it.

 ﷽ ➖➖➖ *THE EVIL OF INNOVATION* ➖➖➖ Allah ﷻ says in the Qur'an: *قُلۡ هَلۡ نُنَبِّئُكُم بِٱلۡأَخۡسَرِينَ أَعۡمَٰلًا▪️ٱلَّذِينَ ضَلَّ سَعۡيُهُمۡ فِي ٱلۡحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنۡيَا وَهُمۡ يَحۡسَبُونَ أَنَّهُمۡ يُحۡسِنُونَ صُنۡعًا* _Say, [O Muhammad], "Shall we [believers] inform you of the *greatest losers* as to [their] deeds? [They are] *those whose effort is lost in worldly life, while they think that they are doing well in work*."_ -Surah Al-Kahf, Ayah 103-104 Jabir ibn Abdullah رضي الله عنه reported: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ would praise Allah in his sermon, as He deserves to be praised, and then he would say, _“Whomever Allah guides, no one can lead him astray.  ﷽  ➖ ➖ ➖  *PREPARING FOR DEATH* ➖ ➖ ➖  The only way to prepare for the Hereafter and to achieve success is to fulfill our purpose of creation. Allaah says in the Qur'aan : *وَمَا خَلَقْتُ ٱلْجِنَّ وَٱلْإِنسَ إِلَّا لِيَعْبُدُونِ* _And I did not create the jinn and mankind except to worship Me._ (Surah Adh-dhaariyaat, 51:56) _ The commentary on this Ayah includes a Hadeeth of The Prophet (ﷺ), in which he said : _*Allaah the Exalted said, "O Son of Adam! Busy yourself in worshipping Me, and I will fill your chest with riches and dissipate your meekness. Otherwise, I will fill your chest with distracting affairs and will not do away with your meekness.''*_ (Sunan al-Tirmidhī 2466)  No effort to please Allaah will be left unrewarded in this world and in the Hereafter, while every effort made to seek the pleasures of this world will come to naught. It will be to our benefit to remember that this world is a passing stage, just a road on our journey to our final dest...
