A Gift For You
[[- Episode 9 -]]-----------------
بسم الله الرحمان الرجيم
We are in this world for testing, and test environment necessitates struggle between good and evil.. Testing missions are not supposed to be easy and comfortable.. And the test questions are not supposed to be known in advance.
In every reputable worth emulating family, the wise parents disciplines their children, not because they did not love them, but to prepares them for a better life.
The something with our Lord, Allah (swt), He puts us to test. He puts us through difficulties because He wants good for us.
The Prophet (saw) said : *“Whoever Allah wants good for him, he puts them to test. He puts them through difficulties. Like a diamond or some metal that has to be burnt and then that which is bad from it is removed so that you have that which is the pure diamond or the pure gold or whatever. Put them to tests, trials and difficulties.”* 📚Buhari and Muslim
My People,
Everyone you see in this world will have moments of grief, moments of sadness moments when things are not as they feel or would like them to be. But the difference is the believer is patient, the believer believes in the decree of Allah (swt), bcos the greater the hardship the greater the reward. The greater the trial or tribulation that you are put through, the greater the reward will be for you from Allah (swt). If Allah loves a people, He puts them to trial.
Now,
Answers to questions like - "Why me?"
You see,
A test can sometimes replace a worse misfortune.
How?
A test can be a form of protection from something that might have befallen us. In fact, it might be saving us from something that is not good for us, even though we don’t have the knowledge to realise it at the time. Yes. Allah (swt) told us in Qur'an Surah 4 verse 19:
فَعَسَىٰٓ أَن تَكْرَهُوا۟ شَيْـًٔا وَيَجْعَلَ ٱللَّهُ فِيهِ خَيْرًا كَثِيرًا
“Perhaps you dislike a thing and Allah makes therein much good.” 📚(Quran Surah 4: 19).
Therefore, the test which might seem so awful to you at the time is, in fact, a blessing. If this is so, then, why weep at a difficult time?
Servants of Allah!
One must understand that this world is run by Allah (swt). Yes. One has no control over anything. All that happens is by the will of Allah. You have no power to steer it your way.. No hardship is without purpose, no suffering is without reward.
Furthermore,
We were created to worship Allah (swt), and we all made a promise to do so before we were sent to this earth. So, tests are a means for us to fulfil this promise. In fact, Tests are a *‘sunnah’* of Allah – i.e. tests are the means by which Allah (swt) make evident the sincere believers separated from the fake believers. Yes. Not that Allah (swt) did not know all about us. But He does this so that we would not say that Allah (swt) had favored some of His slaves who would enjoy a sweet life in their graves and would be admitted into Paradise over the other category.
Evidence:
‘Do the people think that they will be left to say, “We believe” and they will not be tried? But We have certainly tried those before them, and Allah will surely make evident those who are truthful, and He will surely make evident those who are false.’ 📚(Quran Surah 29: 2-3)
